I cannot say enough about the Madison location! Everyone in there has been wonderful but a big shout out to Mike! He has walked us through several big jobs on our old vehicles and all his advice has been wonderful. Plus, all the parts he's ordered for us have been the right the first time.
Just had Surgery in Gainsville for a new port in my chest for my Chemo treatments can’t lift over 5 pounds.
On my way home my truck battery decided to go out on me
So Stopped in and had my battery checked
And was told it was bad “GREAT”
I said ok lets do this, got the battery in the mid price range
Then asked if they installed due to my Surprise nope they don’t do that
Had to call my Son-in-Law to come by change out for me
Why would this happen ? New guy ?, Nope 👎
And on there Web site it even says
“Free Battery Install !
I tried getting a part for my car. I spoke with Kristina Jackson. She told me she would hold it for me. I drove over a hour to get it and when I got there she sold it on me. Then proceeded to tell me and I quote " you snooze you loose, just because I'm handicap don't mean I'm special." As I sat there in my wheel chair. She's was horrible and I will never shop here again because of this.
Jason and Glenn were awesome, so was Mr. Mike the night before. I have been in here twice in the last 24 hours for tractor parts and they have cross-referenced AGCO tractor parts to mobile and wix fuel and oil filters and got me exactly what I needed. Above and beyond outstanding service and value! Every time I've been in here in the last 2 years I've lived here has been awesome.
I quit going to this location due to management.

This store had the item I ordered from a nearby store.. that was a big plus!
Steve helped me for a whole hour, checking my fluids, finding out what sensor I needed, and changed my battery out. He was EXTREMELY helpful and super nice! Great experience and great employees!
Staff at the Madison, Fl location have always treated me right. Recently had an issue with an oil filter that was defective, they went above and beyond to correct the issue.
I like going to O'Reilly's they always had good selection of what I need this is my number one store I go to first guys and gals that work there always supper friendly good job.
It's simple, you go in, look for what you want, and walk right by it on your way to the counter to ask for help. The counter person was polite, helpful, and pleasant, the store was clean and well lit, and the prices were in line with other places. All in all a good experience.
They are making food service staff members that are really enjoyable they helped me fine whatever I need so that I can get the work done the friendly helpful and I'm very grateful to have such an amazing part store my old 88 Dodge
This is the first time I've visited this store, great experience! I came in to get my car battery changed out. Zack was beyond helpful. He was very knowledgeable, made suggestions, checked twice to make sure what I was getting would work for me. Great customer service! This is will be the only auto-parts store I go to when in town.
First time there on an emergency parts run from ga. The staff ensured they had the correct part in hand before I began the long drive. Very much appreciated 👍
They were so patient and helpful and made sure I had what I needed without pushing extra stuff on me. They tested my old battery helped me choose the best and even put it in my vehicle.
The one guy that helped me was ok.
But the to employees standing outside making comments about my wife. Couple of pervs.
Won't be back find somewhere else to buy my parts.
We had car trouble on the way home from vacation. The Manager and staff were extremely helpful, and caring. We were back on the road in no time, thanks to their assistance!
