During my Labor day festivities my 2015 F350 had a little mishap. I spoke With Bill from Handley Automotive and he assured me that Him and his staff could bring baby back to the pristine condition it was in before the mishap. I can tell I could not be more happy with the service. Bill and his staff went above and beyond. My truck looks like nothing ever happened. Everything from short time of being without my truck to the updates the quality of parts and workmanship of the staff to the amazing finish. I HIGHLY recommend Handley Automotive for any of life's mishaps

Two weeks ago my car was involved in an accident that destroyed the front of my car. We thought about getting another car, or having our "fender bender" repaired. We did our research on buying a two- or three-year-old used car, but the prices were more than I anticipated. We reached out to our trusted service repair shop, Danny's, and asked them for a recommendation for a body shop that could repair our damaged car. They recommended (highly) that we take the car to Handley Automotive for an estimate. When we arrived at Handley's, Jeff met us outside as we drove in. I asked if we needed to make an appointment to get an estimate. He said he'd work us in right now and invited us inside his office and worked with us for about 15 minutes looking up the prices, from various sources, for the parts we needed. Jeff found parts for us that were far less expensive than expected and said he could have the parts within a few days. We gave him a deposit and make an appointment to bring the car back the day after Memorial Day. He suggested the work may take between 5 and 7 days, but he'd try and move the work along more quickly and try to get the car back to us before the next weekend "if possible". Indeed we received a call Friday, mid-morning, telling us the car was ready, after just 3.5 days. Getting the car back early saved me $140 in car rental fees. When I went to get the car, I was astounded by how good it looked! Honestly, the damaged area looked BRAND NEW. And, the price was lower than I expected. We have a few more dents that could use work. When time permits, I will be taking my car back to Handley's for additional touch-up work. These guys are GREAT. Marcus

Fantastic service! As soon as I arrived, I was promptly attended to. Jeff walked me through the entire repair process, explaining each step with great knowledge and professionalism. He was not only skilled but also very respectful. In and out in less than 30 minutes—couldn’t have asked for better service! I highly recommend him.

Someone plowed into the back of our Mustang in a grocery parking lot. Brought the car to Handley and Brian immediately looked at it and gave me an estimate and set up an appointment for the repairs. All of that took less than 10 minutes. After the repairs were done the car looked as good as new. No surprises just great craftsmanship and quality service all around.

Someone ran into the back of my car and it needed a good amount of repair. Handley did a great job especially negotiating with the insurance company to make the best repairs with quality parts.

Auto partial repaint - Handley Automotive in Safety Harbor I needed a repaint of my hood due to clear coat peeling - Range Rover. Handley Automotive was reasonable compared to other auto body shops. Some shops wouldn't even quote as it was too small of a job for them. Handley removed the hood sanded to base coat, sealed, sprayed new base coat and finished with clear coat. It came out flawless and matched the color perfectly they even provided a touch up vial for other flaws on my vehicle. After reading many reviews and being referred to Handley, I was so glad I took my vehicle there. I had just dropped my comp and collision on my almost 13 year old vehicle, when a very large palm tree in our yard came fully out of the ground and smashed the back window and did damage to the rear of my SUV. They glass folks were not able to replace as there would not be a seal. When I called they seemed to be quite backed up for several weeks, but since I could not drive it anyway I took it in. Bill called a few days later and gave me a few options. Then called only a week later that it was completed! I feel that this family owned business is very fair and honest, which is sometimes hard to find these days. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Just received my infiniti Q50 back from them after badly damaging my vehicle from hitting the garage. Brian and his dad, Mr. Bill Handley, provide white glove service and assisted me during the entire process. Professional, kind, honest, and highly recommend their services!

I have used Handley’s twice. Both times they did excellent work and exceeded my expectations. Pricing was fair and results were outstanding. This quality father and son business was able to perform difficult body work on my RAV4 that others wouldn’t/couldn’t do. At Handley's, everyone was so nice and professional from the beginning. They were not only the best price, but also the best customer service, AND they washed my car before giving it back. They did a great job replacing my grill and bumper. Don't even bother calling anywhere else. JUST GO HERE!

Brian at Handley Automotive was great to work with and they did an excellent job on my husbands 2019 Dodge Ram. They performed a free estimate. Their quote was itemized and detailed which I like for clarity. I had no surprises with my bill. Brian was very attentive and even emailed back & forth several times with me because I work during normal office hours and can’t get to my phone. My husbands truck needed body work from a large rock hitting it and another big ding from backing into something. Brian’s team matched the paint perfectly (specialty color-Patriot Blue). I’m 100% satisfied with the outcome. They even made pickup a breeze for a busy lady like myself. I dropped car at 6am, utilized their key drop, and Ubered to work. I did the same for pickup after hours and used their secure lockbox to retrieve my key. I was only without my truck for 4 days. Very smooth operation!! Highly recommend!!

I had my 2011 Lexus CT200 repaired with them and they did amazing work. They had to replace the rear bumper and clear protector, as well as paint the bumper with a 3 stage paint. Everything turned out great and they were the least expensive! I Highly recommend them to anyone needing work done! I included some before and after photos for reference!

I brought a cracked broken body panel from my jet ski to Brian that I wasn't sure could even be fix. Not only did he fix it and paint it for me, when I got it back I was blown away with how good it looked. Brian was very professional and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable and all in all it was a great experience. I have more projects that need attention and I will be bringing them to Handley Automotive. Thanks Brian.

After someone hit me, the guys at Handley worked tirelessly until they got through to the insurance company that was ghosting us. They fixed my car and it looked brand new, perfect paint, and body work. They also fixed a couple of other issues on my car that weren't from the accident. I was totally satisfied with their service!

When I was living in Florida, I leased my first brand new car. Out driving that new car only two months later a motorcyclist got stuck on a rock and gunned it. That left a quarter sized dent and scrape all the way to the metal pin the passenger door. I called around and everyone was just under my auto deductible and my insurance wanted me to go through them which wasn’t going to happen seeing I could get it done for a less cost. I was driving in safety harbor one day and saw this place and stopped by. They were so friendly (family owned and passed down) I met the grandfather, dad, and son all in the same day along with some of the others that worked at the shop. Everyone was so friendly. They wrote me up a quote and I couldn’t believe my eyes that it was well under other shops in the area and just seeing some of the work on other customers cars, I agreed and made the appointment. It was done when they said it would be done, and washed and vacuumed out when I came to pick it up. That extra mile of returning the vehicle cleaner than they got it was just the cherry on top! I would 1000% recommend Handley Automotive for repairs and body work!

As a family owned and operated business, all three generations of the Handley men are represented here. And they are all personable, professional, and caring. It's clear they run a very busy shop but that doesn't stop them from taking time with each customer. It's a very welcoming atmosphere and I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in their care. I was there for a repair to my rear bumper that was covered by insurance. I provided the estimate and they did the rest, they even gave me a ride to Enterprise so I didn't have to wait to be picked up. They communicated with me throughout the process and when I picked up my car I was again greeted with excellent customer service. They did a great job on the repairs and I would give more than five stars if I could. I highly recommend them!!
