Horrible people had to wait 2 hours for them. I called for an ETA and the guy on the phone goes into a rage and starts cussing at me. When they finally showed up they damaged my car being really unprofessional. I would recommend to find a different company.
Jon did some impressive work this morning! 100/100 star service. My car wouldn’t start in chik-fil-a parking during the beginning of lunch rush out of all places. I learned that I needed to replace the starter and I requested a Tow. Jon whipped the truck into the small parking lot and got my car on the flat bed so quick. I’m talking quick quick, without disturbing hungry chik-fil-a customers. He towed it to the destination point so I can get it repaired today. I am very thankful for his speediness, expertise, and professionalism. Thank you again.

I have Roadside Asst. through AT&T and the provider told them it would be 70 minutes. Two hours later I call the company and explain all to him. He chuckles and said we are busy tonight. No driver or anyone from that company called to let us know that the driver did not have the right equipment to get keys out of a car. Knowing what he was going there for. Not Friendly or Professional. Got a new driver and he was there within 10 minutes
3rd time around! Always amazing service from them. This tow company was on the job from start to finish. All the down to the dispatcher. She called to confirm and gave me ETA and then the driver himself called and was amazing. I would recommend Generations Towing service to anyone. Mark rescued us! Our car had a catastrophic system failure while on the I-4 express the same day I had picked it up from being repaired. We needed to have it towed back to the repair shop, which was over 30 miles away. I had already called a few tow places and nobody wanted to do that long of a tow. Mark came to our rescue and gave us a very reasonable price for such a long tow. Thank you so much, Mark!
The process was smooth and easy was kind of skeptical at first about doing it I read other people experience and reviews.The tow truck driver gives you a paper check and it is legit deposit through my bank account .So yeah I would definitely refer people looking to get rid of there vehicle

For me to be having not such a great night, the driver that came to tow me literally brightened up my day! I did not get his name and now I wish that I did. The driver made it to me earlier than the time given tonight. He was so funny, he took my mind off of that fact that my car was flooded out here in Altamonte Springs. Great company! I just want to say that Willy is awesome at doing his job and everything went just right! Thank you for unlocking and towing my vehicle and dropping it in the right spot where I wanted it. I called and was on call for 8 minutes and the operator said it would take 45minutes for him to get here and he was here not even 20 minutes of me making it home. I was very impressed with the towing even though it said 90 minutes I would drive a guy that with them between 20 to 30 minutes, he knew exactly what he was doing loading up the Jeep and he knew exactly where he was going when it came to the address where the Jeep had to be dropped off. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciate that thank you
Service was extremely quick, I got a text saying 69 minutes and with 5 I got a call saying the driver was 3 minutes away. He was very knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the trip. Being as how it was pretty late I definitely appreciate the promptness....I never missed a beat of my routine because of this....thank you for the superior service
Very helpful and the dude was super chill. My garage was at 7' and the truck barely made it through but the tow truck driver was very cool about it and customer service was pretty fine too. They keep you updated on the ETA. Would def call again for hep.
We got great service the people kept corresponding with us let us know when the vehicle was going to be picked up. Didn't know how to use an app but the owner took my information over the phone and the driver was very nice I would use his service again.
I got a flat tire at 2am, in a bad part of town, with my 7 year old son asleep in the backseat . I was a little nervous because of where I was and the time it was, and was quickly reassured that they would be there in less than half of the estimated time the third party I went through had told me. A guy named Bobby literally came right away, and totally went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. I seriously cannot recommend this company more. Nobody wants to hire a tow company. But you darn sure want to hire the best you can, when you have to!
I was broke down on the side of 414 for about 1 hour and called about 15 tow companies and got snubbed by all of them either from them not answering or saying they would call me back except for Chief Towing. They came in clutch and got me on my way! They were quick, efficient and professional. Bobby the driver was excellent in providing service. I recommend this company to all in the Orlando area. I had a tire blowout on my way to work and Ron with Chief Towing responded. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. After he changed my tire to the spare, he asked me to drive around the block to make sure I felt safe and comfortable enough to drive to the dealership to get my tire replaced. I really appreciated that. I am so thankful to Chief Towing and especially Ron for showing up to help me out. Highly recommend!
Chief towing is literally the BEST in Florida! I was hesitant at first because it was just my son and I and it was late but they were able to come us in a timely manner, was very professional and kind. I felt very comfortable, the trucks were clean and the driver was friendly. Absolutely 10/10! No complaints. Keep it up!
I was stuck on the expressway alone. As a female that can be pretty scary. I called for a tow and the driver reached out to me. He was extremely kind and helpful. He reassured me he would be to me in 30 minutes and stay inside the car and lock the doors. Very professional company! Thank you. I will use Chief Towing for now and recommend them to people.
Yes they are the truth chief towing came and towed my car and fixed my tire in a timely manner.the guy that came and picked up my car was there quickly and he was nice and polite. The prices are affordable the guys are straight forward and they do not over charge you. I called a few tow companys and they wanted to charge me 2 times more than what chief towing charged. At Chief towing they are Honest straight forward and affordable. Do not go to those over charging tow companies call Chief Towing. I would recommend this towing company to everyone.
They let co-part take my truck from their lot. They did not call me so truck gets to co part and the idiot Fork lift operator punctures my Fuel tank on my Dodge 3500. Vechicles are not designed to be moved by these huge forklifts. The appraiser should of done the appraisal at the tow truck lot. Very upset Who knows what else co part did by their wreckless handling of vechicles. All I can say if you have a accident call you towing company and tell them do not release your vechicle without your permission. However this tow company did an excellent job at the crash scene.
