I went in to get some new wipers among other things, and Joneika was more than great with helping me find what I needed and to replace the wipers on the car. Her help was more than I could have asked for!

Stopped by this location because I was having battery issues and Joneika was more than helpful with assisting me. After helping me resolve the issue she also sold me products I had no intention of buying which speaks to her salesmen skills lol. Great experience and I’ll definitely be back for more purchases in the future.

Im very pleased with the service provided by Ferrel at the new Advance Auto Parts. I had stopped at another auto part store and they told me I needed to replace the starter. So I then stopped by AAP and Ferrel quickly diagnosed my problem and turns out all I needed was a battery. He credited my battery warranty and replaced it with a new battery. Thank you Ferrel! You saved me $848.00 to replace a starter that didn't need replacement.

Terrible customer service, a short Latina woman let me waiting. Not even out of courtesy did she tell me to wait for her for a while because I’m busy. Unbelievable

Josh and Boom were very helpful from the start. Greeted me as I walked into the store, then helped me find my wipers right away. They were friendly and offered to install my wipers. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes.

Parrell took his time to help me find a part that was needed for my vehicle. He did not stop until the part was found. Great service !

The scanner isn't working, that's what they say. I don't believe them. It's obvious they don't want to do the job.

I went in for a battery, the cashier was busy so laying around with a customer I asked him can he help me with my battery installing and he say he’s busy right now and he don’t think that’s the right battery anyway, but I can get it if I want so I purchased the battery went outside and tried to install it in my car It was too big so I returned back into the store to get a smaller battery and the guy said, I’m not changing it for a smaller battery. It has to be some kind of exchange policy not even a return policy, but I exchange policy for a I was momently there three minutes ago trying to get the correct size battery with no assistance. I brought this battery now they telling me I can’t get my exchange or refund or anything. What kind of service is this?

One of the managers, Dave, really helped me out with a new battery installation. He knew what he was doing, and made it so much easier for me.

I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped by Mr. Boom. He answered all my questions and helped me with my parts and everything I needed. He really made this frustrating experience much easier with his knowledge and great customer service. Thank you so much

Joneika was excellent with help as soon as I walking the door from asking if I need anything to making sure I was good and ok with everything. She came to help and make sure my car was ok and come to find out she gave me excellent help with prices and even installed my battery and upsold me very much needed item I needed for my car.
