Horrible place. This people are crazy, they sale super expensive. They don't have any idea of what it's customer service. Me personally and not going back to this place.
I came here just before 4 p.m. to try and find a spare tire for my car and they told me they were closed. The website said they close at 5 p.m.
I will try my luck with the yard in Davie
I was happy cause I found what I was looking for. Ofcourse I would have been more happier if what I wanted was cheaper. But over all they helped me find what I needed. Thanks!
Quedan bien mal tienen cero profesionalidad, lleve un carro allí y me dijeron q el mismo día me lo podían arreglar q tenían todas las piezas y fue mentira, llame y me dijeron que dentro de 4 días , vuelvo a llamar y me dicen q no esta todavía , voy al otro día a ver q pasaba y resulta q había otra pieza rota q ellos no habían visto y q no la tenían , en conclusión todavía estoy esperando......
My experience wasn't that good .. the first time I went in ok u take .. there was a lady at the counter . I ask her if they had a trunk latch for a chevy impala before she even ask the fork lift driver to see if they had it or not.. she told me no ... cool .. I went next door to another junk yard .. I ask the guy the same question he also said no but direct me to another guy who was standing talking to his friend I guess .. he said yes he had it and we walk back to ok u take ..the very same junk yard I not to long ago went and the lady said no she didnt have .. either she didn't want to be bother or she was too busy on the phone playing around with her computer..go figure..if I was not in a rush to get that part I would have simply left and get the part

Had to call 3 times for somebody to answer the phone. After i finally got an answer the representative said nah we dont have that, not knowing what i was talking about and hung up. Horrible customer service.
