I recently visited the Bowdon, Ga location and I absolutely must say, I had the sweetest lady help me the entire time I was in the store and she actually didn't mind helping me! Which is more then I can say for most places today! She had a smile on her face from the minute I walked through the doors until I was finished with my purchase and was ready to go.... The smile never left her face! It caught me by absolute surprise when she literally helped me take the items I had just bought, ( rotors x2 and brake pads x2) out to my vehicle. Her name is Melanie B. So if u visit this same location, I absolutely recommend u go during the day and look for Melanie B if u need help with anything. She didn't mind answering any of my questions and was so patient with me. Absolutely exceptional woman and perfect customer service!!! I will be back to see her anytime I need parts for my vehicles in the future!!!

No one is this place wants to work. Totally unprofessional. Won’t go and look for items to assist and then won’t help put a battery in a car. Don’t go there for anything

Was told they had parts in stock got up there and they did not. Also had to change battery myself while they sit in the back talking to girls that didn't work there. I asked could they help and was told they was short staffed and busy

Great service from the employees! I walked in and a blonde women was sweeping the floor and then helped me find the parts i need. 10/10.

ROY ROCKS!!! dude was out there diagnosing, sweating, and prognosing trying to figure out what was wrong with my car and helped me so much by getting the exact thing I needed. Seriously super caring dedicated people. My favorite go to local car place cannot say thank you enough !

I was quoted a price for parts from a mechanic for my 2007 Acura and I felt it was way to high.
I called and spoke with Jessica and she got a price list together to replace my catalytic converters and the price was almost $1000 less than I was quoted!!!
She was very professional and saved me money!
I'd recommend this store and will give a shout out to Jessica for all of her assistance, what encouraging service!

The guy working there this morning sold me a vaccum hose when I asked for fuel line hose I told him it was wrong and he wanted to argue about it saying that fuel line and vacuum hoses are the same thing but if I wanted to try it I could. The whole time had a shitty attitude. I Never have problems here but this ate at me today.

These guys are truly the best. Great people, great parts, great prices. Wouldn't go to any other location, they are on the ball.

I drive from Carrollton to this store in Bowdon because they have the most helpful, friendly staff and are super service oriented, I always have a great experience here.

I absolutely love this location. All the crew members are very helpful. I'm always welcomed in with a smile, and someone is always eager to help. I've finally found somewhere that makes me feel at home, great job you guys. You've got a customer for life!

This did not happen to me, but to someone that I am close to that works in another business which shares the same parking lot to this store. Prior to Auto Zone occupying that location, this person would park close to the building, not in the spaces adjacent to the building, but closer to the tree in the parking lot in order to save the closer spaces for customers at his business. In fact, this is where this person was instructed to park by the management of that business.

They told me the other day, that a worker at Auto Zone threatened to have their car towed if they didn't move it because they didn't allow loitering in the spaces that they considered to be theirs. While I can understand that concern, the parking lot is huge, and even though they probably have spots in the lot that are theirs, treating a community member that way is not a good look for a business trying to operate in a small town.

I have been in Auto Zone with Auto Supply was closed. The staff was professional, but they weren't particularly friendly either. Both times I have gone in, the staff looked like they really didn't want to be at work, and I have had to ask for help both times I have been in (nobody offered to help).

As such, if that was the only issue, then I would use this business in an emergency. However, after seeing how they acted in the parking situation, it has lead me to believe that they don't understand how to operate a successful small town business. In short, they have done nothing to make me want to choose them over ASC, and now, even if my battery was dead in that parking lot on a Sunday afternoon, I'll get a ride to Carrollton before going back in there.

People are friendly and helpful but I saved $11 on 2 one gallon containers of oil buying them from auto supply same oil same quantity. Dont forget they make fine HYD hoses also. Like to shop local when I can.

This place has changed so much for the better!! Everyone is so nice and friendly and so helpful!!

The service my husband received this morning was just very unprofessional! My African American husband walks in as the 2 women behind the desk are chattering. Humble as he is, he stood by and was letting them finish their conversation. While he was standing there a female caucasian customer walks in. They immediately stop their conversation, overlooks my husband whom was there 1st, and attends to female customer. Do better Autozone. Lost our business immediately.
