I came in looking for zip ties to zip tie my skid plate the had fallen off, and Mathew went above and beyond, and came out and took it off for me even though he didn’t have to. I can’t express how grateful I am that he took the timeout of his day to help me!
Manager Greg was knowledgable, helpful, and kind. Helped unload the old battery from my car and reload the new one. Attentive, quick, friendly service. Previous experience at this location was also very positive where an employee had helped install a new license plate light on my vehicle.
Devon in NSB was a great guy!!! My battery was under warranty and he installed a new one!!! I just wanna give a special thanks to him. He did a really good job today.!!!
Went here because my battery light keeps slightly illuminating. Husband who is ill, said go somewhere else. I should have listened! Tech said battery is good with first test, then connected with different machine to the battery terminals. Kept pressing buttons and replacing clamps in different spots. Finally saying battery is bad and I should replace it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ($140), and he could not at this time test the alternator or ignition. I left. But REALLY? REALLY?? You want me to spend $140 and maybe that's not it? I'll go AutoZone tomorrow and see if they can do the job.
UPDATE: Went to Advanced Auto in Edgewater. Nothing wrong with the battery or the alternator. No "codes" showing a problem. Wonderful, helpful people. Advanced Auto customer for life.
Came to O’Reilly’s first thing in the morning Josh and Devan were absolutely fantastic with their customer service! Help me out and got me back on the road and even let me use some tools for loaner. Talk about a very happy experience.
After getting a flat tire on the highway, I pulled into this O’Reilly Auto parts location. It was right off the highway and an employee named Mathew came to our rescue and help us change our flat tire. He was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend coming here if you have any auto needs.
Needed a new car battery and called to confirm it was in stock and got Devon on the phone. He was prompt and courteous and told him I'd be there soon. He saw me pull in by the car I needed a batterty for and greeted me and was ready to help! Great customer service and quick installation. Much appreciated Devon!!
Called ahead to make sure they have the part I needed. Told the guy I would be there soon. When I got there No one was there that could get my part. There was a Oreilly part delivery driver there, but he told me he could not help me. So I left and will not go back here again
Totally useless......there had to have been 4 men in this store i was the only customer and i asked for help just to have someone check my transmission fluid not to change it or add to it, just to check it for me they acted like I was asking for a lot.....sad
Micheal helped me change a trailer tire today and he was awesome! They had a store jack so he brought it out to my trailer and was really helpful and had a great attitude! This guy is great! Give him a raise O’reilly’s!
I had an issue with my work vehicle. Tristan was very polite and professional. He helped me with what I needed and was very knowledgeable about my issue. I’m back on the road. Thank you again
Matthew is a life saver! We got a nail in our tire traveling from FL to WV & so we stopped at O’Reileys to get a patch kit. I had no idea how to use one but Matthew helped me & got my tire patched! This is the kind of service that makes me appreciative of good hearted people.
Had an amazing experience with awesome customer service. Matthew read my codes in my car and after purchasing the part he put it on and had a smile on his face the whole time. Awesome having a good customer service interaction now a days.
What a great crew at this O’Reilly location! I had tire trouble with my new camper and Matthew came outside to make sure my tires were road worthy. Thanks to him, I had a safe drive back home! I am so very grateful for the extra care that he gave to make sure that I was safe, thank you!!!
Tristan for the win! He helped me get my brake pads and called another store we all know computers lie and he was more then willing to help me find the same pair honestly couldn't explain how helpful he was 5/5 because of good customer service and helpfulness. I will be shopping here more often thank you orilley's.
