I can’t remember the lady at the desk but she was sooooooo sweet and so professional. She made a not so great experience a much better one with her kindness and caring. I truly appreciated her! Name started with a M I think.
Josh was such a God send this week. Traveling back from vacation we had a sudden issue with our vehicle. He got in to start it and the issue was resolved by the grace of God. Josh could have easily still towed it but instead he made me aware it was working fine and even let me drive it around the area and waited for me in case the issue arose again. Can’t recommend them enough.
We had a misunderstanding between the office personnel/ tow driver and myself in regards to leaving my vehicle in neutral in order to avoid an additional jump fee for a tow. I initially called a week after for a refund on the fee as i was not informed of the cost and realized how much it was. The initial response i received back from the office on Saturday did not help resolve the situation in any manner. The Owners then themselves reached back out to me a few days later and were very understanding of the matter and refunded the additional fee in full!
Shout out to Charles for doing an amazing fast job on getting my car moved back to my house!!! Thank you again! Jimmy’s Towing will be getting my business again in the future!! Very fair prices and super fast towing services!!

After what was probably a really long day already, Jimmy pulled in behind me to protect and guard me while working on the 331 bridge. The bridge is the most dangerous place for anyone to be broke down and for us to do a recovery. He risked his equipment and gave his time so that we were safe. Awesome

FIVE STAR PLUS!!! I was visiting from out of state when my alternator failed. Elton was professional, prompt, and pleasant when picking up my car in 45 minutes vs the HOURS I was quoted to wait by AAA!!! I had to go to clear out my brother's car while he was in the hospital. I was really shaken up because my brother's injury was so bad. And Melinda was amazing! She was so kind and patient with me.

Jimmy’s Towing picked up my 2019 Mercedes from Grayton Beach and transported it to my residence. Mitch was very professional and considerate loading the car on the roll back and getting it off as well. I would highly recommend Jimmy’s to anyone in the Florida panhandle!
Whatever you do don’t ever call jimmys towing! My girl wrecked her car and jimmy’s was trying to charge us 600$ -170 she apparently took off. Lady tried saying Walton county forces these charges for them to make. Called Florida state patrol and he got it down to 270 because they were over charging what they were suppose to. It’s been documented in Walton county sheriffs department. Don’t EVER use them! Very unprofessional and scam artist!
