I can honestly say that me being here for 26 years this place is by far the best and honest place within a 50 mile radius. They have been taking care of my family for many years and will continue to serve us as long as Richie is around. Won’t sell it to you if you don’t need it Check em out

Had a significant oil leak. I took my car to the normal place I go and was told the filter was the wrong size! My last oil change was at Moody’s! I had taken it to Moody‘s to have it looked over and to get an oil change. The only thing they did after having my car the entire day was an oil change. Hopefully, long term damage wasn’t done, but the oil was down to the bottom notch. Before leaving this review, I called but could tell that the person (manager/owner) wasn’t really interested in me letting them know that they used the wrong filter. It was obvious that he did not want to accept any accountability when all I was trying to do was inform them to be more careful! It was implied that it couldn’t have been the filter, but after having the filter changed today, no more leak!

Brought my truck in for a service, and the guys at moodys were honest and had my best interest at heart. The polar opposite of any service department at a dealership

My first experience with Moody’s was to check my tires. I had a slow leak because of a nail. The tire was fixed and I was very pleased with how thorough the employee handled the situation. I decided to inquire about servicing my Subaru. Got an appointment that same day, once there the servicing took less than thirty minutes and the charge was very reasonable. I have found a very efficient auto repair shop!

I showed up last minute needing a quick repair done. Even with the garage full of cars, they got it fixed up within 15 minutes out in the parking lot! Moody's is the best!!

Moody's usually has a bit of a wait for maintenance but they're the only shop around I trust with my car. They're always honest about whether or not I need something done unlike other shops that want to do more than needs to be done just go get more money and they get it done right!

We got stranded when our engine blew in Florida on a road trip, and the kind lady from the front desk of our hotel (Laura at Wakulla Springs Lodge) directed us to Moody Auto. They made us a priority, quickly diagnosing the problem that, for cost reasons, essentially totalled our van. They let us leave our van there for almost a week while we got home in a rental and figured out what we were going to do. They even helped us find a salvage yard that would pick up our van without requiring us to come back to Florida. They were so helpful and understanding during this entire process - it really made it so much easier for us - and didn't charge us a dime because they knew what an ordeal we were going through. These days, it's hard to find businesses that are honest and have such great integrity, but Moody's is definitely in that number! Highest praise and recommendation! We are very grateful for their kind help.

Best place around to get your vehicle fixed! Husband and I have been using him for a few years and they never disappoint! Couldn’t ask for a better mechanic to work on our families vehicles!

Professional and Honest car repair. They meet their schedules and repair your vehicle to the original running condition.. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Great experience at Moody's. Love their coffee and their sweets on the table, also love that I can read their Bible or other Christian material that they have in the waiting room. The oil change and lube went well. Richie came in to tell me that my car a VW takes an extra quart of oil as soon as he realized it, so that I wouldn't be surprised at the price being different when I checked out, than they quoted. I'll be back again

This has been our mechanic since we moved back to moved back to Florida. They always give us the best care ad advice and even work with us. I appreciate it, and if it's an issue, Mr. Richy always rechecks.

We always go to Moody's for things pretaining to our cars. Friendly & talk things over with you. Moody's was recommended to us and my son was there just last week to get a problem taken care of.

These folks are kind and knowledgeable, and you don’t have to sell a kidney to get your vehicle repaired.
My van sat at least 6 months, ( because I was nervous about the cost of REAL Mechanic’s) after having (2) shade tree mechanics (2) different times try to fix it, the last one actually put it back together wrong and then said they didn’t know what was wrong, so after spending $600.+$400 +tows , I finally decided to take it to MOODY’S AUTO. Best decision ever! Less than a week and less than $600. And my van was ready for the road. How excited we were to find knowledgeable and quick, affordable Mechanics!!
I highly recommend this shop and its employee’s.
In fact I am bringing a new (new to us) truck we bought this coming week, without fear. Thanks MOODY’S

My neighbor referred me to this shop. The guys at Moody's went above & beyond I had my water pump replaced which required disassembling the entire engine in my Lincoln. They also performed my scheduled maintenance. Service was fast, price was fair & they were super nice. Highly recommended!

