No offense to Napa, however I did go to all the other big box parts stores in Venice. At one of the places rhymes with advanced auto, I had to teach the counter man MATH he couldn’t convert MM to standard! However in the mood for the delicious sammys at Dangelo’s in Venice. I see the blue and gold of Napa, I go in and the staff was super cool and knowledgeable. The were able to get the accessory drive belt for my Audi later that day!!

Aaron was my cashier at Napa he was a great customer service person helped me out what I needed and got the parts for me for my customer thank you Aaron job went well

I bought parts over three months ago and finally started to replace them only to find out that one was the wrong fit and another was wrong do to me ordering the wrong type. I didn't have a receipt only the online confirmation, they exchanged everything no questions asked. I appreciate the service very much.

Can't say how the parts store is, because it isn't one any longer. Signs are still up but it's gone. Well, building is there, as are the signs. Saying that it is an auto repair joint and the staff I met were quite friendly and sent me in the right direction. They also carry some light equipment like mowers.

Waited way to long for someone to help. I saw at least 4 employees working and only one was helping a customer. The others were too busy stocking shelves, talking to each other or doing other tasks around the store. Finally once I was assisted they didn’t even have half the oats I needed. For a F150. Very common vehicle. I will avoid coming here in the future.

Went to get some brake fluid and calipers today. A gentleman helped me out with patience despite my lack of knowledge and was kind until the very end. Didn't catch his name, but he made me feel like all of the employees there would do the same if given the chance. Thanks Napa!

My husband called to ask if they had a part for an older car in stock. They did and were nice enough to pull and hold it so I could pick it up for him. made it easy & convenient

I have been buying napa engine air filters and cabin air filters here for quite a while . Today I bought a cabin filter for over $40 . Absolutely ridiculous . Over the years I pay 16-$21 for any filter. Today you would have thought I bought one for a rolls Royce but it was only for an Hyundai Elantra. I came home and and checked Auto zone. There price was $17. Did I buy gold today. They could have told me that the price was high but they didn't. I will never go to Napa Auto store again

I bought a oil filter wrench to retract a filter off my Volvo truck. And do to the piece’s bad manufacture it got bent while it failed to retract my filter. I took it back to be returned and the rude salesman told me he could not do anything about it even though the piece was damaged when I bought it. I had to go to the manger who finally let me return the piece for my money back. I’m a loyal customer who has been buying pieces for years and to be treated like that is just unacceptable.

Went to purchase a sale item screwdriver set and a socket set with ratchet 3/8 drive they had them all looked good. Purchased both.

I had a good experience with this location as I had auto paint mixed for me in a rattle can I was spot on and service was excellent, prices were decent as well, as your getting quality

Very nice people and good service. They tried to match the lower paint on our Sprinter for which we don't have the code but their system couldn't do it. Sad but at least they tried.

Great selection of parts. If they're not on stock they can topically get them the next day. Knowledgeable staff to help you decide what you want/need for your vehicle.

Always come here for my auto needs. Staff seems knowledgeable unlike other chain auto parts stores. I have never had an issue with this store.

Needed a part in a hurry for my RV and Mikey checked other sources in the area since he didn't have it on hand. No other retailers in the Venice and Englewood area offered such great customer service.

Purchased 3 8d batteries. Cost 316. each. The clerk asked if we belonged to AAA, said yes. So instead of 950, it cost us 626.

The folks at this parts store are generally fairly knowledgeable. Most of the time they have the part that you need but be prepared to pay the price.

Getting a knowledgeable person at the counter has slighty better odds than the lottery but you prob want to know what your looking for ahead of time..

Had an alternator problem just in from sailing from dry tortugas. Pitty was taken upon us and the issue was sorted. A step above what you'll find at those other stores. Thank you very much.
