Great hotel with a great bar, restaurant, pool and staff. Gorgeous views of the water. Highly recommend!

The customer experience at this property was extremely positive! There is a high degree of personalization and engagement that you do not get at other hotels. The property is very well kept and overall was such a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely fabulous stay. The staff, rooms, view, pool and burgers were amazing. The room was really spacious, well kitted out and so comfortable. The pool was really nice and warm during a Florida cold spell. Can't wait to go back!

The resort has great accommodations and the entire staff was outstanding. They are very focused on providing a great guest experience and delivered that on every front. Highly recommend this property if you are looking in the Treasure Island area.

Great place to stay. The amenities were basic but the hotel is so clean and well kept. I highly recommend a gulf view room. Sitting on the balcony in the sun is amazing. Watching dolphins from our room was so cool. BRGR room service was great. However the night we chose to eat in the restaurant was awful. Waitress never put appetizer in, made a horrible undrinkable mojito and brought me regular fries in stead of truffle fries. However, she was kind and seemed to be trying. All in all, we loved the location and there are snacks in the lobby for $2 each which is amazing price considering how everyone marks everything up. Also don’t forget to grab fresh , yummy cookies everyday from 4-6pm.

Such a beautiful getaway with the Family for New Year’s celebrations. We love the little celebration touches the resort provided such as the Photo Booth and props. Our Gulf View Suite had amazing sunsets every night. BRGR Restaurant was delicious and staff was exceptional. Check-in, stay and check-out was seamless. If anything was needed, service was provided right away and professionally.

We stayed here for an anniversary. It was peaceful, clean, and had a nice view. It's set back on the beach, not right up to the water. Nice pool, restaurant and other amenities. Staff was very friendly! We'd stay again!

This is our favorite place on the whole gulf coast. From the front desk manager Clark as soon as we walk in, he is polite, professional and constantly looking for ways to make our stay better. He definitely is the best. Also, Michelle the housekeeper on first floor, she is a joy to talk too and makes you feel part of her family. This place is top notch for the amenities, the atmosphere the beach but especially for their staff!. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and like your own apartment complete with anything you could need. Highly recommend this place

I stayed here with my friend for two nights and really enjoyed my stay! The rooms were clean, well stocked, and had incredible views of the gulf. The location is prime and is within walking distance of the grocery store and bars. The staff was so kind and helpful - they were super accommodating when my friends flight was canceled and she needed to extend her stay. If you’re going to treasure island and looking for the hotel that has everything you need and more - stay here!

Husband and I went here for our honeymoon and it was AMAZING!! Every single member of their staff was so kind and made it a point to greet us. We got breakfast every morning with their rise, shine, and dine package. Every item we tried was DELICIOUS!! Highly suggest the Eggs Benedict?? Also, every day from 4-6 they have FREE cookies. And not your run of the mill ones either, they were really good. View was absolutely beautiful on top of everything. Overall, I highly suggest staying at Treasure Island Beach Resort!!

Our second time to this hotel and it's always pristine. There are no bad views and the suites are spacious, beautifully decorated and feel luxurious. The pool is fantastic for kids as its not too deep and the proximity to the beach couldn't be better. We'll be back again!

We visited a few weeks ago after booking last minute — and let me tell you, finding this place has been life-changing. We loved it so much that we decided to celebrate my 40th birthday here instead! When I called to upgrade last minute, Itzel went above and beyond and made it happen complimentary! She and Clark are absolute rockstars — some of the hardest-working people in hospitality. The BRGR place was fantastic. We ordered in-room dining, and the food arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. Can’t wait to do that again! Poolside drinks were outstanding (I’m still dreaming about the Cornerback Punch), and breakfast was perfect — my wife hasn’t stopped talking about the grits! Every bit of service was spot-on. WAY TO DO IT RIGHT! Huge thanks to Itzel for making my 40th birthday one to remember! ?

Beautiful resort — the rooms are far superior to the Don Cesar, and Clark was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, check-in was a bit rough. Itzel could use some additional training on guest communication — she should clearly explain the charges before asking guests to swipe their card and learn how to greet guest warmly.

