Tried to calmly reason with the man who helped us, because he unjustly towed a car of a friend of mine. He shut me up and put a no whining sign right in front of my face. The conversation got heated and he spoke to us incredibly condescendingly. I’m appalled that this business is still running, and disgusted that this is what they believe makes a good business.

The man that towed me was very respectful and came within a reasonable time. Was very professional about it too. The driver Marshall is one of the best tow truckers drivers you have on night shift and you can tell he cares about his job and can tell he is a hard working person.

My daughter’s car was towed while she eating in Munchies Pizza 695 W. Virginia St. Tallahassee, FL 32304, despite unclear and poorly placed signage. The only sign was posted on a fence, not clearly visible from the parking spaces.
This feels like a predatory practice, especially in a college area. Proper signage should be clearly visible at each parking area not hidden or easy to miss.
My daughter asked an employee if parking was allow and they stated yes for some time. Situations like this come across as taking advantage of customers rather than enforcing reasonable parking policies. I would strongly recommend clearer communication and better placement of signage. The most unethical business ever. Towed a DoorDash driver who was waiting for chipotle to make the meal for his order. Then in order to have him let go, the tow truck driver made him go to Chase to withdraw $200. People trying to make an honest living and students are the primary targets, just showing how slimy and disgusting these people and this company are.

Car got towed at villa delano, I had the parking app and they still refused to release my vehicle. Lady upfront was incredibly rude and I had to argue to get my car released after paying the $165 fee. If your car gets towed from here. Goodluck.

Bad area.
Students should NOT have to go to this part of town in order to retrieve their vehicle.
Unfriendly and unprofessional customer service.Jan 29, 2026 -
Got my car towed from a Starbucks whilst studying. Front desk lady is incredibly rude, shushing my girlfriend and only asking about payment. These people are predatory, and if you’re reading this after seeing they’re the business that towed your car I am so incredibly sorry for what you’re about to deal with.

I called for them to tow a vehicle off my property. No one answered. I got a call back where a man told me to email all pertinent info to have the vehicle towed. Over 24 hours went by and we heard from no one. I call today to inquire about why I never heard from anyone and the lady asked for the info again but was beyond rude. She was accusatory and rude when I only was asking questions to find out if they got the email and why we never heard back from anyone, and no one came to tow then she told me I can call another company to have them do it. Never in my life have I experienced such awful treatment and service. I've heard stories but now I know why people think they suck. That's sad that I'm trying to give you business and you don't care! You really need to take professional out of your business name because there was absolutely nothing professional about how I was treated at all!

They’re supposedly open 24 but no one answers the phone. I’ve been waiting outside for over 40 minutes and have called over 20 times and lest message with no response back. My car was towed even though I had a decal and have now paid for multiple ubers to still not have my car. Terrible service…

WHOEVER WORKS THE NIGHT SHIFT (11PM) IS EXTREMELY RUDE. He was not trying to help and hung up and BLOCKED me because I was asking for clarity about incorrect information regarding my car being towed and a potential refund. He was combative and argumentative, and said “I just called to argue.”

if they charge you $160, they’re conning you. they will put a “dolly” fee on any car they want. it’s an optional “protection” charge for “front wheel drive” (even if your car isn’t front wheel drive, my friend corrected them that her car was rear wheel drive, and they SILENTLY REMOVED the extra $30 charge…). don’t let them scam you, it should be $130. unbelievably terrible people.

This company is totally predatory. Their drivers look for cars that they claim are parked illegally, latch them to the tow, and then ask for bribes to let the car be released. There’s a reason why they have so many bad ratings.

Horrendous customer service. I’ve had an experience with them about a year ago when they illegally towed my car and they gave me so much attitude even though they were in the wrong. Took me hours to get my car back without having to pay and NO apology was given. They seemed more annoyed that I didn’t have to pay than having to act professional. I should’ve sued. Fast forward to today, I called about another tow and the man said, “You think you can tell ME about what I know-?” And abruptly hung up when I was just trying to understand how a car could’ve gotten towed under the circumstances. Horrible customer service and I sincerely hope the person I spoke to finds a new career field (because customer service IS NOT it) and gets into anger management.

