Went to Gary to buy a Honda Civic 2012 door. Got quoted a price on the phone. Got to Gary to pickup part and a representative there said "I don't care what u got quoted for it's $500 dollars". Is this how u run a business?.... Such a rip off. Dishonest ppl for sure
Avoid This Place - Dishonest Seller!!!!! I purchased a truck from Gary Used Auto Parts, and it was a huge mistake. The seller lied about the work that had been done to the vehicle and sold it to us under false pretenses. He claimed certain repairs and fixes had been completed, but after buying the truck, we discovered that those claims were completely untrue. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, especially when it involves people's safety and hard earned money. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Be very careful and make sure to get everything in writing if you decide to deal with them---- or better yet, take your business elsewhere.
I ran into some bad luck and found out 3 rims on my car were dented and 1 was cracked by the previous owner. My car is a special edition and finding the same rims is very difficult. A new rim from Lincoln is 800 a piece. Gary's had all 4 from a wrecked one. I called in advance to make sure they still had it and they did. I then asked if they'd be willing to hold them for me till the weekend since I live in Tampa and I'm over 3 hours away. They took down my info and held them which surprised me, most salvage yards wouldn't do that and say first come first serve. When I got there not only did they hold them they had them off the car and ready for me. They even loaded them for me into my SUV and provided a 2x4 to keep them from rolling around. No price gouging either a very fair price for a set a rims and like new tires. Very satisfied!
Recomend this places, im been buying engines from this places, and never have problems their quality is very good customer service their really good, really happy with their service.

Customer service in this place is amazing especially in Cairo lane where most yards don’t even offer warranty I would say the lady in the front and her boss are wonderful examples to run this business they went out of there way to help me find my part even though they did not have it. Purchased something off Facebook from this company. Currently filing PayPal claims to have my money returned due to the tracking that was provided is fake and they won’t answer questions about where my headlights are. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Just one big scam.
They sell me a junk transmission for 938 dollars..they tell me they have another if any problems ..they don’t have another..and then don’t want to take it back
No recomiendo este lugar .me vendieron una transmision que no funcionaba y el casco de ella estaba reconstruido en los soportes en aluminio .cuando la fui a devolver no me quisieron regresar todo mi dinero porque me dijeron que yo lo había roto ,cosa que no rea sierta .y el dueño nunca me dio la cara .lo llamé por tlf y nunca llegó.

Came here to get 2 doors for my car and was told to pay it in advance without looking at the parts and pick them up next day. Next day came in the the doors were in bad shape and had to be repainted which is not what I had in mind. Told them them I didn’t want them and the took 25% off from what I paid in advance even when I never took the parts with me. They literally STOLE $100 from me. Never trust people and pay in advance.
En resumen pague en adelantado por unas partes y las partes no estaban en buen estado. Pedí reembolso y me quitaron $100 de los $428 que pague por adelantado. No recomiendo el lugar
Great customer service , I accidentally told them the left side instead of the right side part that I needed , and it rain that day, and they took the part back over just for the inconvenience

I didn't end up buying anything from these folks because they didn't have the part I needed but they went above and beyond to verify if they had the part or not. I wish they did have it because I would have it on its way to me right now. They were super helpful, sent lots of pictures, and they were friendly on top of it! Might be the best junk yard I have ever dealt with!
Jacked up price when he heard I needed the part today, Gary was trying to sell the part for more then what it would cost new. The woman on the phone told me half the cost before he heard I needed it.
