I broke down at work. A call to Geico and they sent Parkway Wrecker to my rescue. From the first contact from Adam the driver I knew I was in good hands. He understood my husband was on the way and he would beat my husband there. I told him I was ok just waiting on my works picnic bench for my husband he said absolutely not, I will stay with you until he gets there. I really appreciated that. That was very kind. Tyler came in clutch. Saved me and my hb on a stranded island, pulled up on ferry with the tow truck. Single handedly took on 6-7 great white sharks on the swim to the island. Pulled out car to the boat with his bare hands and hooked it up. On the way back, the same asteroid that took on the dinosaurs came barreling towards us, punched it away with one singular finger. While holding a baby he saved in the other arm. When he dropped off our car, he made sure to refill the blinker fluid and give it a goodnight kiss shortly after reading us a bed time story….Absolute goat. 10/10 service

Had a breakdown on I-10 passing through Tallahassee on my way home to Pensacola at about 8:30 on a Sunday night, and they had a driver to me in about 30 minutes. They towed me, my dog, and my vehicle all the way home and dropped my truck off at the repair facility on the way. John was a pro and polite with me, and friendly to my pup. Just really appreciate the quick response and the willingness to make that kind of drive.

I had an appointment with Chris yesterday. He came out to help me move a fifth wheel RV from one park to the next. I myself have little knowledge about setting up and breaking down RVs, he absolutely made it much less painful he helped me put it exactly where I wanted it, but he also helped me level it out and make sure it was stable and safe for me to live in. His only obligation was to tow it from A to B but he went above and beyond, and for that I'm grateful Parkway Towing is the only towing company I would recommend or use. I've heard a lot of great things about them in the wind, yesterday I got to experience a five-star service for myself. Thank you Chris very much and thank you Parkway

My car broke down outside of town and they were fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. They were easy to set up the tow with, communicated with me so I knew when to expect them and both of the people I talked to were super friendly and I was very stressed over my car and they made the process absolutely painless. I don't know how much other places charge but I feel that their price was very reasonable considering I was 30 mins outside of town.

Awesome service and very friendly, Tyler delivered my truck to me he was very professional and even with me know I was about to have to buy a new transmission he made situation a lot better. It was very much appreciated! I definitely recommend

Amazing people I tell ya! They were quick, easy, and fast. They made sure that I was taken care of. They didn’t overcharge me and price was as reasonably as they could make it and let me tell you, it’s hard to find it here in Tallahassee. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Carl and Casey who recently relocated my shed. What I thought was going to be a very difficult move was made very simple by the team work of Carl and Casey. They worked together getting my shed loaded and moved to the new location in a very short time, which also included setting it up at the new location. I would like to say both were very professional and knew what they were doing. Carl called me before heading to my location and arrived on time. I would and will recommend them.

Yesterday our vehicle broke down and Parkway Wrecking & Towing sent out Johnathan to help us. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, and courteous. He went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easir, even had us laughing on the ride to the dealership! We can’t say enough good things about Johnathan and truly appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend Parkway and especially Johnathan!

Horrible inconsiderate and just hateful place! My car was stolen and the police did an amazing job finding it. Well they had it towed to this place! So when I finally got the key sent to me and called to pick it up Parkway told me it would be 288.00 for two days sitting here. I was baffled my car had been stolen for a week and I just got good news it was found and you are going to charge me. Then I'm dealing with insurance trying to get reimbursed and Parkway does everything in their power to be as unhelpful and rude as they can. Won't accept a check this place is by far the worse place I have ever had to do business with!! The ladies name was Terri and goodluck if you have the pleasure of meeting her. Total day ruined when I should be happy about my car. May the Lord hit them with karma for being so nasty/greedy to people. If you have any kind of heart please do not give these awful people your business. I know we are all just trying to make a living but damn have some decency.

Amazing customer service, very responsive to incident with my vehicle while on the tow truck, they fixed my bumper at no charge to me, despite incident not being the fault of the driver, but due to my vehicle stability issue. They were great, they even matched my paint!!! I will always trust Parkway Wrecker Services with my towing needs!!!

