I have always highly respected any NAPA I've dealt with. Great help and good parts. To me.....NAPA usually has just flat out better parts....like I told my Wife once after dealing with other parts stores......look Babe......even the box is of better quality......but for real.....better parts for usually better prices......and even if they are a little more costly......I'm tell'n Ya.....IT'S WORTH IT.

Integrity and honesty is alive and well at New Smyrna NAPA Auto Parts! I was quoted a price for a couple of parts that needed to be ordered and would be delivered the next day. Note that this was the only local parts store that was able to find the correct part. (The other places claimed they could get it, but the generic, universal part they sell is close, but not correct.) I was called the next day and told my parts were in at the time expected. I drove right over and upon arrival, I was handed the the parts and was surprised to see they were in OEM boxes. I was told there was an issue with their usual supplier and they had to get these from the local OEM dealership. He immediately made clear that the price I was quoted was the price I was going to pay. He showed me the invoice which showed they had paid almost double what I was quoted. I am familiar with the OEM retail price and the local dealership's dealer pricing, and am confident that the invoice they showed me was accurate. I told him I would gladly pay whatever they needed (I really was just glad to get the parts), but nope. The price quoted was what I was going to pay. I have three parts stores within a couple miles of my house, and the NAPA store is probably nearly 10 miles away, but I will make them my first try from now on.

Love these guys...they normally stock everything i need. If they don't have it they order it and it's usually there within a day, hard to beat that! Have been doing business with Butch and Chris for 20 plus years and will continue!

Any of the guys will go out of their way to help you with your mechanical problem. You might get lucky and hear a good joke or two

Love the people who work there. Very very helpful. Prices are reasonable. But the help u get from NAPA employees out do any other auto part store around.. They dont yank your wallet around..😀.

Ordered a part ahead online and was ready when I got there my part was ready and had a small chat with the employees about being new to the area and they were sooo nice and welcomed me to the neighborhood. All my auto needs will go to this store! Thanks guys!
