Ed saved me the other day! I was locked out of my car and home in the midday heat of Miami. He got in the car himself and came right over and opened up my car so that I could recover my keys. His price was incredibly competitive, in fact less than anyone else that I called. His service was quick and friendly. A true gem.
Submitted a Progressive Roadside Assistance request that made me wait over 1hr and half. I was able to track the service provider through the Progressive app. The app shows the time the driver would be arriving, and it then changed from 6 minutes away to "arriving soon". I called and called and called and NO answer from "big ed" I sent text messages and NOTHING. I then had to call Progressive and they reached out to the company and were able to answer right away saying they were going to be another 40 minutes late so now my battery service needs to be reassigned to another company after waiting for over 1 hr and half. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
