But the most important thing is HE CARES. You don’t run into friendly caring people too often these days and he made my life today so much easier. Had an unexpectedly great experience thanks to Lazarus. He was extremely polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier. Thursday night I hit a curb and blew the tire. Two very nice young men helped me with getting the donut on. Friday I attempted to drive to work only to find out that The donut had gone flat!!!! On Clint Moore!!!! In morning rush hour traffic!!!! I was a wreck, this had never happened to me before. Boca Raton Towing was recommended by my mechanic, GNA Auto Services, another great review later. I phoned them straight away. The manager listened to my tale of woe, directed me to safely move my vehicle off the road to a u-turn lane. Once out of moving traffic, he gave me an ETA on the tow and reassured me it wouldn't be too long. In a very short time, Lazaro arrived! His first question to me was about my health and safety! Who does that in this day and age? His cool demeanor was very calming. When I exited my vehicle he asked me to stand in front of the tow truck while he hooked up my car, for my safety. The drive to Tire Kingdom {that's another good review} was relaxing with truly good conversation. That young man is a special soul! We needed to have our car towed to the dealership for repairs. Our tow truck driver Laz did an amazing job. He was efficient, polite and was able to answer any questions I had. If you ever need assistance, this company is the one. If I ever need a tow, I will be using them as long as I’m living in Boca.

I called Boca Raton Towing at 9:45pm on the Monday night after I got stuck in the flash flood Boca Raton had on Sunday 10/26/25. Two other tow companies came out that day and couldn't tow it because they did not have the right equipment. I've seen the Boca Raton Towing trucks around for years. Jay, the owner, told me right away he knew exactly what was needed to tow the car. He told me someone would be there on Tuesday morning to take it. Laz called me Tuesday morning at 9:30am to tell me that he got the car with no problem and was at the dealer and just dropped it off. I can't tell you how relieved I was!! This was a total nightmare, as I was stuck in 2 feet of water that was over my knees and also was on private property and they wanted me to get it out ASAP. And my car was stuck there for over 24 hours. Jay and Laz were amazing!! I can't thank them enough.
Lazarus of Boca Towing in Boca Raton, Florida, was called by my automobile manufacturer after my car refused to start then he spoke because of a battery failure the failure prohibited me from starting the car, seeing anything on the dashboard, or, if I were outside the car and the doors were locked, opening the door locks Lazarus arrived on time and instead of just sitting in the car up for towing, he tried to find out what the problem was, including charging a battery that was part of the cause of the problem. He worked at that for a long time and had a talk with Me. He said he’s going to try to drive the car and maybe you could start it and then see what happened. He drove. It’s just a very short feet and said that something was terribly wrong that the steering was off and he would not drive the car so he thought he should tow it. I agreed.
I have never had a tow service actually try to fix a problem like that. This is an electric vehicle and Mercedes and it’s very complex. But Lazarus tried everything he could not to tow the car but to see if he could fix the problem so I could be on my way. He called me later to make sure I was OK. I drove the car to the dealer and some days later the car was finally fixed. I’ve never had such service from a towing company, and I am 82 years old and have had many tows. I highly recommend Boca towing and Lazarus..
I met Lazarus yesterday. Not the Lazarus, a Lazarus given that name. The story of how we met can simply be told. The best person at a needed time to tow my car. More than a tow truck operator, someone who knew the stresses of a customer and then did all that he could to limit that stress. Once I decided to let go, so did the dead ends. The ocean’s expression was calming. The rescue boat showed up.
