Theyre vacuums actually work and the washes are at an appropriate power level. Only downside is, they dont sell anything like armorall towels, or car fresheners. Will definitely use again and bring own supplies
This facility was clean and obviously well maintained. The vacuum I used was super strong and got the worst of the sand my inconsiderate Uber passengers left in my car. Thank you!
Great self-service car wash! Everything worked well, and the place was clean. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly — really made the experience better. Highly recommend!
Was on the island after a long drive up from Marco Island. Ended up so much dirt then the birds had their way with it. Was able to get it clean very happy with everything.
Well maintained and clean. It’s obviously cared for and it definitely shows. It doesn’t skimp on soap, and has name brand products like turtle wax. It has multiple ways to pay from quarters to tap to pay. I would come back.
They don't have quarters they give you tokens $5 gets four tokens I feel it to be a little pricey saying that half of the things that are on the board don't work the wax ceramic supposed to be sprayable was clogged nothing came out I ended up spending $10 to wash my truck and I was kind of unhappy that I took that much to get it done,, there's much better do it yourself car washes then that over priced one in treasure Island..
It's never busy when I come here and the equipment is always in good working order. This is definitely my go to place when I don't feel like washing my car at home. It's well worth the drive from Kenwood. And the blower dried my car better than any I've used elsewhere.
Excellent place for a do it yourself wash. The gentleman running it really keeps up with the equipment. Best vacuum machine I've ever used. Fairly price!!dependable equipment!!great place!!
Just got done washing my truck with my boy. By far treasure Island car wash is the best!
We really love the blower feature to get all the water off before drying. These automatic car washes are ok but not if you have a ladder rack they won’t let you in. Thanks too this wash my truck is shining and ready for the next job site.
Easy to use and payment system works well. Variety of wash products is good. The foaming brush really foams up a significant amount of detergent. However the brush head does a poor job and after using it and the wand to rinse it was clear that the vehicle still had a noticeable film.
Bomb car wash just off the main drag. I used it later in the evening and a couple times pretty late at night and felt safe. Lots of options for the different washing cycles including the handheld air gun for drying off your car. The best part though, while I was there, there was an artist working on a mural on the outside of the building. Any business that actively pays an artist for their work is five stars in my book.
It’s awesome to see a car wash that is well maintained and well managed. Everything works like it should! After going from car wash to car wash this will definitely be my go to from now on.
Great place everything worked all soap etc plus I have a lifted sprinter and it is one of the few that I could use just visiting from Oregon but would go again ( 10' tall , 26' long with rear carrier)
All the soap was there, all the options working, more options than anywhere ive ever seen, including a hand dryer. Nice swipe card once and let it go feature, none of that managing quarters bs. This is a good one.
I recently visited and they had no soap when using the wash. The owner replied to my initial post quickly. We did not realize that it was closed and they were making repairs/updates. They offered me a refund- I appreciate this but declined. I’m just happy they responded quickly and are looking into things. Changing my review- ?
I’ve been coming here for 2 years, every week or other week. The new owners have really upgraded. I had a problem with one of their machines and the owner contacted me immediately to rectify the situation.
Dryer is the most powerful and machines give you the longest time.
Very gentle on my vintage vehicle.
Very attentive owners that take a real interest in their business.
Very impressed and highly recommend.
Great little Carwash on the beach… I stopped by a couple days and talked to the owner while I was there…Super nice guy , treated me like he’s known me for years… they are constantly improving the property and upgrading the equipment to provide a great experience. Definitely will go back again.
Don’t normally leave reviews, but this is the BEST car wash in town! Always clean and stocked up with everything I need! Met the owner and he is so kind and helpful. I will be coming here at least once a week to keep my car sparkling!
This is the greatest car wash I’ve been too. First time I went I met the owner and he washed my car for me!! I couldn’t believe it what a guy! The next time I went I brought my boat and did a full engine flush with the muffs that are one of the attachments. The coolest attachment is the hand held dryer which was ideal for drying my motorcycle. Overall great experience I will keep going back over and over and over. Treasure Island Car Wash I love you!
Washed my new C8 Vette there for the first time and the water pressure was great, managed to get the wash job done in one cycle of quarters, and for a cheap Canadian I thought this was a bargin. I recommend this car wash, lots of time on the clock if you know what I mean....
Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices. It will take you three cycles before the rinse water comes out clean enough to actually rinse the car. After spending $8 I had to go home and break out the hose to get the soap off. Waste of time and money.
There is no attendant, phone to call, and the little mailbox for refund cards is ignored.
Am I sorry that I went here. Just used pressure rinse and soap and rinse. All chrome trim on car is water stained by hard water...nothing will remove the stains. $3 wash will be major effort to fix.
the vacuum now has a credit card option. however it took $10. from my account for a 4 minute job. when I tried to call the number it wasnt in-service. the garbage cans were over flowing and trash everywhere. **update**So the NEW owner called me to let me know all new equipment has been installed and the $10 is a deposit and the charge of 2.25 was the actual charge and it was changed on my bank statement. I appreciate his concern and the call. He took care of the trash and is actually upgrading and making it better for customers. Thank you for the response Matt
