We recently took our car to the Pros Auto Repair on Lantana Road. Jerry and Anthony were great and did everything they could to insure we had a great experience. Their efforts were above expectations and we highly recommend this shop as honest and experienced mechanics.

Christian and Jerry at the front desk did a great job of explaining the problem and the process needed to resolve the problem. They also provided photos of any additional deficiencies that they uncovered during their assessment process. Provided phone updates on the repair status and we’re very competent. Fees were reasonable. Very satisfied with the final repairs.

6 hour oil change… Dropped my car off 8:30am for an appointment and was told a “couple hours” ended up being ready 2:30pm. Don’t take new appointments if you don’t have the availability, easy.

Have to say Auto Repair Pros, I highly recommend. Started using them little over a year and will continue. Labor cost is reasonable and can't beat there 5 year warranty on repairs, and have to say Christian front desk Mgr. Is awesome and has great customer service and will work with you to make sure your happy and stay happy. O yeah also never had a shop offer a ride home via car service (lift, Uber). If you have car problems definitely give them a shot to relieve your stress with car issues!

We were so pleased with our experience at this auto shop. We made a same day appt to have a concerning noise checked out. We were given a timeline for the car being checked out by a mechanic while we waited. Though the shop was very busy, they managed to fit us in. We were actually given the opportunity to see the car on the lift and speak with the mechanic who checked it out. The entire experience was truly amazing because here were two women, 60+ years old, visiting from another state, and not once did anyone fast talk us or give us a pressure pitch to get the work done now, or done there. In fact, we weren’t charged a cent ! We were so pleased and impressed with how we were treated and the efficiency with which the automobile diagnostic was completed.

Let me tell you about the quality and kindness of the people who own and run Auto Repair Pros...I am a Senior coming back from a doctor's appointment and got a bad flat...Luis pulled up next to me to not only let me know how bad it was , but to tell me where the closest shop was to repair it. When I got there, I told him that unfortunately I left my wallet at home and could I purchase a new tire and leave my drivers license with them and would send them the money when I got home. Luis consulted with Christian who suggested that they could give me and install a used tire that they had that would be more than adequate to get me home 20 mile away. They did this out of kindness and refused to take any money...Even when I offered twice to send them a tip by Zelle when I got home, they refused. I decided that even though I will have to drive 20 miles to replace my tires, I will make an appointment and do so with these incredibly kind, thoughtful business people who went over and beyond!! I am forever grateful and I can only tell you how refreshing it is to experience the kindness of such wonderful human beings!! Thank you again....John N.

Completely unacceptable. I scheduled a diagnostic check, showed up, and was told they were too busy. They asked me to come back the next day, and when I did — at the exact time THEY gave me — I was turned away again!!! Total incompetence and zero respect for customers’ time. Unprofessional and infuriating. Avoid this place.

Took my car in over the Holidays. Anthony was very transparent about their schedule and current manning. They troubleshot and identified the short in my car and didn’t charge me for the full hour of service as it was an easy fix. I appreciated the communication throughout the process and their professionalism, would recommend my family and friends this shop in the future!

Miscommunications about pricing and your vehicle are frustrating and scary. But, they are also human. Christian and Anthony did a great job at taking care of me and my car. It was a little bit of a rough patch at first as they were down a few technicians but I can tell they truly cared about me and the service they provided. Christian was really kind and walked me through the whole process, costs, timeline, issues with the car (including photos), etc. He truly cares. Friends: when it comes to your car, it's best not to gamble. The prices are fair for a quality service with quality parts. The inspection was thorough. There were not unnecessary services recommended. And they spoke to me and my husband like people, not walking money. Thank you to the team at Auto Care Pros for their excellent service.

Anthony was fantastic from the time he picked up the phone when I called desperate for service to the time I picked up my car. I have an old Jeep that has been very good to me, and they got her back up and running like a champ in record timing no less. Anthony did it all for a very reasonable price as well. Guess I found my new regular auto shop! You guys are the best!! So grateful!! Happy New Year indeed!!