WORST BUSINESS EVER ! So rude and inconsiderate! They get away with so much because they are “privately owned”. I parked at 9:30pm, the park and pay app starts at 10pm (10pm-10am), I park here every night! I ALWAYS (for weeks) pay the $5 at 10pm… I have all my receipts! They came and towed my car at 9:40… HAD NOT EVEN BEEN HERE FOR 10 MINUTES!!!!! They were so extremely rude, told me I have to pay $165 and hung up in my face. There’s no cooperate and no manager. Not to mention….. the price on the website said $110 . This worker is purposely adding extra fees probably to pocket it ! One thing I can’t stand is a bum that hates their job so they go out the way to be rude to people as if they wouldn’t be pissed if their car got towed too and had to pay an unnecessary $165 when I am ALWAYS registered with the park to pay app !!!!!! They must get paid based off the amount of cars they tow …. ridiculous

Scammers that need to be jailed. I parked my car on one of the Park'n Pay spots on FSU campus, paying for the 8AM-5PM pass. They towed my car claiming my pass expired at 12pm, ignoring my receipt. Their manager left in front of my nose, giving her assistant the instructions to request me to pay $160 CASH, so I would not be able to dispute their scam transaction through my bank. This robbery is somehow legalized.

I called to have a car towed from my reserved parking spot, and initially the man on the phone was responsive and professional. He was able to give me time estimates after speaking to the assigned driver. Once the time estimate was up, I called back when no driver arrived. When I called back they said they didn’t see my request anywhere and would add it to the list of cars, meaning they’d go to every other car first before mine. I explained I had been waiting for an hr and a half at this point and had no where else to park as it was parents weekend during the fsu game in college town, so absolutely no parking was available. He was incredibly rude, raised his voice at me, and hung up the phone. I called back later and my call was ignored five times before he answered and said the more times that I call the longer he will take. It ended up taking over 3 hours and he did not even have the courtesy to call when it was towed, like I was told they would do, so I could return home. The next day, another car had parked in my reserved spot and I needed to call again. This time my call was ignored once, and after answering the second time, he asked for no details on the car and claimed someone was coming. This was around 6:45 pm. I had a feeling the driver recognized my number and spot information and was not sending anyone, so I had a friend call about an hr and a half later. He again did not ask for any information about the car and claimed someone was coming. At 11:45 pm I went to return home, and the same car was still there. This time I had a male friend call about the spot and they actually asked for the vehicle information. Around 1 am the car was finally towed, 6 hours after I was told someone was coming. It was one thing when I was spoken to in an extremely unprofessional tone and had my situation handled so poorly, but intentionally ignoring a request out of spite is actually insane. If this was truly a “professional parking” service, you would understand that towing a car makes you more money and ignoring a request for emotional reasons is poor business. The best part about this is that the man I spoke to was the supervisor. There is a clear lack of customer service, critical thinking skills, and professionalism, and I hope for their sake that they consider implementing these attributes into their business and personal lives ASAP.

Got my car towed when parked legally in my apartment complex for under an hour- from about 240 am to 330 am because I was going to work. Registered for a visitor pass with no indication of areas I couldn't park. Talked to the guy at about 330 who gave us nothing but attitude and wouldn't do anything other than confirm the car was there. Went to pick up the car at 8 am. Waited for an hour, calling nonstop and couldn't get anyone. There were 4 separate cars there, one who said that they spoke to someone at about 805 am and they said it would be just a couple minutes. We will be going back in a couple hours and will call police if we don't get the car back

I had my car towed from my apartment complex. I was parked in the spot next to the reserved spot that I pay for. I totally understand why I was towed, but what I don't understand is why I still had to pay almost $300 to get my car back when my reserved spot that I pay for had a a car parked in it. I asked for a photo of my car in the incorrect spot, and in the picture you can see a car parked in my reserved spot. I asked what I should do in a situation where someone is parked in my spot and they told me I should call their towing company and wait for someone to come tow them before I park in my spot. Who has time to wait for a tow truck to come tow the person parked in your spot? And on top of that, the entire row of cars where my parking spot had all been towed. I think if their driver had used some of their critical thinking skills and seen that everyone was one spot off of their own spot, they would have allowed it to sort itself out. But I get it, some companies will screw over ten people over if it means they get paid.

