Horrible not reliable. I was promised someone would stop by and assist with a tow and when I called the guy was super rude and said he couldn’t do it that day and hung up …. Like really!!!
They answered the phone and if you have ever needed a tow truck, you know MOST do not even answer or call you back if you leave a message.
The kid that came was polite, knowledgeable, sweet, calm, and professional.
Hope I never have to but if I do I would use Carlos again!
Waited less than 30min for Christian to come tow my car, 5min to get it up and everything was easy. He was understanding and quick. Thanks for the great service.
He was the only one that was willing to give you a decent prize in the weekend. Everyone else's prices were double. On top of that it was raining really bad and he still managed to park the car under the carport before we even got there. 100% recommend
Carlos Towing provided fast and reliable service. Very accurate with the amount of time it would take to deliver my car to the shop. Would highly recommend.
Never delt with them directly but I have an employee from Carlos towing wondering on to my property and looking at my vehicle on my cameras and that's not acceptable

Had my vehicle towed by Carlos Escobar towing they broke into my vehicle stole my gun along with my medication, also opened up bag I had and left it open .
I call up Carlos towing on Saturday and felt kinda bad cause it was late so I gave him the option to tow my truck Sunday .The guy I talked to on the phone said it was ok we will do it now.Let me tell you something,that is hard to find kinda service.I like people that wanna help people and I can't thank them enough.They weren't over priced and very kind on the phone I will always call Carlos towing first on my list.