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I had to tow my car from Havana all the way to Panacea and then do it again two days later. Everyone I spoke to was super professional and super quick to help. I believe my two drivers were Lonny and Rodger. I hope I’m not forgetting their names but they were wonderful to work with. Their prices were also the best in town. I definitely recommend and would use them again if needed!

May I just say how amazing Carl and his helper did a fantastic job bringing my shed and the whole set up. Very polite and professional I would use them for sure again.

We called almost everyone in town and all we basically heard were excuses. Once we called Parkway within minutes they gave us the cheapest quote and they came to us super quick. Once Jim pulled up and he started doing his thing we knew we were in the right hands. Awesome job by Jim!

Roy was absolutely amazing very professional knew exactly what to do and how to help us we had a Kalyan Siebert 2 axl with a flip axl called Parkway to see if they could come out and flip our flip axl down for us and without any problems and a very decent price had a wrecker out to us within an hr. I highly recommend these guys very professional and reliable. Thank you guys so much

I just have to say a big THANK YOU to Parkway Towing Service. I especially have to call out Rick and ‘Pickle’ — thank you, thank you! We were traveling through Tallahassee on our way to Orlando when all of a sudden, our truck suffered a critical failure and could no longer haul our rv, or even drive. What was a scary situation for us (especially being from out of town) was made all the smoother thanks to the kindness of this company, and their quick, knowledgeable team! While I was still on the phone with our roadside assist and working through our insurance, my partner had not only gotten in touch with Parkway but they had already arrived while I was still on hold! They were so knowledgeable and were well prepared for our unique situation of the truck and rv. Not only that, the owner Frank was so kind in working to getting us the knowledge and opportunity in determining what to do with the now-broken truck. I could go on and on, so let me just say I HIGHLY recommend this company, and am so thankful for their kindness and support in an incredibly difficult and stressful situation. Thank you, Parkway!

Nate was awesome. Parkways communication and flexibility for getting my 41 ft fifth wheel out of the path of hurricane Idalia and then afterwards back home couldn't have been better. Nate did a great job maneuvering around low hanging trees and wires after the storm when they brought it back and gave extra attention to steep driveways and keeping from bottoming out. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks y'all

My son was hit by a car and his truck ended up in a steep ditch. We called Parkway towing and they sent Jose out to assist in removing his truck from the ditch. Jose was able to remove his truck from the ditch without causing any further damage to his truck. We are extremely thankful for Jose and his expertise. We will use and recommend Parkway towing in the future. Thank you Jose and the Parkway team!

Truly awesome company! Helped us out late at night when we were stuck on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. Nate was very nice and treated our rig great and went the extra mile more than once. Can't sing high enough praises.

Driving from Ocala Fl to Panama City Beach on Easter Sunday, BY MYSELF - my truck broke down on the other side of Tallahassee Fl. - 2 hrs from my destination I called my insurance company to set up a tow. I have yet to hear from them. I googled towing companies near me and after the third try I called Parkway Wrecker Service. I was so relieved when Roger told me that they would be happy to help. Within 30 minutes my tow showed up and we were off to P’City. My driver showed up; he was clean cut, well mannered and very courteous. His truck was clean as a whistle inside and out. If you ever need a tow, call these folks first!! I HIGHLY recommend. AND, if you have a choice, ask for your driver to be Jason. As a woman I felt very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. Still haven’t heard from my insurance company…..

My mom and I were going to Jacksonville Beach Florida to visit my Aunt. The truck water pump went out and there we were, broke down. We called Parkway Wrecker Service. When Chris arrived he was extremely polite and professional. He was funny and we had great conversation. This company seems to take pride in their employees and their quality of work. I would recommend them to anybody else who needs help.

Good fooks at Parkway, when I was being picked up, the driver (Donny I think) saw someone in distress and took the time to lend a hand. I always believe: a good name is to be desired more than great riches. Today Parkway towing improved their name by demonstrating love for their neighbors.
