These guys are true professionals. I had a busted mirror on my RV and they got me in the same day and out the door in an hour. They even spliced together an old wire that had corroded on the inside of the mirror for me.

Great service. We stayed in our RV right at the service center with a full electric and water Hook up. We were treated with professional service and a friendly atmosphere of concern for our comfort and safety. Cannot recommend anyone better than this group to tow and service your equipment.

Greg was very helpful when I called to have our truck towed. I was updated along the way. Definitely will use them again.

Called Certified Truck/RV Service Center after being told by several other places they couldn't get to me for weeks. We are living in our RV and the jacks would not go down and the front slides would not go out. They told me I could bring it in that day. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a few hours. They were incredibly nice guys, very easy to work with and the repair costs were incredibly fair. Would return to them anytime I need work on our RV.

I blew out a tire on my rv while travelling on I-10. I tried to call for roadside thru my insurance and after 20 min I googled and called Certified Truck/RV repair. The response was quick. My spare didn't fit the lug nut pattern and my tech found another tire, left put it on the original rim and was back quickly. Fixed and on the road again! I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

If I could give no stars I would !!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! We found them from google they came to us, around 800 to diagnose the issue and labor . Then told us it would be a 3person job and that the 512 would have to be repaid for the next day … we got to them that night so they could start first thing in the morning. Didn’t get to us til after lunch (they said they thought there was an issue with payment) ok miscommunication fine ..talked to them about the 512 was for them to come to us and diagnose therefore I should not have to pay that cuz I came to them and they “know” What’s wrong (they did not charge it only for the labor ..ok so far so good… they gave me a written quote of almost 2100 …I told them hold on … I then came back to them (with in 30 minutes)and said we’re good to go! They said the part would take 5-7 days plus it being thanksgiving ok…we have not had our slides out out due to having to be level first I can deal for a little while … called Monday after thanksgiving and they never ordered the part !!! Called me back and said the new quote was a bit over 4,000 no thank you!!! We will be going somewhere else!!!! That’s not ok (they tried to say they thought we had an issue with payment yet again … how was there an issue with Payment when I said we are good to go!???! ) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I had a written quote and yet they tried to tell me it would cost 2X more than the written quote!!!!! Not ok! Come to find out after we took our business else where it really is not my leveler that needs replaced however it is the solenoid to control the leveler jack!!!! The new business came out and checked my system FOR FREE!!!!!

Horrible customer service, horrible pricing. If I could leave 0 stars i would! I was very patient with this company giving them the benefit of doubt and they over and over again gave us the run around. Seriously take your business else where!

Great bunch of guys, I needed a oil pump and other things for my rig to be done ASAP, They came and got me (tow) and put me right in the shop.. Truck is running good, and I made delivery on time.. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend! I was stuck in Tallahassee on a Friday afternoon and this company is only one available to come get my car and haul it back to Madison. Thank you for all you do!

We can’t recommend this Certified Truck/RV Service Center enough! Our morning started with a dead battery, and after our neighbor got us limping along, we hit a wall. One shop sold us a battery but wouldn’t install it, and another was too swamped to help. Then we found this gem! We were in a pinch—rushing to get our daughter’s 4H show pig checked in on time. We explained our situation, and they jumped into action. In under 15 minutes, they swapped out our battery and had us back on the road. Their kindness and speed saved the day! Our family is beyond grateful for their help. If you need fast, reliable service, this is the place to go! We are giving them 5 stars BUT If we could give them 10 STARS I would.

Id like to say the tech that worked on my truck. Was knowledgeable and efficient doing the work. And is a fairly nice guy.

We were 8 hours from home and stranded at a gas station off of I-10 after our vehicle broke down. Greg talked me through everything, and Tyler was soon there. He towed my vehicle to their shop, and that’s when he went above and beyond. I left my cell phone at a Starbucks 30 miles away and didn’t realize it until we broke down, so Tyler took me and my family in his personal truck all the way back there to get my phone. Then he drove a hundred miles east for us to pick up a rental car in Tallahassee. They saved the day and made sure we were able to get home safely. Their customer service is extraordinary.

Picked me up within 20 minutes and took care of my car very well. 10/10 recommend to use whenever need a tow with great people.

My boat trailer broke in the middle of nowhere Florida. The flat bed showed up with a very professional young man in about 30 minutes on Labor Day! I would highly recommend this company for all of your towing needs! A+++

Great guys. Spoke with the brother Chris they were very helpful and did everything they could to help me and my family from being stranded. I would recommend them to anyone. Also Samuel the tow truck driver was very patient and made sure we were able to get all our luggage. Salute to him great guy also.

We had our electronic emergency brake lock on our new Ford truck and couldn't get it to release. We contacted Ford for roadside assistance and they dispatched Certified Service Center. The representative was very helpful in trying to get the brake to release, and when it wouldn't, we decided to have the vehicle towed to the dealer. Before the truck was loaded on the flatbed, the owner, Greg, arrived to take a look at the truck as well. Together, they were able to release the brake and we didn't need the tow. We're very grateful for their professionalism and quick response to us while we were stranded at night. We would highly recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: We had our other truck break down and had to have it towed to the dealership. We called Certified and they had a truck there in 30 minutes. The driver was quick to load the truck on the flatbed and extremely polite. We followed him to the dealership. He was a very professional driver. We highly recommend Certified for any of your service needs.

