I visited earlier today with a bad car battery in need of replacement and I was not disappointed! Tre was friendly and down to earth, and he did a great job checking and switching out my car battery. He knew exactly what he was doing and was great conversation! Definitely made a side errand into a memorable experience and I left feeling very satisfied with my visit.
I walked into the store with a battery problem on my jeep and was greeted by Noah. Told him my problem, and he tested the battery, installed the new one and on the road in 20 min. This Auto Zone store is one of the best I’ve seen, more importantly, Noah was the sharpest and most costumer oriented employee I have had the pleasure of working with!
This morning my car wouldn’t start went to an Autozone and they said the battery was bad. Purchased a new one with Noah and he quickly switched the battery out for me and I was able to make it to work on time. Noah definitely made my day a lot better ???
Ernest is a great guy! I needed a new battery and he swapped it out for my old one quickly and effortlessly. He was fast, friendly, and genuinely funny, made a frustrating situation way more pleasant. Most importantly, he made sure everything was working perfectly before sending me on my way. Great service, great attitude, and zero stress!
Edwin and Ernest were very helpful helping me find my battery not only once but twice because I gave them the wrong information. The first time processed the return super fast got me the right one and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes.

Noah went above and beyond in finding and installing a new wiper blade on my car. He first came outside to look at the windshield to make sure he was selling me the correct product. He the installed it and made sure it worked by having me start the car and start the wipers. He is so pleasant and helpful. An unbeatable combination.
I went there for windshield wipers. I spoke to Ernest, he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He even helped me install the wiper blades. Bravo to AutoZone!

The staff at this autozone consistency go above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. I have been to this location multiple times and have been assisted by very helpful courteous staff members. If the part I am looking for is not in stock at their location, they have looked it up and sent me to the location that has it in stock as well as righting down the part numbers for me. The area appears a little rough but the service it outstanding.
Noah was phenomenal and is an example of what great customer service looks like. Noah explained the difference between the different car batteries and helped me make an informed decision. He did not get annoyed with my questions and even held the door open for me on multiple occasions when going in and out the store.
Purchase a private owner Mercedes ML 350 and it had a few issues . I am model not with Mercedes. I needed a lot of help and Noah was awesome. Walking through every step battery look up every part number. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I was able to get everything I needed. . It was really Great experience. This is a good AutoZone For sure .I highly recommended it.
My battery died and it was still under warranty and I was given no issue. Everyone was very helpful. Tre G did the replacement. He did an excellent job! I'm thankful to have my SUV working again.

Maryuska went above and beyond to honor my request to replace my battery for free after it was accidentally overcharged at an Autozone. I didn't have a receipt but she treated me like a human being and helped me and my family out when we honestly didn't have the money to pay for a new battery right now. Thank you Maryuska!
Want to give an excellent review to the Manager Edwin and Maryuska for the stellar professional and excellent service received the other day. I was also helped by another gentleman with braids he was excellent I apologize I forgot your name but you were wonderful. Everyone in this store is so professional, and Edwin and Maryuska went above and beyond and so did the gentleman with long braid hair, wonderful service. You are a team of professionals, experts in your craft and you deserve 1000000000 stars! I have never experienced such a kind and compassionate team, they had personalities, funny, and extremely knowledgeable on all things car. I had several issues and parts to look up and they were patient, extremely understanding and helpful. I will only visit this location for all things car essential needs because it’s a pleasure to see the all again. This is the types of interactions that restore faith in humanity, knowing that we all have issues in our personal life but coming into a store not knowing anything and leaving with a thorough understanding due to the care and compassion these three men and women placed on each customer, WOW! And they are always very busy but they greet each person that comes in and very attentive. Store is very clean, lots of merchandise and if you can’t find it they will order for you. I really want to thank Ernest, Edwin and Josue. As you know we are going through financial as everything is going up in life. I call on 10/25 spoke to a gentleman on Saturday night very polite and kind he look me up and gave me great news that my battery was still under warranty I was blessed to hear great news went on Sunday morning and Josue took care of me spoke to the manager and I was pleased how everything transpired great amazing team shout to lantana staff by i95 my respect ?????
My car battery had to be jumped a few times within a year and a half of purchasing it from auto zone. It was under warranty for three years. They honored the warranty without any hesitation and a gentleman named “Tre G” replaced the battery with a new one. Tre was exceptionally professional, kind, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. He made my experience there go so smoothly.

Today I went to AutoZone to figure out the right spray paint to use on some damage plastic on the bumper of my car.
I purchased something there previously that was recommended that didn’t work properly.
Maryuska greeted me when I came in and walked me over to the spray paint and really study to figure out the right ones. She even asked her coworkers for advice.
They made a suggestion for something else I might need as well, which I think was good.
When we went to check out, I did not have the receipt for the item I wanted to return and Maryuska went out of her way to find my receipt so I could get a credit.
They were very nice to me today at the East Lantana AutoZone.
The best autozone I’ve ever been in and the manager Noah is on point even for a three dollar discount. He went out of his way to make me a happy customer. I’m happily gonna order my parts from that store because they deserve the business.

Very helpful they not only did they advise me on what wiper blades to purchase but took the extra time to place them on my vehicle. So kind of them and at no extra cost.
Last week 'Gee' helped me out tremendously!!! It was freezing, out, drizzling on and off for three days and, of course, I needed a new battery for my Subaru Impreza.
To say my battery was corroded would be an understatement! Not only did he replace the battery, clean up my terminals, and tell me how to take care of them after, he also helped with figuring out my complex wiper blades for my windshield and put those on as well
Very appreciative of him and the team there at this specific Auto Zone in Lantana. DEFINITELY recommend for quality and care! ?
