We Always call Cobbs for our towing needs there fast affordable and very professional.. Danny has served his country and still serveing his community and has been in his semi retirement his wife Donna Burch has driven a bus for Walton county for for a very long time but she is there every afternoon for the most part retire is an understate ment for theses folks at Cobbs towing they will get you hooked up from the start .

Adam was very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job! We were happy that he came to rescue us-only 20 minutes or less after we called! We highly recommend this company!

AAA tells them I have issues with my front end, that I'm afraid a tire is gonna come off. What do these geniuses do they send out a truck that picks it up from the backend. Then he tells me I couldn't tow it anyways because it's a work truck. This company is worthless don't have AAA call them because they will leave you stranded and laugh at you

This is the fourth time I’ve used Cobbs Towing. They’ve towed two trucks for me in past years. They’ve removed and installed a muffler for me. And yesterday they completed a major repair on my front axle on my 4X4. They even gave me a ride to and from home while the repair was being done. And at a very reasonable price for the repair!

Had a reservation for them to retrieve a U-Haul. They were supposed to send me a notification on how to do it prior to coming. They never did. I called them the day prior, one woman responds like she just woke up gives the phone to someone that clearly has the job because she’s a relative; she was dismissive and did not call back in an hour when she said that she would. I drove there today to see the vehicle, but nobody there. In summary, do not go there for a U-Haul. Go to M&M or Crestview.

They ANSWERED THE PHONE!! They were polite, they were on time on a same day call! 5th wheel needed moved. Adam was very nice and knowledgeable and excellent in all areas of this task! Thank you COBBS TOWING!!

Very friendly, professional folks. They know how to run a business. Everything they do is expertly done and they are the most responsive people I've ever encountered. I called them after hours and they still answered the phone and calmly explained what may be happening with two other businesses that were all mismanaged and disorganized. Thank you for your professionalism, responsiveness and patience.

Most rudest owner of the business when i called, doesn't know how to talk to customers, wouldn't use this person service and to expensive. If I had known how bad they were with customers I wouldn't have used them.

I am visiting my kids ranch from Clearwater. Borrowed their vehicle and it broke down. I needed it towed before I had to hop a flight back home! Adam was awesome !! Thanks Adams. Thanks to you I'm about wings up and beach bound!????❣️

Would give this place no stars if I could. Called them when my tire popped and I didn’t have a jack on me, reasonably priced 60 bucks to come and put on my donut, the woman told me the driver was relatively close, waited an hour and called again, she said he had taken another call and that he’d be there any minute, waited another hour and a Good Samaritan stopped and helped out, another hour later I called to let them know I didn’t need help any more and they acted like they didn’t know who I was. Absolutely ridiculous. Was home by the time the driver called and asked me where I was haha.

We almost had a tire separate about 2 hours from home. We called AAA and they sent Cobbs Towing and Recovery!! Adam was professional, polite and fast! We were very thankful to him and would give 10 stars!!

Very friendly folks here who do their best to get you in out and on your way. They don't even complain about my wild child I must drag along for the trip from Alabama with me. Thanks Cobbs for all of your help, you've done so much for us and it's greatly appreciated.

This is the towing company you want. Quick, friendly. and affordable. Adam is a great guy and very knowledgeable — I learned a few things. I hope I don’t have to use him again, but if I do, I’ll call Cobb. Adam, get them bass!!!

Cobb towing is a contractor for AAA. I called AAA at 4:06 p.m. stranded on the highway with a flat tire. They said someone would be there by 5:16. I called at 5:16 to notify AAA that no one had come to change my tire so they called Cobb towing. He said he wasn't going out to hunt for me. The AAA operator didn't quite understand that because my location was pinpointed by GPS on the AAA app and he had my telephone number. I called back an hour later and Cobb towing said he was doing a rack out. I don't know what a rack out is but I guess it's more money than a tire change because at 7:03 I was still sitting on the highway with a flat tire. Highway patrol stopped behind me and called Road ranger department of transportation and he came and changed my tire. When the department of transportation called Cobb towing to see when an ETA on his arrival would be Cobb towing told him to go ahead and change the tire. The highway patrolman said that I guess Cobb towing didn't really need the money. So Cobb towing left me stranded on the highway for 3 hours because it wasn't worth his time to come find me or call me on my cell phone and to change a tire. I called AAA and told them that if he doesn't want to work for them then he should take his name off the contractor list instead of leaving someone stranded on the interstate for 3 hours. I don't recommend this guy for anything.

Great experience. My brother was broke down on I-10, Cobb promptly arrived, towed his vehicle, and took him to the tire shop for a quick repair. Great service for a reasonable price!

