Car sat for a week after tow with no contact in person or on phone

My car was taken to the worse auto repair shop, my car was left there for a week, no one answered my phone calls, I took time to go by there and was no one there. I saw my car, it looks like it hasn’t been working on it. Left a note for them ti contacted me and nothing. Anyways don’t never take your car to kemps auto in Bowden apparently they don’t need my business.

If there was an option for NEGATIVE stars i would give them, DO NOT take your vehicle to this place because they will take your money and NOT fix the problem, after close to 3 thousand dollars the vehicle is worse now then it was FOR THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM FIXING THE A/C.
