They came the night before scheduled pick up. Did not have time to get everything out of vehicle. No one was home to complete the transaction. In basic terms they stole the vehicle. Took more than 5 calls to get someone to have the vehicle returned. They further damaged the vehicle. The tow company that was contracted with was rood and unprofessional. There are other companies that do the same thing. Would not recommend.
I had a straightforward experience with Cash for Cars. I went to the website put in my info for my car and was given a ref# which I gave to John when I called the contact number. He gave me an offer for my vehicle and the number of the towing service. I called the service & gave them my ref# and the day and time for pickup. Alex, the driver of the flatbed pickup truck called me to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived we completed the paperwork and vehicle pickup in less then 10 minutes. Great process and quick. They offered me more than 3x the amount anyone else offered me for my car. They quoted me a guaranteed price over the phone in like 5-10 minutes . They came the same day to pick up my car and had the check ready for me. I deposited it and it cleared the next day. They purchased my car as if it was a private buyer.
