I was stuck hard on a sandbar at 5:30 pm. Zach from US Tow Boat arrived and tried everything for an hour but with low tide there was no chance getting off that sand bar. I asked him if he could drop my guests at the nearest dock so they could catch an Uber home. As Captain, I stayed with the boat with the knowledge that high tide was not until 1:30 am. Zach said he would be back even though it was 90 minutes to get back to me. He checked in periodically throughout the night seeing if I was ok. Then at 1:15 am he was back and in 15 minutes he had me floating again. I told him he was a life saver and he humbly just said it was his Job. Thank you Zach, I wish all employees had your commitment.
Our engine died on the intracostal in South Venice. We called for a tow and Zack said it would be an hour to reach us. He showed up on time and quickly hooked us up an towed us back to Englewood. We'll worth the yearly membership.
I needed a tow and called the main number for TowBoatUS. Zach literally called me before I ended the call with the main office - incredible response time! When he showed up to assist, he was friendly, professional and very efficient. This is a first class operation I highly recommend!

Guided us right to the dock and then he went above and beyond. Even helped us get our boat on the trailer.