I was on my to Florida from Alabama for vacation. My jeep broke down at the half way point. I was basically stranded. The team took great care of me. The jeep needed parts ordered so they took me to a hotel. I had cruise plans so they held my car for 2 weeks. They kept me updated on progress and had my jeep ready to go in a few days. The service driver, tow driver were very helpful. This is a great company to help you when you are in a bad situation.

We suspected a propane leak on our class B Camper Van. We called them mid afternoon and they told us to bring it in. In about an hour, they diagnosed the problem (dry rot on propane hose line), ran out to a nearby shop for a replacement (had to be made), and installed/tested it. Given all the variables and the speed of repair, the price was reasonable. I would definitely trust this business with campervan repairs again. It's very hard to find dependable, urgent repair work when you're on the road.

Sorry this is going to be long. So my vehicle broke down and I made it to Jiffy in Lee on 5-26-2025. Called my roadside service and they said someone would be there to get my truck and take it to Madison Automotive the shop i take all my vehicles. Well a driver from Certified Towing called and said he was 30mins out and asked where the truck was I told him at Jiffy the keys are in the ignition and that it needs to be dropped off at Madison Auto and to just leave the keys in it and John will look at it today 5-27-2025 he then said "if you don't mind me asking what's wrong with the truck" and I told him the charging system light came on and im sure its the alternator. I got an alert when he got to the vehile and a alert that said job was completed so that was all great i was happy on how fast this happened. So fast forward to this morning I went about my morning as usual untill I got a message from Certified Service Center saying that the problem with my truck was a bad battery and had a quote for a replacement battery. I was baffled as to why my truck was not where I stated I needed it to go and why are they working on my truck at all. So I called the shop and spoke with someone (didn't get his name) and asked him why my truck is conveniently at his shop being worked on when I gave nobody permission to do anything but tow my truck from point A to point B...The man said "there was nobody to sign for the truck so he brought it here" first off nobody needs to sign for anything 2nd off I told him to leave it at Madison Auto with the keys in it and someone will take care of it and 3rd the Owner of Madison Auto was there when the driver "tried" to deliver my vehicle. There is so much wrong with this entire situation I could go on and on but this town is way too small to be doing business this way. The man said we will hook it up and take it to Madison Auto well they didn't tow my truck they drove it there WHO GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO DO ANY OF THIS. Also the battery that was in my truck is a year old I knew the issue wasn't the battery and after testing it was not the battery it waa as i expected the alternator.. So what was going to happen if I did get the work done at their shop they would have sold me a battery job and then said the alternator was bad. This is just really bad business. I've contacted my roadside service to file a formal complaint and I probably would not have even thought to write a review if this company didn't send me a text message asking to leave a review it makes no sense to me why they asked for a review but here it is as requested. This is really unacceptable and really bad business.

I broke down on my 49 cc scooter in Madison. I called a couple of companies that said they didn't have the capabilities to tow a scooter. I walked to town to get out of the heat while I tried to figure out what to do. Then I called Certified Service Center. They said they could have a tow truck out in about 30 minutes and would pick me up at my location first. They arrived on time. The driver was Trevor. He was very professional, helpful and respectful. I would definitely recommend Certified Service Center if you end up in need of tow services.

Unfortunately we ended up in a situation that we needed to be towed with our travel trailer attached to our truck. We were turned away by 2 other towing companies until we got a call back from Certified Service. Trevor ( our driver) was very communicative in letting us know when he would arrive he was very polite and professional got us hooked up and delivered to our repair facility. Had a valve stem blow out on my RAM 2500 cummins truck. Called for tires change. KYLE CALLED ME IN LIKE 5 MINUTES, said it would take 45 minutes but he was here before. Very nice, polite young man. He made changing the tire look easy. Found out Certified does diesel work on all types of diesel vehicles 24/7/365! Has towing for all size trucks and heavy equipment and recovery work, cover large area from Tallahassee to Valdosta to Lake City Florida along I-10. Hwy 90, I-75 and all between. Have never felt safe driving up here in North Florida since I moved from Palm Beach. I finally feel safer knowing I connected with them if I have vehicle problems. Thank you Kyle and Certified!

Exceptional service, kind people, very reasonable prices. My vehicle met with an accident in the middle of the night, near their location. I called Greg in the morning and he was quite understanding - as we needed to tow for over 100 miles. Greg sent Trevor, very professional, very kind & understanding, and extremely respectful to my family. Trevor packed our damaged car quickly on the tow vehicle and in no time we were on the road. Note, there were icy conditions on road (yes, it snowed near Greenville/Madison/Tallahassee area just then) and Trevor drove hyper safe. While on the road, we saw one vehicle losing control, but Trevor was able to steer correctly and keep his calm all the time. Overall, I appreciate their help on a tough day and applaud their professionalism. Good people!

Samuel arrived in record time just as we were told he did let us know when he was on his way. Samuel also advised when he had arrived to get pick up up car. Samuel was courteous and very polite. Certified Truck RV and Towing Service is an AMAZING One Stop Shop out of Madison FL! My semi tractor broke down and I called them for a tow that was about 500 miles round trip and they didnt hesitate. Not only was the price reasonable but to try and save me some money they looked over my truck to see if it was possible to get it running on its own. They also offered to tow it to there full service shop which would of course been cheaper but i have a personal mechanic which was the ONLY reason I declined. If you have a situation with truck, trailer, RV I strongly recommend you call Certified for your needs. They also have Mobile Service for road side assistance if that be a case. If your in range and maybe a few miles out of range in would give Certified a call and see if there able to go above and beyond for you like they did for me! Thank You Certified for getting me safe and my truck delivered professionally.
