I needed a rear taillight for my 2020. I reach out to MG and Mark gave me a real good price on the light. Much better than even some of guys right around his place. So I bought from this place , and mark sold me a supposedly low milage 100k mile engine and transmisson, he gave me 4 different vin numbers for which car my stuff came out off and none of them matches he sent multiple fake pictures of the miles to trick me into thinking I truely got a low mile setup…what I got when it truthfully arrived,he kept saying he was gonna send me info for this and that but nothing anyways I get the powertrane and I noticed they didn’t seal anything off they just sprayed the engine got water all in the exhaust valves corrosion all in the valves,, i was able to kinda clean it out… so I turn the key the engine turns on rattles really bad smokes some which it continues to do every morning I start it up and the transmission…. Well it didn’t shift out of 4th gear luckily I was able to fix it with what I had on hand from my old transmission… the owner said he was gonna send me parts to fix my engine I got from him he lied never sent anything never tried to help anyone so please if you know what’s good for you don’t buy from Marc, he will scam you and get mad when you wanna try to get something worked out on a supposedly good engine…MG used auto parts on eBay , he changed his name on eBay all he can gives you is this and that won’t follow up on his word,I tried to work will him but he gives me no choice so yall watch from who you

THEY WERE ABOUT TO SALE ME AN ENGINE FOR A HONDA ODYSSEY CLAIMING ABOUT 88000 MILES .
AFTER GIVING ME ACCESS TO THE VIN NUMBER I'VE PAID ON LINE SO I CAN FIND OUT EXACTLY HOW MANY MILES IT HAS AND THE RECORDS WERE CLAIMING THAT IT HAS ALMOST DOUBLE THE MILEAGE THEY CLAIM .
THEY STILL HAVE THE SAME ENGINE FOR SALE ON CARPARTS.COM AND EBAY CLAIMING THE SAME LOW MILEAGE .
THEY DIDN'T CORRECT THE RECORDS EVEN AFTER I LET THEM KNOW IT HAS ALMOST DOUBLE THE MILEAGE .
HOPEFULLY SOMEONE ELSE IS NOT GOING TO BE STUPID ENOUGH TO BUY IT WITHOUT VERIFYING THE MILEAGE .
IF I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR , I WOULD .

I placed an order last Monday July 1st after four days trying to reach them in order to get an invoice that I never got. After finally paying for the item, the tracking info never arrived. I must of called them 10 times and endless text messages with “Marc” They never gave me a tracking number, they never sent the part and when I confronted that Marc guy he threatened to physically assault me. I don’t know at this point if I’m getting my money back, if I don’t I’ll have to file a police report. We’ll see what happens. NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
Just a pleasure to do business with them. They don't give you something unless it's worth it.
Very polite, quick service. Took the parts off and handed them over in 10 15min tops.

The reason for this rating is simple. When you order and pay for a part, you should be able to send your client the information needed to let the consumer know when your item is being shipped out. When you are not going to be present Mark, you should make your co-workers aware of any orders going out. You should have to hear "I don't know what you discussed, he is not here." Purchasing an item and paying for it on the 5th and it not leaving for a week is unacceptable. Be upfront about it and don't be untruthful about when it was shipped. And please don't respond with that generic "auto-response" you give everyone who complains.

I drove from homestead to them and they guaranteed that they had the correct rim for my car. After purchasing the rim and driving back to homestead the rim did not fit my car. We called to see what they can do about it and all they could respond was they would give us a call back which in other words is they aren’t going to do anything about it. I do not recommend this place to anyone
I was given the wrong parts and told I was wrong when I ordered what I had called in the first place to confirm they had. I was given parts off another vehicle that was not for the car I was looking parts for. Not a way to run a business. Good luck to them though I see much potential in they're company
One day I was surfing the web for salvage parts. I came across their website and saw a vehicle rims that I liked, and called in to request a quote. The rep told me he can offer $500 flat for all 4 rims with tires, which they had on in stock for that vehicle. So the next day I decided to hop in the car and take a drive there to purchase cash in had 4 times with rims. I pull up and there were two males outside. Told them what I came for, and was quick to tell me they don’t have those rips he sold them about a month ago. I showed him my call list and the minutes I stayed on the phone with their number which is on the website. They asked me who I spoke to, of course I’m going to remember who I spoke to. So dude had a smirk on this face and took me inside to the manager. I explain my situation and told him that someone the day before told me that these rims were in stock, and I drove 60 miles to find out that they were sold a month ago. They spoke in Spanish and I pretended like I didn’t speak Spanish as well, but that another story. Unprofessional at all levels, complains about their system not updating to accuracy, so who really knows what’s the truth... never again I left to never return.
$$780 lost and still going for only traying to save a little buying a tranny from this place...
