Please be aware these guys are scammers. Do not trust this company, I wish I would of read the reviews before making an order. Made a payment for a used engine, they promised a 2 weeks delivery at the most. 4 months later still haven’t received anything not even a tracking number. They wont take make calls nor offer a refund.
I am very frustrated with Prota Auto Parts. I paid $950 for a transmission on August 9, 2024 and the payment was made via wire transfer and I received it that same day. The transmission was supposed to be delivered within 3 weeks but as of September 28, 2024 I have not received a transmission. After many attempts to call without answering any phone number I received a response via email promising a refund within 7 days and after 21 days there is no transmission or money. They are scamming without a doubt already, I have seen another case similar to mine here in the reviews. I will take the appropriate actions to report this scam.. I cannot recommend Prota Auto Parts to anyone based on my experience. Be very careful if you consider doing business with them. There I attach the proof that if I place the order and I was scammed by this company. How is it possible that with so many bad scam reviews you tell me that I am lying and I have the emails that promised me the return in 10 days and that has never happened. Do you need more evidence?
I ordered a motor on the 1st of the month and had express shipping is supposed to be 7 to 10 business days at about 13 14 business days I got a hold of them and they told me that it would be another 17 business days never to refund my express shipping I waited that again motor still not here now they're saying it's going to be another 7 to 10 days over the refund my money that could take another month to get back. It's now 12/24/2024 still nothing. Please don't let this happen to you.
