I recently had to transport my car from Oregon to Florida. Having never done this before, I was very anxious. Gratefully, I came upon Bruce and Above The Rest Auto Transport. The transporter (Thanks Andy with G and D Car Carrier) and the transport went very smoothly as Bruce had explained in the beginning. What a seamless process! A month and a half ago, I contacted Bruce on a Saturday night in need of a transport from Florida to New England. Monday afternoon he had secured one for me. Never having shipped my car before and having read about peoples' negative shipping experiences, I was feeling a bit leery. Bruce with his total transparency about his process, rid me of my doubts. The car was picked up and delivered without any incidents, damage or surprises ($) of any sort.
At one point in the beginning when it looked like the deal was't going to happen, Bruce bent over backwards, to see that the deal came together for me. I found Bruce to be very personable, accommodating and a man of his word. I enjoyed working with him and feel that he is honest and trustworthy. He was easy to reach by phone during the transporting, as well.

Before finding Bruce, we were having difficulty finding someone we could trust. The auto transport business can be hard to navigate! His transparency throughout the process was refreshing. He explained how the whole system works and what we could expect if we chose his company. He did exactly what he promised, and made himself available for several consultations while the move was happening. Our vehicle arrived as promised with no issues (whew!). I worked with Bruce on my car move and he is the best! I'm in LA and the car was in Florida with some friends. The pickup window to get the car was very narrow due to some time constraints. To overcome this problem (and for a very reasonable fee) Bruce personally picked up my vehicle from DelRay Beach Florida and then stored it securely for a couple days until the transport company picked it up.
Car arrived in perfect condition three days earlier than I thought it would. This was a fantastic experience and when we move my sister in laws car in a couple months there is no doubt where I will be going.
Bruce was in contact with me every step of the way. I have used other transport services, but with those you only get to speak with the operator that is answering calls. Not the case with Above The Rest -- Bruce was personally in contact with me and provided updates as soon as they were available. From now on this will be my goto contact for auto transport.
If your thinking about transporting your car use this company Bruce is amazing and he will telling you as it is I tried for weeks to get my car transported everybody else wanted money upfront without having a driver I tried All day auto Transport just horrible I tried using easy shipping horrible also they all wanted money and will pressure you into using them but don’t I call Bruce he explains that they all use the same carriers and it’s about time and location and within the same day he called me with a driver on the line the pick was smooth and so was the driver it was just all smooth and I would use them again.
If you just want the quick answer: yes, go with Above The Rest Auto Transport, you are in excellent hands and Bruce deserves 5 stars all around. I wanted to transfer two cars from Texas to Florida at the end of February and had requested quotes and then decided on another company in January. Well, a week before our departure, I still did not have a confirmation. I checked on Yelp to see the reviews for that company, turns out they were...bad. Above The Rest Auto Transport had 5 stars, so hey, let's give it a shot. Thank God I did. He had a company lined up in less than 24 hours, he kept me updated on the process, explained who gets paid when and got me a good price. Our cars got here exactly when the carrier said they would. Everything went great and I would definitely contact Bruce again if I had to ship another vehicle.