Good work. Usually a little backed up. They have a lot of customers. Had oil changed with synthetic oil the vehicle calls for, checked indicator codes, inflated tires and reset panel indicator.

I have always been pleased with the professionalism and good service provided. Their excellent reputation is obvious by how many people use their auto service. Despite the high volume of business, they are great about getting to your needs as soon as possible without letting quality and friendliness suffer. Most importantly, they patiently listen to my concerns and answer my questions respectfully.

Incredibly nice and friendly folks. I purchased 4 brand new tires with an alignment and they were done in less than one and a half hours. Highly recommended.

I noticed that my passenger side tire was down from 36 pounds to 25 pounds when leaving work one afternoon. Got air in the tire and the next morning it was back down to 25 pounds.

Since I wanted someone near my home to get this done (didn't want to travel far with a bad tire) I chose Moody's Auto Services. They were very nice, professional and got the job done within an hour. I only missed an hour of work. That's a bonus!

This is probably the 4th time I have taken my 2014 Kia Optima to them with different things. They have never disappointed and today was no exception. I tried playing mechanic on a burned out headlight and ended up shorting something out because there was a quick flash and a little smoke as I was putting the bulb back in. The space was so tiny that I couldn’t get my hand in far enough. I dropped off the car yesterday for them to repair it and to change my oil as that was due as well. They said the synthetic oil change would be an extra $55. That is about HALF what I pay at Take5. I picked my Kia up today and total charge was $55! I couldn’t believe it. They charged me NOTHING for repairing my headlight! Guess who will continue to go there in the future!!

Been servicing my family's vehicles for many years and the folks there are great! I have personally been using them for well over 10 years and the staff and service need a 5+ rating!

I recently took a mustang I had been given there to be made road ready. I wasn't in a hurry and they got back to me with estimates. When I okayed the work they fixed quickly and for a fair price. Terry thumbs up.

Very friendly I was out on a limb and moodys worked with me. There not out to get over on you and I was missing a windshield wiper didn't say nothing about but they had one laying around and put it on for me that's what I call going the extra mile to satisfy and keep customers safe on the road. Thank you moodys!!!

I was in town looking at property and stopped in to get my oil changed. I can see now why they have such a high review rating. These guys were awesome. They know what the word service means. I got my oil changed and my tires rotated and they even downloaded the keyless entry code for me that the dealer didn't give me. I think you would look far and wide to find a nicer bunch of guys. If I do relocate to the area I know where I can always go and be appreciated as a customer.

Do not get an ac compressor replaced here. My dad had them put one in his truck, 2 months later it quits. He goes there and tells them, he gets a shoulder shrug with a I don't know. Had been doing business with them for years, great way to take care of your customer. Here in Woodville, most regulars know not to go here, they was good years ago but definitely loss that.

I feel that I was treated very fairly by this auto service. I had a couple oil leaks affecting the performance of my vehicle. One of which would have cost over $1,000 to repair. I opted to forgo the +$1,000 repair and only fix the cheaper one. Turned out the cheaper repair was the more serious leak and the one that cost over $1,000 was not as serious (although more difficult to repair thus the larger cost).

At no point did Moody's try to pressure me into going for the more costly repair or make exaggerated claims that not having the repair completed would make the vehicle unsafe to drive. He was forthright in his estimates and repaired the vehicle promptly. Kudos to my mechanic Will and Moody's Auto Services for a job well done.

Had my first experience having work done by Moody's. Had an issue with a broken steering column shifter. Moody's team was professional and provided a reasonable price. Now my shifter is like new a shifts smoother than it ever has, since I had the truck! Will take more work to them soon!!
