Was stuck on 98 and out of all the tow services we contacted, Seaside Towing was the quickest and most affordable. Even at peak traffic time, they were on the way to us immediately after getting off the phone. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Holy Moly they were fast! I originally booked a tow truck through my roadside assistance. The notification said they would arrive in an hour, but when they called they said it would actually be 3 hours. I had my insurance cancel and they booked me with Seaside Towing. Seaside had my car picked up in ~10 minutes!

The lady who came to tow my car was unbelievably kind and respectful. When I left, she told me to have a blessed day. That meant the world to me because I had just had to deal with an accident.

Answered call immediately and had a tow truck to our location within 20 minutes. Great response and excellent workmanship. Helped get us going quickly and was incredibly helpful and professional throughout.

Tow man Rick was amazing getting our Tahoe towed to the tire shop this evening. He was dispatched through our roadside assistance and showed up in less than an hour of my call. Brad was great for us, very quick and communicated promptly about the time when he will arrive. We had to tow an electric bmw, which had dead battery and couldn't even get to neutral gear and Brad got it on and from the bed without problems!

He ensured to give me his ETA and overcame an incorrect address given by the insurance company to get me to my location in less time than initially planned. I'm a repeat customer always satisfied. They were very responsive & were able to dispatch someone with 30 mins of calling. Communication was on point arriving within 5 mins that they stated. I read the reviews - my advice is Expectations should be known up front. Communication is key. I would definitely recommend them.

I caught a flat on my way home yesterday. Understanding that it was Christmas the wait could be longer than expected. I set up a tow through roadside assistance a little after 2:30, it said the rescue would be there between 4:05-5:05. Again I was perfectly fine with the wait. At 4:12 it stated they made it to my destination. As I tried to reach out, the owner instantly got nasty. I was confused because I just wanted to make sure the rescuer was not at the wrong place being that it showed he was there and helping me. Finally was able to get a call and he told me instead of dealing with difficult customers he will cancel the call and I can pay $300 plus dollars or be stuck instead of asking questions. He repeated that to me when all I wanted to just make sure if I could get an accurate update instead of what the app was showing. After waiting 2-3 hours, Bryce was able to get to me. Not only was he apologetic about my wait, he was so sweet to me and sadly missed his child opening Christmas gifts to make sure myself and other customers got taken care of! I pray at some point this owner gets a better attitude and learn how to speak to customers. Unless Bryce is working there I wouldn’t recommend this company to a dog.

Our tow driver Brice was awesome. After having another company cancel on our tow after a 2 hour wait, he contacted us, made arrangements to pick up our vehicle, scheduled a pick up on Christmas day and not only showed up on time but called and confirmed everything with us. He was on time, friendly and very courteous for being up at the crack of Christmas morning!! Thank you Brice!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The tow truck arrived very quickly, I waited less than 20 minutes. The driver was professional, courteous, and clearly very experienced. As a female, I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, including during the drive to my home. He handled my vehicle with care, and showed impressive skill maneuvering my vehicle and the tow truck into a very tight parking area. Efficient, respectful, and reliable service. I absolutely recommend this company.

Brad did an outstanding job when I requested tow service to have my Frontier taken to Lee Nissan of FWB. Really nice personality and very professional. I have worked along side with a lot of wrecker driver doing my years in the Fire Service and I must say he is one of the finest men I’ve encountered.

We were referred to Seaside Towing by AAA when our van broke down on arrival at Grayton Beach. The service was fast, with arrival time within ten minutes of the quoted time, and safe transport to the auto mechanics' shop.
