Car was not under my name when accident happens I was told I didn’t have to worry about any thing after a few months boom they charge me worst place their words mean nothing !!!!!!!!!! WILLLL NOT RECOMMEND
This company is prompt and Omar did a wonderful job getting our Corvette on the flatbed and towed to the bodyshop in no time at all. He was pleasant and nice in a difficult situation.
I called for their service expecting the best and recieved the WORST!!!!!! They told me they were gonna send their best driver named Moe and he was the worst damaging my under carriage and frame!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
I see a lot of bad reviews but I know I had great customer service. with rent coming up due on the 1st and I called him just two days and had it all worked out to haul my bus all the way back down to the keys. You guys did a terrific job. I know who I'm calling for any heavy hauling in South Florida. Thanks again
I was hit by a truck&trailer driving home from work. I didn’t know what to do and the cops couldn’t help change my tire because of the lift on my truck so they called the tow. The kind man assured me I could pay through cash app/venmo and helped me get home. He went above and beyond and if I ever need a tow again I will be calling Babbsco and asking for Joel. He turned an awful situation into one that he was able to fix for me so I wouldn’t have to keep dealing with it. Thank you so much Joel!!
Worst customer service ever was charged $138 on the phone. When I got to the location was charged a 3% fee and storage fee also was told I would have to pay an after hours fee . It was 1:38pm how is that after hours I’m in complete disgust then the price jumped from $138 to $183 and thenTo $211 total rip off this place should shut down tow yards are for the birds the employees should be ashamed of themselves especially with all the inflation going on have a heart definitely highway robbery. My truck broke down and the entire front end froze up. I almost had a bad accident as a result. I have AAA so they dispatched a driver from Babbsco towing. Omar was my driver. He arrived much earlier than the window of time I was given. He knew exactly how to get my truck onto the flat bed (even though it was frozen, no steering or brakes and could not drive forward nor backwards,) and he did so without any difficulty or any damage to my truck even though it was off the road in a very tight spot. He was kind, reassuring and professional. He got me and the truck to the shop which was closed and waited till I could fill out the papers to leave it there. He even made sure it was locked and in a visible area and made sure I left a note IN the windshield as well, that stated it was broken down awaiting repairs. I would like to personally thank Omar for his help. This night started off with me almost in a bad accident, but with AAA recommending Babbsco and them sanding Omar to my aid, it ended well. 5 stars to Omar and Babbsco. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company.
I don't know about their services very much but I had one of their guys tailgating me just now with his emergency lights flashing so I pulled over only to see he was rushing down a city street towing a car for some reason. NW 6th way in Boca. Speed limit is 30. What's the emergency?
They responded to a wrecked vehicle of mine.... not only did they respond quickly, they were able to put the vehicle in my garage in 1 shot. The guys Robbie and Larry who brought the vehicle were funny and were able to take my mind off the damaged vehicle and the wonderful lady "LP" in the office has been more than helpful and accommodating to my needs... I hope the next time I see everyone it's over a BBQ and beers, but if i should run into problems with towing, I'll reach out to them again
After getting in an accident on Thursday, I was angry and upset at the drunk driver who hit me, but when Robbie the tow truck driver came he made me laugh and smile for a brief moment and I felt my car was in good hands. The next day, I had to sign a release form, when I arrived the woman who assisted me was very pleasant and nice. She held an umbrella while I was in the rain getting my belongings out of my car, she did not have too, but she did. I want to say THANK YOU for great customer service!