I recently had a very nice experience with Auto Repair Pros. Christian is a professional. He is respectful and communicates well. My check engine light had oddly come on and the car was not firing like usual. Christian and the team diagnosed the issue and cleaned the can am filter. That did the trick. However, roughly a month later the same issue appeared again. I took it back and Christian and the team diagnosed it again and we found out the battery was basically dead. This was causing the lights to come on oddly. Christian DID NOT charge me for the first diagnostic test and fix. I was only charged for the new battery and labor for that. He could have taken advantage of me but he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be taking my vehicles back to Auto Repair Pros in the future. Job well done and fair and honest people in the car business are harder to find!

Incomplete diagnostics and deflection when asked technical questions I brought my vehicle to AutorepairPros for a persistent camshaft position fault (P0340 – confirmed and permanent). I was very clear that the issue had been ongoing for years and that I wanted a proper diagnosis, not just parts swapping. The shop stated they tested the camshaft sensor and wiring and said everything was “fine.” They also claimed to have driven the vehicle with a scan tool connected. However, when I asked specific, technical follow-up questions—such as whether camshaft actual vs desired timing and cam/crank correlation under load were monitored—they could not clearly explain what was checked. The responses felt vague and deflective rather than confident or data-based. Ultimately, their conclusion was that “everything is OK,” despite the fault being permanent and the vehicle’s computer still flagging a timing issue. No mechanical inspection was performed, no correlation data was provided, and no root cause was identified—just reassurance without evidence. If you’re looking for basic diagnostics, this shop may be fine. But if you have a complex or intermittent engine issue that requires deeper analysis and the ability to clearly explain diagnostic data, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I left without answers, without documentation, and without confidence in the diagnosis. They didn't even call me to pick up my vehicle, I had to call them and the said they were going to leave early that day, they left the key inside the car and ai had to used a replacement key to access my car. Not a good experience. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have a 2020 Toyota RAV 4 and was charged $500 for a new battery. I jumped my SUV to bring it into the shop. The shop was recommended, and I was highly disappointed. You lost a customer for life, including my friends and family. Businesses are greedy in today's world. Unfortunately, your business takes advantage of customers.

Great experience getting my oil change done. Christan was friendly, quick, and professional. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. I was in and out fast, and my car runs great. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

I've been to this shop a few times now and I recently had a bad Experience with Jiffy Lube to be Honest and Dissappointed. The Manager and Christian were Extremely Kind and They Helped Me, a Veteran who Has been Humbled and Challenged. They Helped me and Replaced my Bulbs for Free Today. That was the Greatest Act of Kindness I've received from Anyone outside of the VA. Thank You Very Much. Merry Christmas.✝️??

I hate having to write a negative review about a neighborhood business, but my experiences with Auto Pro Repairs in Lantana leave me no choice. The most troubling issue is dishonesty. I was initially told that my Genesis had received an oil change and that a lightbulb had been replaced. When I arrived the next day to pick up the car, I was told that nothing had been done at all. The service advisor had flat-out given me false information. Equally frustrating was the complete lack of communication. I was instructed to bring my car in on a Thursday morning, which I did around 8:20 a.m. The car was making a strange noise — the entire reason I brought it in — yet I never received a call from a service advisor, manager, or mechanic explaining what they thought the issue might be, what diagnostics were being done, or what the cost would be. No updates. No guidance. Nothing. By 4 p.m., I began calling and leaving messages. I finally reached someone just before 5 p.m. and was told my service advisor would call me back. He never did. In the end, I was told they would need to keep my car overnight. The next morning, I was informed it would take at least two hours of diagnostic work at $150 per hour, and that if they still couldn’t determine the problem, I might have to take the car to the dealership anyway. After having my car for an entire day, they had made no progress and offered no answers. I ultimately left with nothing done to my car at all, despite the fact that it was making a concerning noise when I dropped it off. Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience with Auto Pro Repairs. Over the summer, I brought my car in for a routine oil change and to replace a parking light. Instead, they damaged the hood of my car. While apologies were offered in both situations, apologies lose their value when the same issues keep repeating. As a result, Auto Pro Repairs has lost two customers — my husband and me. We will not be returning.

They are helpful every time! There was an issue with my car one time and it was going to take a few hours to deal with so they got me a Lyft home and back when it was ready. They explain everything they did when it’s done and they don’t throw in any unnecessary, unexpected charges which is why I continue to return for every oil change and every new tire.

