I was referred to this company from Mercedes-Benz to tow my car to the dealership for service. The first company came out with a flat bed and immediately said he couldn't help me and left. I called Mercedes back and they sent me Southern Style about an hour later. David "Sasquatch" called with a very friendly voice letting me know he was on his way. He arrived with a smile, greeted me and asked how he could help. He jumped on the ground and took a look at my rear tires and saw that my emergency brake actuator was not releasing on time. He put my car on the same flat bed style truck that the previous company told me they couldn't help me with and not even 15 mins later my car was loaded and on it's way. Called them out to tow a unit for a customer of mine. Unit had already been towed. They refunded me the majority of my payment in a timely manner. Price was very competitive. Will def use their service again

I can't recommend Southern Style Towing enough! When my car ran out of fuel Thursday, January 30, 2025, on 75 South, I was feeling pretty stranded and stressed. Thankfully, Ashley came to save the day! Her communication was outstanding, keeping me informed about her arrival time. When she showed up, her personable personality was a breath of fresh air, which made the whole experience so much better. Ashley truly went above and beyond. After putting fuel in my car, it still wouldn’t start, but she didn’t hesitate to assess the situation thoroughly. Without any second thoughts, she grabbed her portable jump starter, suspecting it was a battery issue. Thanks to her expertise and determination, my car was up and running in no time! A huge thank you to Southern Style Towing for their reliability and exceptional service. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Highly recommend!

This was the service provider who provided my AAA service request to tow our truck to the shop for repairs. I’m glad they did. The service tech who arrived was very kind informative and arrived pretty fast. I watched him exercise patience with my neighbors guests as that blocked him access to my drive way with no regard to his time and what he was trying to do. He carefully loaded and secured our vehicle. The Service Tech made sure my vehicle arrived to the shop. I’m not sure about their pricing for services because I have not paid anything directly to them as a tow provider and I’ve read a couple of the reviews mentioning the prices. I will say the tow bed I saw looked newer and well maintained and sometimes the price is worth professionalism and good service.

After a long wait, which was possibly due to location and traffic, the service was very good. The driver was polite and helpful and the service timely.

The gentleman that came to my home to help me get into my car due to my keys being locked inside was very kind and professional. They came to my home in 10mins. He took the time to explain to me how I may have been able to lock my keys inside (my car is set to beep if the keys are left inside and will not lock). The truck was very clean from the outside.i would recommend this company.

DAVID was wonderful! He was personable, compassionate to our situation and we could tell he really cared. We were on the interstate with our children and 18-wheelers whizzing by. It was frightening. David came and picked our vehicle and all of us up and took us where we needed to go, being understanding that we were in a vulnerable situation. He was kind and respectful. Encountered a driver named Jared, he’s well spoken and helpful. However we were not in the same location. The dispatcher made a quick call and in less than 30 minutes I was receiving assistance from a new driver named Michael. A very amazing job done with my 1500 Ram. I was impressed the minute Jeer-Dan arrived. The bright orange truck with Winnie the Pooh and Tiger stickers looked like it just came from the detailer. The driver was clean and nicely dressed. This company is the best on time, the service was outstanding not only did the service tech go beyond what I ask for, after he check the battery he charged he also saw that my starter was bad yes my service was out standing. After an early morning fender bender in downtown Atlanta, Southern style towing responded in a timely manner even through rush hour traffic. They got me to a tire shop and had me on my way in no time. Highly recommed if your in need of a good, reliable tow.

I reached out to Justin (owner) and arranged for a Tow Truck to come and pick up my specialty vehicle (lowered Coyote Mustang). The first truck (Winnie the Pooh) arrived and the driver was very honest and didn't feel comfortable trying to load my car with his truck due to my car being low to the ground (3 1/2 inches). He quickly called a different truck which came right out and loaded my car with care. Very impressed with the quality of care of my Vehicle and the guys were very honest and did a GREAT JOB! Would recommend!!

I scheduled towing through my warranty company for pickup the following morning. Justin, the manager of Southern Style Towing communicated with me to make sure they were sending the right kind of truck. Jarod, the driver called with an ETA and arrived as scheduled. He was very polite, professional and took great care preparing my truck for towing. Upon speaking with the rep at the dealership and parking my truck he sent pictures as proof of delivery. Southern Style Towing was very professional extremely quick to respond. Their ability to text through their business phone number and make payment using my cell phone added to how quick the whole process went. All employees I spoke with were very professional and great to work with. I am operations manager with a plumbing wholesale company and they pulled our truck out of a tough situation quickly. Highly recommended.
