Do not recommend this company. Bought an engine for my car, in August 2024. Still didn’t get no engine, no money! The staff (customer service manager Sophia Williams) doesn’t answer my calls, had to call from different numbers after what I got emails about new turns of refund! They didn’t give the number of head managers, Sophia says she is the highest level manager there It’s absolutely unacceptable!
These people are scammers. Don't buy anything from them. They scammed me about selling the transmission and took my money. No product has been sent no money returned no response from these people. I’m trying all my possible ways to complain & take them to law. Don't be a victim of them. Be aware.
I ordered a motor on the 1st of the month and had express shipping is supposed to be 7 to 10 business days at about 13 14 business days I got a hold of them and they told me that it would be another 17 business days never to refund my express shipping I waited that again motor still not here now they're saying it's going to be another 7 to 10 days over the refund my money that could take another month to get back. It's now 12/24/2024 still nothing. Please don't let this happen to you.
It's been 5 weeks, and I still have no transmission. The way they collect money from you is super sketchy. This company needs to be investigated. Update it has now been 3 months, and now they say they can refund my money because their accounts are locked up. I'm serious. Seriously this company needs to be investigated and do not under any circumstances give this company any of your money.
Please be aware these guys are scammers. Do not trust this company, I wish I would of read the reviews before making an order. Made a payment for a used engine, they promised a 2 weeks delivery at the most. 4 months later still haven’t received anything not even a tracking number. They wont take make calls nor offer a refund.
I ordered engine for my Mercedes Benz I paid $1836 via my bank account and promised to be delivered in two weeks after two weeks another promised I should give them 3 weeks by receptionist Sophia now she sent me a message their bank account has been blocked so I need to wait for seven months before they can refund my money this people are scams please don't order nothing from them I pray someone will read it and avoid my mistake God bless
Client ordered a motor for our repair shop to put in. 3 month not motor. They stated that they would refund the clients money. No refund. They now do not answer calls. These scammers took my money 2 months ago for a transmission and then I had to call after the thing never showed up and then they told me the had an unforeseen issue and needed to refund my money that it will take 7 to 10 days and then to no surprise they still haven’t refunded my $1200 dollars that was cashapped to them so they can certainly just cashapp it back so they say it will take another 10 days ok for what this wasn’t a loan . Stay away from these scammers horrible customer service they don’t answer the phone they the supposed Manager Sophia hung up on me what a business
On August 23, I ordered a transmission and paid $1,523 and they promised to deliver it within 2 - 3 weeks and it never arrived. I asked for my money back and they didn't do it either and now they don't answer messages or calls. This is a store of lies and deception.
Complete scam. All there good reviews are bots and have weird name. Don't trust them we were scammed out of a 800 dollar motor. We were promised our money back after the motor didn't arrive and it has been months and we never received anything.

This company is a scam I placed an order on July 16, 2024 Invoice Number 15768. I was told that my part would arrive in 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase (approximately august 6-9,2024) I reached out on august 7 and 12 because I should be receiving my car piece soon but I didn't have any tracking information on august 15th I was told that there was a delay in the shipping that it should be sent out in 4-6 weeks from this point. I initiated a cancellation as Sophia Williams my customer care manager told me I would get a refund within 7-10 business days..... it has not BEEN 41 BUSINESS DAYS AND no refund to show for it they don't even pick up my phone call.
If they ask for wire transfer, it is not a reputable company. Reputable companies can and will take credit card, debit card, cashiers check. I'm glad my customer didn't get taken by these scammers
The worse company ever. Paid for the order via transfer. Waited almost a month for a part that supposed to be delivered within a week. The order was never completed. Waiting for money return since Aug. 29th. Today, Sept. 23rd., I found out I have to wait for another 6 months to get my money back because CashApp blocked Prota Auto Parts LLC account. Paid via transfer - money should be returned the same way. ............................................................................................................ Why the owner does not respond to themed reviews? Why do not improve your service instead of scamming people? Why nobody from purchasing is contacting back?

We ordered an engine and sent a wire transfer for $1600. No email with a receipt, details, nothing! After multiple phone calls and promises. NOW THEY ARE BLOCKING OUR PHONE CALLS! These people are a SCAM!
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! They are scammers! They do a really great job making themselves seem legit and we have come to know they are not. We ordered a part and they said it would be here in 10 days, nothing. We asked about the delay and they talked around it, no tracking number, no courier info. We got tired of the runaround and asked for our money back. They said it would take 10 business days for the money to be returned. It has not been returned. We have called the numbers and now “they’re not accepting calls” and we are getting no responses from emails. We are out so much money and have reported them for fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
I am beyond frustrated with Prota Auto Parts. I paid $1,000 for an engine on 08/06/2024, and the payment was wired and received that same day. The engine was supposed to be delivered within a 7-day expedited timeframe, but as of 09/11/2024, I have received neither the engine nor a refund.
Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have stopped answering the phone—regardless of the number I call. I have been given the runaround for over a month, and at this point, I am reaching out to an attorney to resolve this issue.
I cannot recommend Prota Auto Parts to anyone based on my experience. Be very cautious if you consider doing business with them.

COMPLETE SCAM! been waiting 5 weeks now for transmission. No receipt,no tracking number. "Sophia Williams The Manager" has been making up excuses right and left. The took over a 1000$ from me. Now I have to get police involved and talk to my lawyer to get the process going. I will Make sure there not going to keep doing this to people.
