AT&T roadside assistance connected us with this company. We were promised a 45 minute wait for a tow truck and it is passing 2 hours. We never received a call or text update as a courtesy. We called and spoke to John who mentioned they were running behind. I know people need a living, so I will just say this: treat your customers like gold or lose business/gain a negative reputation. Do better! Shame on AT&T and the Dominion Motor Club as well for not doing better for its customers!