Had my car towed from our apartment complex during the grace period between switching decals between the current and new year, but still had to pay their fine all said and done. Ironically the decal that didn’t even need to be up yet for the next year was in the cup holder clearly visible.

Got towed at the CVS on Tennessee. I arrived as they were getting ready to hook up my car, and I talked to the guy who was driving the vehicle and he had a very nasty attitude. He told me that since the car was hooked up, he couldn’t let it go. He then proceeded to unhook my car and drop it three times while backing into the side of it trying to rehook it causing damage to the bottom of my car and denting the top of it. From reading, the other reviews, there is probably no hope in Suing them for damages because they would blame it on me.
This Establishment needs to do better. I’m aware your job is towing people. I’m aware that I have no control over that. But I don’t think your drivers understand that we are already paying $130 plus to get our car back. Let alone the money and damages that you caused to multiple cars because of your carelessness.
Do better.May 04, 2024 -
an absolutely horrid company. hit my car, parked with a permit, while towing another car and are refusing to even engage with me on repairs. don't trust them or listen to anything they say. awful, predatory people from top to bottom.

I pay for a parking spot at my apartment complex. Per my apartment management, if someone is parked in my reserved spot I was told to call Professional Parking for them to remove the unauthorized vehicle. This has happened three times so far and the first two time I called they didn’t come because they didn’t have any drivers. That was frustrating but nothing could be done. Last night I got home and there was another car in my spot. I took pictures for my apartment manager then proceeded to call Professional Parking. I spoke to them six times!!! The first time around 9 I was told they only have one driver and I should call back in about 30-45 minutes. I called back around 9:45pm and the same guy told me they still don’t have a driver and to call back around 11pm and they should have someone. I called again at 11 and was told someone should be there in about 30-45 minutes to tow the car from my spot. The last time I called was around 12am. I spoke with a driver and explained the situation. He said they don’t tow at my apartment complex. I told him what my manager told me and that I have a decal for that parking spot. He said that it would be about an hour but he will be out there to pick up the car and he would text me to let me know that he picked up the car. By 1:30am the car was still in my spot l. I went to bed because I had to work this morning. This morning I left for work at 7:30am and the car is still in my spot! I called Professional Parking again this morning three times and it goes straight to voicemail each time! The people at Professional Parking are far from professional, they are liars and lazy! I’m so disappointed that they are the company my complex uses!

Getting your car towed is never a pleasant situation. Which was the case for my daughter during FSU move in weekend at her apartment complex. Everyone parking everywhere, which was okay, until the hard stop Monday morning at 7am. My daughter was not in her assigned spot at that time. Car gets towed. When she went to pick up the car, she headed out of the parking lot and her car wasn’t running right. She went back inside to talk to the owner at the tow lot. He was so awesome. He ended up towing the car to the dealership for her at no charge. Bad start to her day but so grateful to this company for helping her out. Hard to love a tow company…but they really are good people :-) Thank You!

This place is nasty. They towed my car around 10 AM after I had paid the guest parking fee around 9 AM, and when I received the receipt, there was no expiration date. Mind you, starting at 10 AM, the guest parking is FREE. So to make it brief, they towed my car because I didn’t fill out the parking spot AGAIN, only a few minutes later. The customer service is disgusting and the workers are very disrespectful. They just want money!! They damaged by car during the towing process and did nothing about it. I have filed a police report.