I stopped by Auto Repair Pros today with an issue that wasn’t even in their typical scope of work—they specialize in mechanical repairs, not bodywork. Even so, Christian and Willy took the time to take a look, and where another dealer wanted to charge me for a brand-new part, they fixed the problem with a simple screwdriver adjustment. Everyone there was polite, courteous, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this honest and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try!

We highly recommend Auto Pros for their customer service, knowledgeable managers and being honest to a fault. They have treated my wife and I very well since 2021 and we are very grateful to them. If you need auto repairs, go see them in Lake Worth and Greenacres. You will be glad you did!

I live out of state, and while visiting friends down in Florida, I became aware that I needed to have emergency work done on my car. I'm so grateful my friends recommend Auto Repair Pros. They not only saw me immediately but had everything repaired in record time. On top of that, everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and patiently explained the state of my car at the time with recommendations for future service. What could have been a very stressful situation was a breeze with this team. Can't recommend enough.

I was a loyal customer at this location for three years, always trusting their service—until my car needed real repair work. It started with a check engine light issue. I had confidence in this shop, so I went ahead with the recommended repairs. What was supposed to be a 3-day job turned into 10 days, and the worst part was the complete lack of communication. They often ignored my calls, and when I did get through, I’d just get the same empty promises: “Someone will call you back.” No one ever did. When I finally got my car back, I immediately noticed a new noise that wasn’t there before. I brought it back, and they kept the car for two more days—but claimed they couldn’t find the issue. I even provided them with a video of the problem, and they still denied responsibility, saying it was “normal wear and tear.” Now, if the job involved working around the cylinder and timing, it’s hard to believe this noise just appeared by coincidence. I truly thought I was dealing with honest mechanics, but this experience proved otherwise. Beware— they may treat you well for simple maintenance, but when it comes to serious repairs, expect delays, poor communication, and excuses.

I was visiting my daughter while in Florida. She needed several things done on her car but all the dealerships told her it would be 2 weeks. Auto Repair Pros in Lantana were able to give her appointment and did a great job. Jeff and Christian were so helpful. It's one less thing for this mom to worry about knowing she now has a reliable auto repair company.

I love my car! 2017 Ford Edge. Still feels new. I’ve always kept up with the routine maintenance checks (have all paperwork in chronological order, lol) I haven’t experienced any problems with it in all these years, so was literally heartbroken when it wouldn’t start. Had the battery checked at Advance Auto where I’d purchased it, they said it was fine. Their hand held diagnostic tool indicated an alternator problem. Thankfully, the employee recommended AUTO REPAIR PROS in Lantana as a less expensive alternative to the FORD DEALERSHIP where I was going to have it towed to. AUTO REPAIR PROS performed their own checks and physical inspections determining the alternator did indeed need replacing. * My Service Advisor, Jeffery sent me all the PHOTOS and INSPECTION FINDINGS for my review and approval.* He was outstanding keeping me informed on cost, status and completion. HIGHLY IMPRESSED and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business for your vehicle needs.

What a find!! My Oil Light went on so I looked up all of the service stations in my area. Several options, including one I'd been to before. For some reason, "Auto Repair Pros" stood out. When I Googled their site, a coupon popped up! These days money is tight, so even though it's a further drive, that was the choice. I was immediately warmly welcomed, & inside was a comfortable waiting area with the AC cranked up. I was invited to grab a water bottle chilling in the fridge there to enjoy while I waited. Though I could have sat for the predicted hour, I took a stroll East towards Dixie Highway, discovering a bakery with "Stuffed Cookies" along the way (delicious!!), and wound up at the delightful Sea Shore seashell shop that's been there for 73 years! I wouldn't have stopped by either had I not chosen the Pros! Their great location affords the option of waiting comfortably in air conditioned splendor with large bottle of cold water on a hot Lantana day, or enjoying a delightful stroll to places you might otherwise have missed out on! When I made my way back, the Jeep was long since ready to go, and very affordable! I asked if they noted any other issues as my receipt listed a free general checkup. I was shown on the computer a few things to be mindful of that even included photos to corroborate the issues. All in all, a troubling start turned into a lovely day! Highly recommend Auto Repair Pros of Lantana!! Your car - and wallet - will Thank You!!
