To be honest I was kind of skeptical about going here due to some of the Google reviews but since they are local decided to give it a try. They not only fixed my seatbelt but explain everything in detail with courtesy and respect. Now I can only said good things about my experience which was all the contrary of what some others said on the reviews. Thank you for your professionalism, it was a pleasure to do business with you. I recomend this place 200%.
WORST experience EVER!!! What a completely unprofessional business. Made two appointments and they cancelled both at the last minute.
Wasn’t even able to meet me to look me in the eye so I knew who would be working on my car and had the arrogance to express that if I didn’t just leave my only car there with NOBODY with NO APPROXIMATION ON WHEN I’D GET MY CAR BACK that they wouldn’t be working with me.

There are plenty of others who provide these services in the area that are much better. Look for 5 star reviews. There’s a reason for this guy’s reputation. Heed the warnings.
After a two-minute phone call to gather more information, he hung up on me, saying, "Go to the dealership." They want to charge a $90 diagnostic fee even though I already have a diagnostic report and know what needs to be done. I'm not going to pay diagnostic fees at every place just to get a repair estimate.
Very disappointed with lack of response from this company. They advertise a "24 hour turn around" BUT so far it's been over a week and I can't even get a response from them when they will begin work on my seat belt. Have texted and called 4 times, the response has been "the internet has been down for 2 days" and the "we are not sure of the status, we'll get back to you," and then no reply for days! Very frustrating!!!!! Suggest going with another company as there are many others out there!
This company only has one guy, he treats customers stupidly, he seems like he's doing them a favor by serving them. If the service isn't good, he won't accept repairs, on top of that he's aggressive. I recommend staying away from this guy
Bad service is not recommended, there is no professionalism, there is racism being you from Russia who speaks a lousy language, rude person, tries to scam people, it is my personal criteria but I do not recommend it, look for a better place, thanks
I left a one star review by accident and the owner calls me a moron. Maybe that’s why you have 3.3 stars and going down. My stuff didn’t get fixed even though I paid $700 , srs module not fixed. Told me to call a dealer to get one, what service. Keep insulting people and you can wait to see who shows up on your doorstep. I bet you won’t call me moron to my face if I show up to your shop
If you want to pay three times more and get bad service, that's right here! This organization is engaged in scams! We took 130 to work, usually it's the cost of $30, broke the srs module and said we need a new one!

Great place, they repaired all the seatbelts and replaced/programed airbags on our BMW. Honest people from the inital. We also liked the same day return for all that service work. Thanks again guys.
SCAMMERS, tried to get $1100 for a seatbelt repair on a Honda Civic. They repaired my car without my approval and then told me I owe them that amount. I had all the screenshots and text messages. Called the “POLICE” on them as soon as I did that they returned my car keys without any money paid to these scammers. They knew what they were trying to do which is why they were scared when the police came.
They told me to check my “Florida laws” and said I won’t get my car back till the time I pay them for the repairs I never approved for. Yo check your Florida laws recover seatbelt LLC or whatever this place is called lol
Took my car in for seatbelt and airbag repair and these guys did a excellent job with my car. Everything works perfect I very satisfied with the job they did
They fixed my 2012 Dodge Caravan TIPM box in less than 24 hours and the results, it’s like new again!! This people are experts and have the knowledge to keep your car in good shape. My van is a Braunability for handicap and it’s crucial for me and my son to keep it in optimal condition. Thank you for all your good work and save me a lot of money. You are the best!!!

Scheduled an appointment confirmed via telephone and text message. Drove an hour and a half to get there only for them to be closed. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I’ve attached the screenshot of appointment confirmation since they seem to refute every negative comment on here. If they can’t keep track of appointments I definitely wouldn’t trust them touching safety features on my vehicle.
Edit: I was there at 2pm for my appointment after several unanswered calls I decided to make this review. There was a sign on the door that said be back at 3pm. Maybe take some responsibility and stop acting like the victim for every negative review.
I made an appointment with these people to get a seatbelt fixed. They were booked for an entire weekend so they asked me to come on Monday at 2 pm. I even have the screenshot of the text message confirming the time. I showed up to the store and there was a sign on the door that said be back at 3 pm. Then when I texted them that no one was there I get a response asking if I booked my appointment online and that mondays they don’t take appointment. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule for another day. This is completely unprofessional. I don’t live in the area so it’s a 45-50 minutes drive back in Miami traffic and on top of that I’m almost 8 months pregnant. Why would you take a appointments through text message and then forget about them? Not to mention they never answer the phone when you call them. Thanks for wasting my time.
I usually never complain but, this place is very unprofessional. I made an appt. at 1 pm and no one was there. I when ahead and did another appt. for 1 pm another day and they responded back to me to come at 2 pm. Then I get another confirmation to come in at 2:30 pm. I see on the reviews how they insult people saying there English is not understandable. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I’m sure I will get a negative response now from them thinking I have insulted them even though this is the truth. All you have to do is just apologize to me and just move forward and be more professional. Time is money! Thank you

First let me say my seat belts were repaired, and do work. I shipped my belts to Recover Safety on 2/19, were delivered on 2/21. I waited until 2/27 and e-mailed RS asking them to please repair and return my belts. They sent an e-mail stating my belts would be shipped that day (2/27) priority mail. No tracking # received. I e-mailed again on Monday 3/2 and did get a shipping notice and tracking # that day. The workl was OK but in my case it was not a 24 hour turn around it was 10 days. That is too long when you are driving around in a car with no seatbelts.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the services they offer. They took time to explain the process involved in the repair of the seat belt that I took to them for my late model SUV. What stood out was the fast turnaround time and professional service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their service.
The best place to fix any of your electrical issues especially when it has to do with airbags. These guys are like gods. Anytime I need to fix the airbag module , seatbelts and etc I always bring it to Recover Safety and everything is done and fixed like it should be. Very bad customer service drove down 3 Times 100 miles round trip was not there 3 time now have to dispute my services I'm not driving again he always comes up with a excuse

as a dealer this vendor saved us a lot of money. Very professional, very knowledgeable and honest. no monkey business. anything with seat belts, air bags, SRS module just go to this vendor! You will not be dis pointed and for sure come again.
