Just used them to tow my truck in @ 1st she told me $900 i decided to take my truck back to the terminal 60 miles farther away she went up to $2111 then ended up charging me $1650 at what point do you let your customers no so I could’ve made a decision to use their service or not beware of the price gouging 🤬

I got here Friday night to get my trailer fixed up. They told me it’ll be fixed up the next day. So I waited the entire day. They told me that they’re going to get it fixed that day. So I called at 5 PM as I’ve been calling throughout the day to see what was going on because they barely touched my trailer. They waited till 5 PM to tell me it won’t be fixed until Monday. I could’ve got fixed at the Loves for all of that on Saturday, but they held me purposely so I don’t go anywhere I will never come here again.

Our trailer tire sheared off mid trip from Alabama to SW FL. They got our trailer in quick and fixed quicker. Very reasonable in cost and allowed us to pick up on a Sunday. Great company.

I had a truck breakdown over Labor Day weekend. The crew at Kenda not only showed up when they said, they went to work diagnosing what was wrong and what parts were needed to make repairs...on Labor Day! They had us out the door in less than 48 hours around a major holiday and didn't over charge like alot of shops would in that scenario. They took care of getting the driver to and from the hotel as well. I would highly recommend if you ever find yourself stranded in the area!

Got recommended to this place by a friend of ours came in for wheel seal leaking in my steering axle and ended up with a coolant leak these people here Mr. Louis and his dad Mr. Rick are great people including their shop employees hats off to them all for taking us in on a Saturday very greatfull for what they did for us I totally recommend them for any repairs including Towing they do it all and they have so much respect for us truckers too!!! This has become my favorite diesel mechanic truck shop. They are very friendly, super knowledgeable of trucks and they do all can to gain your respect and trust. Their hourly rates are great. I only deal with them to work on my truck. I highly recommend them.

Got in an accident my vehicle was towed to this location...I called couple days before I came..they said "sure you can come get it your personal items".I got there today and she seen my brown face they wouldn't allow me to get anything out my car until the insurance company paid them..I didn't want the vehicle only personal belongings..the lady was stoneface, cold, and rude... 👿 ungodly! Then I phoned my insurance company..they assured me they will send out a payment today.. saying...this company is unusual and never heard of holding the owner belongings hostage. I phoned this company telling them the they will get paid etc...she hung up on me twice...smh...I know business is business but treat others with decency and respect!

Truck broke down on me two days before Thanksgiving at live oak chicken plant they towed to there shop and tooke to a hotel they were so nice the whole family the kids are so respectful. I had a bad turbo I needed new dpf filters my torque arms was bad I had a lot going on but they took great care of me fixed my truck took a Lil while that was because of parts but they did a great job I would definitely recommend them and they definitely have a new customer all the way from Riverview fla thank y'all again for getting me back on the road

A wheel came off my boat trailer on the hwy. I limped over to Kenda as I still had one good axle. They were friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

This guy was above and beyond totally on our electrical problems with the hookup for our bike trailer. Almost dark and he had us going WITH all trailer, brake, & turn signal in maybe 30 minutes. Great guy, great service.

Great place to take your semi truck for repairs my driveshaft went bad and they took care of me in one day I highly recommend these guys good work

I was stuck down in Perry, Fl due to a fail High Pressure fuel pump and one call Kenda came out and towed me to their Madison location and the work I had done was high pressure fuel pump, tire change and a hood adjustment also they replaced rings on a part located on top of transmission and I went in on Monday night and out Wednesday morning with 0 problems and I plan going back for some more work because you can’t get any professional service anywhere in the South like this. Best prices in town especially if you are independent. Can’t wait to go back

Kenda provided great service at an absolute reasonable price. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Quickly diagnosed and ordered required item to resolve low power issue we were experiencing with our Detroit Diesel powered motorcoach. Made us feel very comfortable staying overnight at their truck center while waiting for the specialized fuel filter needed. We were on back on the road soon after it arrived and was installed. We highly recommend them.

