We were there to simply drop a few house items at the dumpster on Sat 4/23/22..A older white guy with a hat was being Extremely Rude & mean to a older blk woman & her grandson, he then was rude & short with us bit when a group of white guys came he was all nice n sweet..wont be going back
So last week we took a 10 foot utility trailer w/ normal household debris and it was accepted with no problems. Yesterday we took the same 10' trailer w/ similar debris and was told, 'We do not accept trailers'. Had to go home, unload the trailer, load the debris into an SUV, and return to dump the items. They were then happily accepted. Who makes up these rules? Do they change daily, weekly, or monthly?
New residents to this community and first time at the Brownlee Rd station. Attendant working 3.6.21 was incredible and I recognized him from Halls Bridge location. Great service, very helpful...hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a local landfill. Well done Butts County!