This crew was amazing throughout our little car situation. They rescued us from the side of the busy highway after our car stalled out completely without warning. Never had a car do that, and it was pretty scary in the middle of 70+mph traffic! Cobbs was there much faster than my insurance scheduled and offered their mechanic service to get us back on our journey. I was impressed by each person here. They treated us like new friends and genuinely cared about figuring out what was going on with our car. I think the mechanics are extremely bright and knowledgeable, however are very humble. I appreciate the time they took to fit us into their schedules. Eventhough we live in FWB, we'll trust Cobbs with our cars anyday!!! Thank you so much✌?

My son locked my keys in my trunk. My roadside assistance sent Cobbs Towing out. Travis was very professional and friendly. He got my car unlocked in less then 5mins. Made sure they where in the trunk before leaving.Thank you very much for saving my day.

I took my universal joint to them to push out the old and press the new! Not only did the mechanic want my help cause no one else was there. But later learned after he broke my $90 universal joint that he was not a real mechanic that he was the son to the real mechanic there! Very nice people is why they get 2 stars instead of one but I’d use them to tow me anytime! I assume the full time mechanic there is better but his son costed me money and never offered to pay for what he broke!

About 4 weeks ago a friend of mine had to come and pick me up from work while on the way home per vehicle broke down in the middle of Highway 90 between the new Chinese place in the Family Dollar. We were blocking traffic and couldn't start the vehicle at all. We called Cobbs Within 10 minutes they were there with a record to put her vehicle on it and get it out of the road. Then they ensured her that it would be on a lift first thing next morning and it was. Also being stuck both of us now without a vehicle one of their staff gave us a ride home. Thanks guys your lifesaver

Jon came to Alabama to retrieve vehicle , and was outstanding , and professional , in every way . Onstar could not find any wrecker to help . Dispatch was greats , on time , and just worth every penny ! These guys are really good !!

Reliable. They charge Chilton book prices for repair. Used towing service many times as well as shop. Great family own run tow and repair shop. If broke down while traveling, I would highly recommend using them

I understand you can't choose where you have mechanical issues but you do not have to choose these incompetent technicians masquerading as mechanics. My fuel pump went out on my truck, not doing much research I call for the first tow service I found on Google. The guy towing me says I have to go to the guy at his shop. Sounds weird but I wanted to get back on the road. They totally took advantage of the situation charging me $600. Then to top it off when I get home (150 miles away) one of the fuel lines comes disconnected causing my truck to die in the middle of the road and I lose a half tank of gas. After calling them they said the only way they would reimburse me for this awful experience is if I have my vehicle towed all the way back to them. I spoke to the one that did the "work" and he said he wouldn't honor the warranty on his work even if a real mechanic gave me documentation stating that this incident occured through no fault of my own but in fact was a result of faulty installation. Absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure to comment on every public review forum I find these people at. Do yourself a favor, avoid them at all costs

I buy and sell some used vehicles and Cobb"s is located right here in town, they've moved everything I have ever needed moved. Including a motorhome that I didn't want, so Danny took it off my hands. I've called them a dozen times for gas, air, tire service and battery boosts. They always show up as fast as I need them to. This is a little county town folks, it's not Pensacola, you can hardly expect their shop to be outfitted like a dealership - they always have a brisk business in the garage. I wouldn't call anyone else when my stuff breaks. Some of the reviews here seem too much focused on personality instead of business. It's a wrecker company with a garage and mechanics who do a good job. If you need them give them a call!

My family has used Cobbs Towing and recovery for repairs twice over the last 3 months and each time the repairs were done quickly and very inexpensively. We are happy to have found them! R. Blake Lewellen

If I could give zero stars it would still be too many! Do not use this company you will be sadly disappointed! I visited them and explained what I needed moved and they told me no problem and set up a time. Fast forward to the day and they show up 2 hours late and then tell me they can't move it. Their customer service is horrible and had nothing to say. Horrible experience!

These guys are great - I highly recommend Cobbs Towing! My husband was towing a U-Haul and broke down on I-10 with nothing around and called me to find help. DeFuniak Springs FL looked closest to where he described and, thank God, the Cobbs Towing ad jumped out at me on google! These people are really nice and assured me (I was stressed out) they would find him and take care of him. They did - and while I imagined the scenario of a dead vehicle and stranded husband, they found he was only out of gas - the trailer causing a misleading gas level reading. Soon he was back on his way. AND "Coop" (sp?) the driver from Cobbs called ME to reassure me that all was well and that my husband was back on the road. THAT is going the extra mile with great service from a great business! Thanks!!!