These folks are wonderful! We were travelling through the area and our motorhome lost power and was displaying warning lights. We called Kenda to see about mobile service, but the truck was on another call. After sitting a bit we were able to drive there and they looked at it promptly. One issue was low coolant, so they topped that off. The other they diagnosed as an issue with the DEF injector. They didn't have the parts in stock, but assured us we were OK to drive to our destination safely. Since we were there, we asked them to charge the A/C unit which wasn't blowing cold. One of their guys crawled under the bus to check access and found a hose had blown off the A/C compressor! That hose had to come from Freightliner, so we decided to live with it for now. The bill? $0 ! Nada. No charge! The owners and mechanics were all super pleasant. If you're ever in the area and need service, Kenda is the place to call.

5 stars hands down. These guys are apart of the "FFA" -Fast, Friendly and Affordable! Called them for an issue I had on the interstate and Louis was out on scene in less than 15 minutes, fixed the issue and got me back rolling. Highly recommend!

Best experience I have ever had at a shop. Mechanics are honest and very knowledgeable. I drive from Atlanta to their Madison location because they are so good. Prices are AMAZING. Family ran business that actually cares about their customers. Very rare in these times.

I was having some transmissions issues with my w900 I called these people up asked if I could talk to a tech they got Louis on the phone we talked about what was going on he said I should be able to make it to the shop so I don't have to pay a tow bill I got to the shop and in no time he fixed my transmission gave me a few pointers and I was on the road for a decent price thank y'all. And Mr Louis said if have any questions don't hesitate to call and ask!!! Just awesome!!!

Luis is amazing. My trailer needed a new tire and a full set of breaks. He was here within 2 hours with everything needed and ready to go. Due to not being able to leave he was kind enough to run to the gas station for me and get me some stuff. Amazing guy with a great company. Keep it up y’all.

I was driving on the highway on my way home to Maryland and my tire pressure light kept coming on. It was in the middle of the night and I didn't feel safe driving without having someone checking my tires. I found Kenda Truck Center online. I called them and they said they would check it out for me even though they normally work on trucks. They were so Amazing! Very friendly and excellent customer service. He even told me about local attractions in the area to check out the next time I come into town. They are definitely the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

These folks are FULL of IT! Initially, everything was cool. I broke down, they came to the rescue (transmission issues) even allowing me to rent a truck to finish the load and do another load previously scheduled. They were warm, inviting and pleasant UNTIL. Until, I let them know my rebuild transmission was doing the same thing as my old one. I informed them of this information the same day I left with my finished repair. Yes, we did do a test run-everything was fine. -problem came in later with higher level shifting which was not needed in the test run. Then all HELL broke loose! All the excuses in the world and information that didn't sound right bc now nobody wants to warranty my less a week old transmission even when I phone the same day of leaving to let them know the issue still existed with new rebuilt transmission. I have to get someone else to fix their mess and I am out of $7, 472.01 and was spoken to by the owner is a very demeaning/derogatory way. TRUCKERS PLEASE BEWARE!

Above and beyond first-class service. Our company has multiple crews working in the panhandle after Hurricane Michael hit. One of our drivers was making a trip back to Tampa one weekday evening when his truck started running hot and pouring fluids off of I-10. I called multiple service centers and didn't have any luck until I found Kenda's number on a trucking website. I was told they were finishing a job but would immediately head to my driver within an hour. Louis with Kenda Truck service showed up quickly as promised, but unfortunately all parts stores were closed that had the needed part. He told me he would take my driver to a nearby hotel and come back out the next morning to make the repair. We faced another issue when we realized that all hotels were booked from hurricane evacuation and my driver had no place to stay the night. Louis then went above and beyond and offered my driver a place to stay the night. Offering that to a complete stranger is rare these days, but unfortunately so is the excellent customer service and work that Louis and Kenda provided during this whole situation. He had my driver on the road as soon as the sun came up the next day and he didn't take advantage of our tough situation- the pricing was still more than fair! Florida Safety Contractors appreciates the service and compassion that Kenda Truck Service displayed that evening. We thank you again!

Had a rental truck from Budget Rental (not recommended at all) that broke down as we entered Florida but still 3 hours from our destination. Budget was a tremendous headache but once they got someone out to us, Louis (mechanic) was awesome. He helped us get out of a bad mood and explained what was wrong with the truck. He was even able to get a tow truck driver there sooner than Budget was, got us to a nice clean hotel and even found an affordable mechanic for Budget to get their truck fixed. I would say it was a nice welcome to Florida after a very long and stressful relocation. But they did what they could to make it better on their behalf. Great folks. Highly recommended...
