Lazarus of Boca Towing in Boca Raton, Florida, was called by my automobile manufacturer after my car refused to start then he spoke because of a battery failure the failure prohibited me from starting the car, seeing anything on the dashboard, or, if I were outside the car and the doors were locked, opening the door locks Lazarus arrived on time and instead of just sitting in the car up for towing, he tried to find out what the problem was, including charging a battery that was part of the cause of the problem. He worked at that for a long time and had a talk with Me. He said he’s going to try to drive the car and maybe you could start it and then see what happened. He drove. It’s just a very short feet and said that something was terribly wrong that the steering was off and he would not drive the car so he thought he should tow it. I agreed.
I have never had a tow service actually try to fix a problem like that. This is an electric vehicle and Mercedes and it’s very complex. But Lazarus tried everything he could not to tow the car but to see if he could fix the problem so I could be on my way. He called me later to make sure I was OK. I drove the car to the dealer and some days later the car was finally fixed. I’ve never had such service from a towing company, and I am 82 years old and have had many tows. I highly recommend Boca towing and Lazarus..

I met Lazarus yesterday. Not the Lazarus, a Lazarus given that name. The story of how we met can simply be told. The best person at a needed time to tow my car. More than a tow truck operator, someone who knew the stresses of a customer and then did all that he could to limit that stress. Once I decided to let go, so did the dead ends. The ocean’s expression was calming. The rescue boat showed up.
I asked Lazarus later” It must be huge responsibility to be named after Jesus’s best friend.”
His response “I would not have it any other way.”
My van needed towing and Lazarus was the one who assisted us. He was very professional, knowledgeable & kind. I was so worried about getting my van fixed and he was able to help me navigate through finding/getting my vehicle to another location when one place could fix the issues I was having. Hopefully the person involved in an accident is not hurt to claim your vehicle. They will not release the vehicle to a family member, spouse son or daughter. The only one who could claim the vehicle is the person in the registration, They will ask for the registration be changed to the person picking up or a power of attorney. Be warned.

Amazing assistance! The customer service person said it would be an hour till driver arrived to tow my car and he was there in 30 minutes. Really friendly and calming energy from the tow truck driver and quick and efficient help after an accident.
I have used this towing company in Boca Raton on several occasions. This time my son's car was stuck in the road with a broken transmission. Jay was able to lift up the car with his tow truck and manoeuvre it carefully into a 1-car garage (surrounded on both sides by boxes). Not quite a 24/7 type of recovery, but appreciated anyway!
Yesterday, my car broke down in Boca and I needed it towed to Ft Lauderdale. Boca Raton Towing was the best tow service I’ve ever experienced!! My son’s car had a flat tire that could not be repaired, so we requested towing through State Farm. This is the second time we had the pleasure of having driver Dwight/Dee Dee service our vehicle. He is courteous, on time and worked quickly to get the car loaded and delivered.

Quick and friendly service. I blew a tire on I95 during rush hour and they responded almost immediately. The tow truck was there in 15 minutes and the driver even dropped me off at work because it was on his way. Great job, appreciate the great service.

In one sentence….hire Jay and his team at Boca Raton Towing!! I’ve used him several times over the years to tow cars and he always takes excellent care of us. Other tow companies will destroy your car but not these guys. Call Jay and his team. Keep in mind that the insurance companies do not pay them much for a tow. Let them know up front you’re looking for excellent service not cheap service.
I’d be happy to pay them 2x-3x the going rate over the other joker tow companies around here.