I am a real person and this is a real review! My car was towed Back in June, which wasn’t my fault because my apartment gave me a parking pass that was prohibited! Then after I got my car back, they damaged my car but claimed it was already like this. They showed me a picture at their office but only would show me the up close shot so I couldn’t see when and where they took the picture. If your car is damaged after, they most likely did it! Don’t let them trick you! File a report

UNPROFFESSIONAL. RUDE. OVERALL A DISGRACE.
I got my car towed 05/15/2022 at approximately 1:09 AM. I get to the place where my cars been towed and the rude lady who works at during the night shift has this AWFUL attitude. i begin to ask her where’s the pictures PROVING that my car was in their possession? she can’t provide it to me. I then call the police and she finally puts it in the system that my car was towed at 1:52 AM. keep in mind, my car was towed at 1:09 AM. on 05/016/2022, I go pick up my vehicle! MY BRAND NEW RIMS ARE DAMAGED on my BRAND NEW CAR! I ask the front desk receptionist ( during the morning ) who was pretty nice , shocking , to provide me the email, i emailed and have not received a response! At this point, I am going to file a lawsuit because this is ridiculous! I do not recommended!May 17, 2022 -
I was towed from the Flex student living, and I acknowledged that Professional Parking Services had all the right to towed me. So, that same day I go and pick up my car and sadly payed the $110 fee for their service. I leave the establishment once I pick up my car and I noticed that my car is making really loud noises. I immediately stopped on the side of the road and I see that the bottom guards of my brand new car are destroyed. I drive back for compensation for the damage but all the lady gives me is a trashy paper with an email address saying to email them with all the evidence. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten a response from anyone, even after I call them everyday. I came to a conclusion that their tactic is to tell us to just email them and they’re obviously never going to reply because they just want me/us to just eventually forget about it. But no, I’ve officially filled a law suit against them with all types of compensation and I don’t care if the process costs me money because I feel like they been doing this for years and no one has done anything about it. So, if anyone is having the same problem don’t hesitate to go to the courthouse and follow up with the claim process.

I wish to start off this review by saying that ive had no issue with the drivers although some of what they do i really dont agree with. at 3:30 in the morning i walked out of my friends apartment to a mostly empty lot and found my car had been towed. i will admit i was parked in a resident spot however every single one of the visitor spots were taken and if the lots empty why would anyone mind if i park in a spot?!? i had a few issues with this tow - i wasnt upset that my car was towed it was HOW it was towed. ive attached some images of the parking spot my car was in when it was towed and you will notice something about the empty spot. theres drag marks on the ground from my tires. they literally picked the rear of my car up dragged the front tires leaving visible rubber on the ground and disconnected my car to drive the truck around and re attach my car with the front wheels. so my friend and i took a drive to PPT and sure enough my car was in the lot. i enter the place and explain what happened and to be fair the lady was very nice to me i was allowed to enter the lot and check my car and grab my backpack for school the next morning. ive also attached a picture of what i found happened to my car. my cars driver side mirror had been broken to a point where it would not return to its original position and a fairly large chunk of plastic was missing from the front of it. i confronted the lady at the desk after taking pictures of the car. they contacted the tow driver and asked for his before picturs of my car and sure enough the mirror had no issues prior to the tow. i was told my new mirror will be payed for which im fine with. however i also brought the subject of my car being dragged up and i was told that they would NEVER lift a car such as mine from the rear. - im ust explain my car for a second here - my car is front wheel drive - that means the rear wheels are free floating as in not connected to anything. this in turn means they will move when being acted on by an outside force. now my front wheels they will not or at least should not move. hence the drag marks on the ground. if a car is dragged like that transmission damadge is highly likely if the wheels begin to move during the drag. luckely my car was okay in the end with no damadge to the transmission. i would end up later using my card to get my car back. i have no problem paying for the car but $140??? seriously? and its not like my car was the same as before it was towed. all in all though i was treated nicely by the staff except for a few misunderstandings everything went fairly smoothly. i would actually give a 2-3/5 rating if it werent for the damadge to the car and the high price i had to pay to get my car which they damadged back. ive added an image of my bill/reciept (not the whole thing as you may imagine it has some stuff ide rather keep private on it!) just to show that i was charged $140 for my car. if this company tows your car work with them however understand that its going to be expensive and things may happen to your vehicle!
