Everyone was great in what started out as a very stressful situation. They got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue, worked with my warranty company to resolve the problem and had me back on the road the same day. Every step and fees were completely explained and they were so thorough. Highly recommend for your car needs. Photo is not from their location but what brought me to them. Oil leak on my skid plate.
I recently took my Jeep in for repairs at Supreme , and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The team did an outstanding job on the work—everything was fixed professionally, thoroughly, and it runs better than ever. No shortcuts, no surprises on the bill, just solid, reliable service that gave me full confidence in the repairs.
What really stood out was their awesome customer service. Since I didn’t have another car available, the guy at the front desk went out of his way to pick me up from home and drop me off after the work was done. That kind of courtesy made a huge difference and turned what could have been a hassle into a smooth, stress-free process.

I had my Mercedes GLB towed there when my check engine light started flashing, and from the very beginning the experience was exceptional. Chris went above and beyond to explain everything to me from start to finish — in terms I could actually understand. He was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind.
The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn’t do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money.
What truly impressed me, though, was Chris’s integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. He even told me exactly what to say when I called Mercedes. Because of him, I ended up saving about $7,000 on that repair.
It’s rare to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over profit like that. Supreme Autocare has absolutely earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Chris and Alexa are fantastic..honest..and reasonable...very caring and gave me and my car amazing attention. Chris explained everything in detail and the inspection was top notch. Now I know every aspect and what to expect down the road to make sound decisions on maintaining my car that has 169k miles and hopefully being blessed with their expertise I'll get another 160k🙏🏻

If I lived here I would definitely be their customer!! I’m from out of town and had some real concerns with my vehicle. I did talk or go to a few other places before I arrived here. The other places put true fear in me.
So, Chris and staff took my car in to determine the severity and see if I could make the drive back to NY.
They were very honest, explaining what actually was going on. They could have had a sale but reassured me I could make it back and fix it in NY.
They answered all my ? and relived my stress.

They will recommend preventive maintenance, but this is one of the only shops where it actually sounds like a friend giving you advice and not a cheap sales pitch.
Got my driveshaft replaced, everything went great, technician took the time to come and test drive the car for as long as I need it to ensure I was satisfied.
Will bring my wife’s Miata in the future.
Supreme took me in on an emergency repair, engine was leaking coolant, and they were awesome! Fast, efficient, Tracey explained all my vehicles needs very well. Will return for regular maintenance.

AAA repair shop with quality premises and for an auto shop place was immaculate. They are my new go to auto repair shop for my Corvette since these cars are very difficult to work on for your average mechanic. I had a major repair job done. And it was done in a reasonable amount of time and they went above and beyond to make sure the car was correct before giving it back to me. The cost was more than fair and they took care of even more than I brought it in for at no extra Charge. I highly recommend this service shop for any job you may need on your automobile any make or model. Matt and Chris are knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond. Big thumbs up!
Tracey was a wonderful help with everything from the communication about pricing to letting you know what’s going on with your vehicle. Repairs were quick and painless process on my end and got my car back extremely quickly for the extent of the repairs needed. The transparency will have me bringing it back again for all my repairs! The BEST shop! First of all it’s extremely clean, never saw that elsewhere. Staff super friendly, always sending updates. Great prices and they send you videos/photos of your vehicle inspection. Never been happier to go to a auto shop where it doesn’t feel scammy at all.
I always forget to review the day-of.. We have a car that hasn't had really any work done to it at all for YEARS. It's a bit of a mess, but we've been slowly fixing it up to keep it going another few years. They took us in the same day we called, found everything they could wrong with it, fixed what we initially asked about quickly, and ordered the priority of the next repairs for us by urgency.
The prices, I can't really compare it to much since this is only the second time I've been to a car repair shop, but it seemed very reasonable.
As for the people themselves? Chris and Tracy were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, even offered us coffee and water when we had to stick around for the repairs. Tracy and I ended up just talking the entire time when she wasn't working on something or helping others. Love her!

