If I could give it -5 stars, I would!!!! I’m a transporter and I’ve been to a lot of these places and every time I come in, they give you a two hour window that you can come in before your appointment to pick up the vehicle and every other copart that I go even though if I come in before they still bring me the car even if the place is packed this one right here I’ve been here since 11 AM and they still have not brought the car and they’re giving me excuse that there are other appointments ahead of me that they haven’t even showed up yet and I’ve been sitting here still waiting. Of course it had to be Miami. Can’t expect anything more.

If you are reading this, don't buy a car from here without paying an inspector to look at it can’t trust their. If you already bought a car, please know that this Copart it’s run by the Cuba mafia in Miami. Over here there are staff that check the cars get paid to list cars as runs and drive, when the cars don't run and drive missing part battery,mufflers and anything they need they are a fraud please buy anything outside of Miami to avoid getting rip off

Do everything you can to NOT have your car stored here, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF. GEICO had my car taken here after an accident, and when I went to pick up my stuff I realized they stole from me. I had things in the car (tire repair kit, map sensors, tire sensors, brake pads, all new and we’re going to be installed and my jumper box and tool box that I use regularly ) and of course one of there employees took it all. My car was not officially totaled or sold so I was expecting to receive my car back, and none of the windows or truck were broken or jammed so that means someone with the key to my car at their company stole from it! DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TAKEN HERE

If you are reading this, don't buy a car from here without paying an inspector to look at it. If you already bought a car, please get it inspected and cancel if it turns out be a dud. INSPECTION IS A MUST. Over here there are staff that collect kick backs to list cars as runs and drive, when the cars don't run and drive. Copart covers its self by redefining the meaning of "runs and drive'". Imagine receiving a runs and drive car without major engine components or a seized engine. Under copart's definition, the car run and drove when it was brough to their lot but after that, the car could be pillaged and they still keep their original definition. Be very very careful and remember get inspected by a third party before you pick up the car

Out of all the Copart I deal with, North Miami is the one I hate to deal with. Everybody in that office is incompetent. I honestly don’t speak like this or write reviews but today is the day for them. They are consistently losing titles all the time. No one knows what the next person is doing in that office. I highly recommend not coming to the Central one or the North Miami one all the other Copart are fine.

OH OMG THIS PLACE IS SO HORRIBLE, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT THUR THE APP AND I WAITED IN MY TRUCK FOR 30MINS AND NEVER GOT AN Notification to come inside the loaders don't really work they're wondering around here doing nothing this is the worst place ever. And this is why I tell people go to iaai because copart employee don't really work i wish I could upload a picture to show you guys.

They know why. Most unprofessional service. You need an appointment to pick upa car and all appointments are not available for days. They do it on purpose so they can rip off people for extra storage

I’ve never seen a place so unprofessional in my whole entire life you call they don’t answer their phone give them a car for almost a month to post on the auction car never post I call every week first they said they don’t have title then they said it’s their mistake they will post it car never got post now trying to get in contact with them can never get in touch with them I will never never used copart north take business else where

I can’t seem to speak to a customer service representative. No one ever answers. I’ve been calling all day which is annoying and frustrating because I myself am working. I need my car to be released so that I can either get my car fixed or deemed a total loss but no one is answering. This is just terrible service.

I sold a vehicle through CarBrain and was assigned Copart-Miami North to schedule a pick up for my vehicle. Spoke with "Antoine" Wed, was "guaranteed" a pick up for Thurs. (several times)-as the car needed to be moved from a dealership that day. Called multiple times Thurs., was assured someone would call 1hr prior to pickup. Waited all day 7a-7pm with ZERO reach out from Copart's office. Was literally HUNG up on TWICE, and they still failed to pick up the vehicle. Friday, I had to contact management at CarBrain and request another towing company as the "dispatch manager -Yanina?" wouldn't call me back after I requested, either. Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

Please listen to the previous negative reviews(trust me, they’re telling the truth). This place have the WORST customer service reps and the WORST MANAGEMENT. No one knows what they’re doing! I’ve been trying to get my tag for my car(for over a month), since I was told that the car is a total loss. All they do is bounce me back and forth or route me back into que to start all over. I personally would’ve never selected a garage such as this, unfortunately Geico did. People, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.I really wish I could’ve given zero stars for this review.

Worst customer service and on top of it after waiting for hours for them to bring the car out I asked nicely to leave the car outside that I will pick it up later they never did and took it inside again. Dear manager you should be fired customers comes first and if we don’t deliver the cars we don’t get pay. Thank you manager hopefully you last forever working here.

Get ready to wait the whole day in the office as to get the car load. Also, they loaded a car carrier even though he was just arrive. And if you said something to the person that work with the forklift, he said that he don’t care. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Worst place in U.S.A to get a car! This people if they work a little slower they going backwards. Staff has 0 customer service. What a shame for the name of copart! Looks like the General manager Duanle Garcia ain’t doing his job in checking this store to see how is running! I will try to stay away from this auction for the next time!

Bought a car here, it states “Run & Drive” and “Minor dents and scratches”. When I got the car, I pulled out the oil stick and the engine had water in it. I had to wait for a GM to come back from lunch, but this was the only downside, because I was given the refund once he got back from lunch. Definitely recommend this COPART!

Zero stars! Doesn't get any lower than this, they're still selling salvage title cars as clean title . Cars that won't even start advertised as run and drive on a daily bases. Put your money in the paper shredder instead of buying vehicles here, you'll get more fun out of it.
