Paid ahead and was told that the part would be out once I arrived. Instead I had to wait for them to take it out and the person made a bunch of excuses. Then once they had the part out they tried to sell me a tampered seat belt(see picture).
They work with you to get the part that you need and if there's any problem with the part that is always willing to work to get another park for you as fast as possible that's what I love about them !!!.

I don’t even want to give these people 1 star! Extremely rude ! Disrespectful! Not professional! I tried negotiating a part with him and he said no get out! I came back and he still kicked me out when I gave my opinion and said I thought it was too pricey! The only reason I came back was because no where else had the part I needed it today. There was lower prices online but it would take too long to arrive. Do NOT take business to a place like this! Over priced and nasty! The worst place where you can buy a used piece. Order a door and they asked me for fifty dollars of deposit, it was a Friday and they told me that on Saturday they received it from their other establishment in Naples that they called me to pick it up and that if I had a blow they would give me back the money. On Saturday they did not call, on Monday I called, they told me that the door had a punch, they ordered another one. Thursday went and no door, now that Friday. I said I canceled the order and they do not want to refund the deposit, that only a credit. I need nothing more from them. Please do not fall into the hands of those guys.

I called in for a part and was told it is in stock. when I went in person the guy brought the part out and the part was in poor condition block valve sticking out cams cant rotate. the moment I said why is the part bent .
the guy became aggressive and questioned if I was even a mechanic and said the part should be this way. he went on trying to teach me what is right and how im wrong.
He even question me if I was a mechanic .As soon as I said I am an ASE tech the guy became surprised and his attitude went from an arrogant bossy teaching professor to a student level wanting to learn the right answer. because he started saying to educate him on what is right.
first of all this is not how you treat your customers. second of all how can you be so arrogant and trying to act like a professor and once you find out im ASE tech you stop acting like a know it all and started acting like someone who wants to learn the correct info. thats all BS talk, if you dont know something dont act like you
do. I left the place without pulling out cash. stay away. malo