Additionally the detailed estimate and electronic approve / decline work order process was superior to anything I previously experienced. I was a first time customer and chose Superior based on the reviews…would definitely recommend to others.
Supreme Auto Care was amazing. Tracey was amazing and answered all of my questions. They even have and online invoice that let's you decide what work you want them to complete. Declined the rear rotor replacement “package” recommended by supreme auto. 2 days ago brought the car to a shop to see what was needed and have the work done (for a reasonable price). Well, they not only inspected the vehicle, they kept asking if the car was vibrating - because the brakes were fine and they didn’t understand why I thought they needed attention. Be careful out there!
I went to this auto service shop referred by a friend, seeking a second opinion about 4 services recommended by the dealership. After usual multipoint inspection, it turned out I needed only 2. Tracey and Chris were nice and answered all my questions.The time I spent there, waiting for the work to be done was informative. I will be using this place for all my car needs, as I value their honest opinion and a great service.
I had a unexpected loss of power in my BMW 335is convertible and needed to have it checked out plus have the car looked over for maintenance. Tracey and Chris were able to get my car in quickly and communicated with me consistently throughout the process. They identified some other maintenance items that needed to be taken care of that were not very expensive so I had them do those while the car was there, for peace of mind. Got my car back and it's running great. I would say the top 3 things about them were: Reasonable prices, great communication by Tracey, and as importantly, I felt cared for. They're both super nice. Great job, everyone!
I am new to Florida and had some car issues off to my long drive here. I booked an appointment with Supreme Auto Care and they were wonderful. Tracy couldn't have been more helpful and I was there for a couple of hours and we had a wonderful conversation. Your technicians were amazing and found what the problem was, fixed it and even took it out for a test drive to make sure there was nothing else wrong. Will definitely be back
Most honest body shop ever!!!
My daughter an I drove an hour to this shop that was recommended to us by her coworker. Needless to say, well worth the drive/gas!!!
We assumed we needed new brakes/rotors as we were hearing crunching/grinding noises when pressing the brakes.
Chris drove with my daughter but they couldn't hear anything so they put her car on the lift to look at it and found nothing. All the brakes were still in new like condition.
Chris and Tracy also answered a few questions my daughter had as well as educated her on vehicles and even info on warranties for our particular vehicle.
They even put on the windshield wiper blades we ordered and had in the car with us.
Every shop we've ever encountered would've tried to talk us into needing new brakes and/or rotors but Chris was very honest and which is such an admirable and rare quality these days when the rest of the world is out to scam their next dollar.
Thank you Supreme Auto Care, I will gladly drive an hour just to have work done by your shop in the future.
I went to them for a second opinion on some things I did not trust from another place. Chris was very kind from the moment I walked in. He mentioned a warranty I could still have for my vehicle that I did not know about, and already saved me money there. They did an inspection to check those issues for me I mentioned and sent me a breakdown and pictures as proof. With permission, they did the work that needed to be done in a quick time frame and reasonable price. I was also given very understanding information regarding the work done and future work. I appreciate their honesty and kindness. I will definitely see them for future work and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest auto shop. Thank you again, Chris.
Great Experience. Heather at the front desk is very knowledgeable and transparent. I took my mustang in here after neglecting it for years. The fixed all the issues, sent updates, and made me very aware of what was going on with my vehicle. They are WAY CHEAPER than the dealership.

So I brought my mustang in for a diag after I heard a heavy rattle in from the passenger side and seeing transmission fluid under the car. I spoke with Heather and she guided me through a couple different options I could go with after the shop figured out the issue with the car. I ended up having to leave the car overnight until I could tow it to Ford bc I still had my warranty. I’m usually very skeptical about non dealer/performance shops working on my vehicles but I can say without a doubt that I would recommend this shop and that the staff is really nice and knowledgeable. I also will be going back here again for future work and the reason I found this place was because of the good reviews. So I would definitely recommend this shop!
We have been bringing our work trucks here for a while now. We once had an A/C compressor lock up on one of our bucket trucks. The part was covered under warranty and Supreme even assisted in finding another shop on the other coast of Florida to help tow and repair. First class customer service! On a more personal note, I had been restoring an old Toyota pickup for a couple of year when the time finally came to get an alignment. I went to the closest place first which was a mistake. I then drove it to Supreme and spoke with Matt in detail about the truck and he was very helpful. They managed to get me in the same day and looking at the alignment report from Supreme vs the “other guys” you can tell they actually care about getting it right. These guys are honest, affordable, and really seem to care which is so rare in this day and age. Good job Supreme!
I tried three mechanics and no one could fix my older Camry. But Supreme Auto Care made her run smooth again. It’s such a relief! Thank you. They’re getting my other older vehicle on Monday too! They also cleaned the engine area and the car came back, clean and not smudged or dirty, which is how I always expect my car to be returned but lately it would be returned filthy. But Supreme Auto Care returned my car very nice and clean.
Now Supreme has fixed my other older vehicle which now runs perfect and smooth saving me buying a new vehicle. This one will last me a long time with care which Supreme gave it, two new timing chains and fixed the oil leaks due to old seals failing. That’s two jobs done with no complaints from me! That’s a first in a long time. Usually I take my car to a shop and get it returned not completely handled. It’s nice to pick up the car and have it work!
