My car broke down.. I used Day’s to tow and repair my vehicle. They were very professional and easy to get in touch with. The pricing was fair and They were so quick to get my car fixed!
This isn't a good place. Is filthy. My husband Kris his Subaru for air conditioner. It worked good then took it for a tuneup but the tuneup was wrong when he started the car a cough and spotter whoever fixed knew was a shitty job. Not tuneup so he complained he pay again and they fix it, but they sabotage his air conditioner so they're expensive. They're shady and plain all dirty I stopped One day because my engine light was on the lady Mary put a reader and told me that my gas tank cap was left open or the gas count. The cap was Fat charge me $20 for reading and $20 for reading so now if I get my engine light on I go to the auto parts store the guys do it for free and give me a printout not just her say I seen this is an incredible business that will help you out and then I saw the shop and I would not bring my car there my car no one has thrown a monkey wrench in it and no monkey is gonna do work on it. I take it to the dealer where they have their special tools to open these cars we're not going to go there ever again

If I could give a zero I would! STAFF IS COMPLETELY RUDE! My bumper was broken off, owner wanted to give 40.00 out of his pocket then made a comment so it was handed back! My attorney will be in touch! Absolutely disgusting to treat someone’s vehicle like it is garbage.
My girlfriends mothers vehicle was stolen and left abandoned right down the road from where we lived, as the vehicle was being towed we requested that they stop the tow process which was still currently being hooked up, and asked to pay them to drop the vehicle which they refused. I just found out they are required to stop towing upon request and release the vehicle with a discounted price of half of the normal price which they did not. They charged full price and made her wait a day. I think I will talk her into filing a law suite.
Great service! Staff are very helpful and really care to help. My mother was traveling to Texas when she broke down near Defuniak Springs. She needed to be towed to a mechanic shop. Everyone in the area recommended Day's service, and I understand why. Mary was so nice and helpful. The driver was also very nice and went out of her way to help my mother. I definitely recommend Day's service station. Thank you for all your help.
When you need Mr. John and Ms. Mary, they always there for you. They like the mailman always on time, summer, winter and fall. They have fixed the whole family's cars and trucks. They also tow your automobile to his shop to fix. We're in love with their services ?
Best in the county. I would not take my car anywhere else. John Day knows cars, he's honest, and he will not charge you more than what the job is worth. When he fixes my car, I feel safe driving it again.
Excellent and timely service! My original towing company had me wait 4 hours and canceled last minute. The Day's Service Station employees arrived in 30 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. Thanks for making a frustrating day better and getting my car to the mechanic on time!
My husband broke down July 4th weekend and John was the only one willing to help him out. Not only did he get him towed, he went above and beyond by fixing the problem so he could continue on his cross country trip!!! Thank you so much for being there for him that day. Can’t tell you enough how appreciative we both are!!

Asked if they could mount and balance a set of tires, they said "sure" and gave me a price. Took my truck in for service, how you gonna balance my tires when you don't even own a balance machine ? They never mentioned that little fact.
I had 8$ to my name And needed my own low profile 20' tire mounted immediately on my existing rim. My car was stranded in srb and I needed to get to work from DeFuniak. At first he was reluctant to do one and especially for 8$. I promised I would bring the rest back when he was done. 45 minutes later he was done and I was back with the money. I truly appreciate Mr. Day and could have been more thankful for him that day. Just wanted to say thank you properly, because I was in such a rush that day.
The service of the tow driver Tammy was awesome. I was sick on I-10 at night. Used her again to tow to a facility' that would work with my extended warranty . Price was reasonable. They are really friendly. Would definitely use them again

Yes the lady on the phone was nice but I was told I would have my car "checked out and fixed" in 2 months. Now I am still waiting to find out what is wrong with my car and only have so much time. All because they were "on vacation" for a month.
We were out of town and had a brake caliper lock up. I called Day's and the nice lady told me to bring it in and they would try to get it repaired before I needed to head back home. I limped there late in the afternoon. They called me the next morning by 8:30 and said it was ready. The price was less than I had expected. The place is not much to look at but these are down to earth honest folks and talented mechanics.
Called and talked to them about 4 times over the last month or so about a complete engine replacement. I have never received a call back nor the estimate I was promised each time! Last time I talked to them I was told they were too busy which is the first time I was told this and she again said she would call me back with an estimate...still waiting on my call back . Again
If I could give them 20 stars I would. Excellent customer service, excellent pricing,the only place I will ever take my vehicles to! I will recommend them to anyone.
GREAT People!!!..... We got stuck in the Church yard, we called they came within 20 mins had us out in 10!!!.. We're from Tennessee & my husband was covered on in MUD!!....The Guy felt sorry for & didn't charge us or would even take anything for Gas!!!.....What a Blessing!!!.....

We were traveling on I-10 when truck died. Our insurance paid for a tow to Day's. Awesome choice. John diagnosed the problem and installed the new part for an extremely reasonable price. He stayed late to get us back on the road. I wish we lived closer so he could do all our repair work. We drove over 200 miles to get home without any problems. Truck runs better than ever. Thanks again.
I can only speak to his towing service, which I highly recommend. I have never had maintenance performed here. When my daughter wrecked our van Days picked it up and brought it to their jobsite. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone involved.
Best shop in the panhandle. Another shop told me I needed a transmission at $3,200, Days put a 50 dollar solenoid in it and fixed the problem. Great, honest and cheap work!
On Easter sunday while going back home (georgia) my car shut off. No indication; just rolled to a stop on I-10 . The next day called the place where the tow truck took my vehicle and was told they couldn't check out my car till noon. Being I was out if town I needed service fast. I called Days service and they were able to get me going before noon. Thanks a bunch.
Traveling through and my fuel filter clogged up, left myself, my wife, and our two year old stranded on the side of I 10 west on Easter weekend! Called everyone around the area and finally got ahold of Days, they were closed but still sent someone out! Amazing customer service and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Also friendly on the wallet!
I was traveling through the area on the way to the beach and my car broke down at the Dollar General. I was traveling with my 4 year old and it was close to closing time on a Friday. A customer suggested I call Days. They sent someone out to where I was right away, Cody. He was great! He fixed my car so I could get where I was going and could order the part needed. They were a life saver...and only $35 for a service call!! I highly recommend them!
