Do not trust these people.They will sell you anything.They don't know anything sold me.A bad motor gave you 30 days before you can figure it out.You're out of warranty.Don't buy anything here they're trash.
Drove 1 hour and 30 mins because they said they had a door I needed and it was in awesome shape, when I got there, there was never no door. lol they’ll tell you they have something just for you to come out but they actually don’t have it. What a weird business plan.
I ordered a wheel off them. They told me it was going to be delivered the next day. I paid a down payment for it. Called them back next day. Nobody answers. I got a text from somebody else I didn't know saying hey I have a different part for you. He will turn out to be the boss. They told me that it was going to come from Orlando the next day. After that, there was no communication about that whatsoever. Finally, one week after I ordered the piece I cool them and tell them where's my car part. They told me it was coming today and they were going to cool. The delivery driver didn't receive back from them at all. I called them at 5:30. They said they're going to see where it is then automatically jumped from what happened. We're bringing it to all of the car pieces are gone and the one that we had left was broken. I then asked for a refund. They said call back tomorrow. We'll give you a refund tomorrow. The time now is 5: :30. They close at 6:00. Terrible place to do business with worse experience ever and I'm not the one to leave reviews.
You dont know who even run this little lot with misleading information all over the place starting with the address,and ads on Facebook market place, no one answered the 2 phone number they have , I drove all the way to Alexandria opaloka I guess is call, from Port Saint Lucie.. got there taking my chances car no where to be funded..so yeah dont waste your time..
If there was anything less than this it will still be too much … I have called this place a thousand times they tell me we will call you back and they never do.. so today i disided to go to the place and their service was even worst in person … I have never been so discosting at a service as I did with this place … I wouldn’t recomend anyone to try this place unless you love the worst service in the face of the earth…
Asked for a part, as per employee they have it, got there on the next day, the part disappeared, no one knows a dam thing about it. Horrible place, bad service.
He said have the part available. I drove 1 hour to the address that he send me . And when arrive to the place a worker said they dont have any parts . And problably is in Miami location. 4 hours driving. I call a few time to the other phone number and a lady just in 2 second without looking said parts is sold in Miami. Thanks for waste my time and future customer !!!!!!
Wrote to me that they had the part and to call, I called and then rude agent over the phone said they don’t have it, so why fish clients telling them You have items you don’t even know if you do just so they call your place… wasted my time and get better reps
I only gave 1 star because it was required. They sold me a part over the phone for 464.00 and promised the next day. It came a week later and they charged me 700.00. I took it as my customer had already been waiting a week. They brought no receipt and it was basically take it or leave it. After install, something major was broken inside and it was unusable. They charged me 105.00(15%) restocking fee, never gave me a receipt and even tried to blame the failure on me. I had to remove the pan to let out 2 or more quarts of excess fluid and they claimed that caused the failure. It is standard practice to remove the pan to replace the filter and most salvagers require that to validate the warranty. They told me if I did not like it I could sue them. I am considering it. I would never buy from them again and would strongly advise anyone who asked not to do so. They are the worst I have dealt with in over 10 years of the repair business.
Very unprofessional and don't call you back after multiple times trying to get a part...I asked for a specific differential and April says there all the same with different ratios...
Don't make any deposit for used parts if do not have it in location you are,I went to Opaloca Fl,but before I spoke with Abril in Orlando for 2004 Ford f150 cluster or center column dash , and said it is available in Orlando ,In Opaloca Mayerly told me delivery will be next day, and I have to give deposit,after that Abril called me and said the employee can't remove,I was trying to call all phone numbers and personal,nobody answered for my refund.very frustrating
Don't go there, I called for a part they said they have the part,I placed the order and paying by zell after 15 days calling them every day they can't give me the part, I'm asking for refund they said their zell have a problem.now when I call them on my phone they don't answer when I take another phone they answer, when I tell them it's me they hang up
STAY AWAY!!! They tell you that they have the part you need, when you get there they start looking for it. This happened to me, I called in advance and they told me that if I had the engine I needed, I called again the day before and they told me that if they had it, and when I arrived at the place after 2 hours of travel, they were not sure if they had it, after 2 hours waiting for them to look for it they told me that they didn't have it.
Be careful when buying in this place I saw some parts I saw them in good condition, I said I want them but they gave me some, they were of no use, I asked the owner to return the money, he told me I will give you others, he gave me some in very bad condition again I asked for my money back, he told me we don't refund money I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN I LOST MY MONEY!
Thanks you so much they have great prices, great customer service. I bought my transmission from them and it was cheaper then other places and it work perfectly fine. Also low mileage on the cars.

This people are scammers they take your money and never give you the part, so they hold your money with the promise of the car is going to come on a specific day and never arrive, they don't like to make returns also the girls are the front are so unprofessional they don't know what are they doing, please save your delft time and money and never buy form here or you will regretted
They flood Facebook with their ads, yet cannot answer a single question. Instead they ask you to call or visit them. The classic bait and switch you would expect from a fly by night, south Florida used car lot.
I definitely not recommend them This guy took money from me sell me an engine and fix it, said it will be ready in 3 days and took over 2 weeks The worse scenario is this ramire took the car to another mechanic, they give me the car with the muffler completly cut off ,bad injection, a lot of light on ,electrical problems, brake doesn't work, and a lot of parts missing pretending the care came like that This guy doesn't even deserve one star review
I guess I would give it one because the transmission didn't cost alot however when I went to get it they told me it was ready and it wasn't so had to wait there, then it turns out it wasn't it so there I go again then it turns out after that the other transmission the gave the right one didn't work. Then I went back just to wait like 5 hours for them to get my money back even after talking to the people there and the owner and I am like 3 hours away.