Our stay at Treasure Island Resort turned into an absolute nightmare because of their dangerous negligence and lack of staff training. Before dining at the poolside café, we explicitly told the waitress that my fiancé has a severe fish allergy and asked if it was safe for him to eat there. We were reassured over and over that everything would be fine. Trusting their word, we ordered a burger and calamari. Not long after, he began coughing uncontrollably, his heart was racing, and his skin broke out in welts. He said he felt like he was choking. This was a life-threatening allergic reaction caused by their careless misinformation and preparation of our food. We had to rush to our room to administer his EpiPen and run across the street for Benadryl in case things escalated further. We filed a report immediately and requested that the previous day be refunded since we were stuck in the hotel room all day recovering from their negligence. The manager and restaurant “manager” offered hollow, and obvious insincere apologies and the hotel”manager” promised to “have our back” when we called for the refund. Once we left, he suddenly became “out of office” every single time we tried to reach him. When AMEX contacted the hotel on our behalf, he flat-out denied our request — after personally assuring us he would support it. This entire situation was handled with ZERO professionalism, ZERO empathy, and ZERO accountability. Fish allergies are common. Many restaurants handle them with strict sanitation protocols, proper staff training, and allergy kits on hand. This hotel clearly has none of that. Although the resort’s location is beautiful, it’s not worth risking your life. If you have any health concerns, allergies, or need even basic assistance, DO NOT stay here. Their lack of care and training turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a traumatizing near-death experience.

We’ve been coming here since 2020. Great resort in every way! Best location, every room has gulf view, very clean, comfy beds, beautiful pool, great restaurant (best food), best staff, from manager, servers, pool assts, front desk to housekeeping. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and we will be back! You will not be disappointed!

Great hotel and resort. Great rooms, good food, pleasant walk to the beach, and convenient location. Special shout out to Michelle who is such a fabulous member of staff and really makes the stay feel special.

Just book it, trust me!! This has to be one of the best facilities in the area, no question. We spent days looking the perfect spot before deciding on this place, and couldn't have been happier with our decision. Clean and updated rooms, covered parking, beautiful pool/beach, huge exercise room, on site laundry facilities, excellent attached restaurant, I could go on. But the single best attribute here is the genuine and caring employees like John, Jayden, the front desk team, as well as the people at BRGR restaurant Bill, Dee, Alexis etc. Their exceptional service should be recognized, and will be the single biggest factor on our recommendation to family and friends. Thank you to you all! We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated, delicious food! Very clean and spacious. They upgraded our room at check in to the 2/2, which was an amazing surprise. The cookies, OMG yummy yum! We found some really pretty shells, at sunrise.

From the first encounter to the last encounter everything was fantastic! I can’t possibly name everyone that made this place so memorable because everyone there was so nice and genuinely cared that our stay was amazing! We arrived early and John greeted us and was happy to accommodate an early check in. Jayden at the pool was nice and helpful and very personable! Bill and Dee at the restaurant onsite (BRGR) never disappointed. The food and service were amazing! And to top it all off cookies everyday from 4-6! The gym was spacious and had all the things needed to get a good workout in away from home! The key to the room was a bracelet that comfortable to wear and very convenient. I would define stay here again!

Everyone here was amazing. The rooms were spacious, quiet, well maintained. It had an Airbnb vibe with hotel amenities. I wish it did have a broom though, so I could help maintain the sand in between service. Or some sand toys for the kids, as we traveled light and didn't have space to bring.

Treasure Island is a very nostalgic area with many older establishments. Some of these are very tired and not modern at all. THIS is NOT one of them. TIBR is a modern, full-service resort that is top notch in amenities and service. Stayed here for a 3-night local get away and had a great experience with the staff and the services provided by the hotel. The on-site restaurant and bar is very good. The menu has everything from simple items to more adventurous foodie items. I highly recommend!

All of the staff members were pleasant, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. They were attentive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist to the best of their ability. I even received a call from the front desk before my arrival — gentleman (sorry can't remember name) asked when I was expecting to get there and even wished me safe travels. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, took the time to explain everything we could expect during our stay, and truly made us feel at home. The only suggestion I have is to consider upgrading the kitchen utensils to include a few more cooking tools for added convenience and variety.

Stayed here this past weekend. I cannot say enough about how beautiful of a hotel this place is. The staff was beyond amazing. Super friendly and very accommodating. Views that take your breath away. I will most certainly be coming back as well as recommending this beautiful place to as many people as I can. Also, the Burger place in the hotel is great and the wait staff are super friendly as well.

Had another amazing experience! The service was wonderful at the front desk and anything we needed could be done instantly by text, even though they reached out proactively constantly to see how things were going. The rooms are large and in great condition... showers are great and the mattresses are really nice (both really great things to have in a resort!). We hope to return again soon.

We spent a week in condo 312. I was nervous about staying because there were no reviews on the listing. It is a beautiful condo, like the pictures. We would stay here again. The only small thing, the toaster didn’t work, the middle burner is out. Other than that, no complaints. We loved the pool & beach service. The store is really nice & offers a variety of items. The assigned parking spot is so convenient. Will definitely stay at Treasure Island when we visit PCB in the future.
