the lady that answered the phone really bad attitude the driver was fine but im not calling here again because of that she just told me to call another company cuz she didnt wanna help with the location!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Trying to help a family out get their car out of impound. I didn't ask to get the car I just wanted to make the payment so they could get back on their feet. Was told he had to be present just for me to make a payment. Very poor business ethics. They are money hungry individuals with no morals.
Just this past Friday 3/14/2025 I had the misfortune of getting TBoned TWICE (Yes 2 times), and my vehicle was towed by & stored here at Jamies Towing. This is my first experience using their services & from the very first phone call I made to them this morning, the lady was extremely pleasant, empathic & very helpful explaining the process for me to recovery the items from my car. When I arrived later that evening, I believe it was a different lady than who I spoke to that morning. She was also very nice & pleasant and quickly helped me and got someone to walk me out to my car. The man who assisted me saw i am still in alot of pain from the wreck took it upon himself to take off my license plate & then got into the sat drivers seat & fought through all the wreckage of metal & glass and began gathering all my belongings! I am beyond happy with their services & their employees & would 100% recommend them to anybody I should note that the type of service i needed is only a small portion of what they offer so I can not speak on Everything, but for what I experienced today & for that I am grateful .
They confirmed they would tow a RV we purchased. Been waiting, they haven't called and didn't show up. Wasted my day and costing me additional storage fees.
Saxxon did an amazing job moving my epic 68 top and bottom tool box. He had my lifes work in his hands and cared about what he was doing. I would recommend. Him amf Jamie's 1000%

Called on a Saturday night at about 11:30pm. Tow truck was there in 30 minutes, operator was friendly and careful with my car, and got me where I needed to go for a fairer price than Progressive’s roadside was quoting. Would highly recommend if you’re in a pinch.
After bad accident they took care of everything for me and allowed me to come and take whatever I wanted and take pictures and even move the car.. nothing bad to say about this place just good people trying to make a living

Their truck attempted to tow a stranger's vehicle in my yard during the last flooding, but they were unable to do so. However, in the process, they caused a lot of damage to my sod and left huge ruts in my yard. I called them politely and asked them to rectify the situation since their driver was responsible. They informed me that I needed to contact the owner of the vehicle for their insurance, but that was not applicable in this case because their company never actually towed the car, only attempted to while tearing up my yard. My neighbors witnessed the whole thing. They left a mess. I explained this to them Despite my polite requests several times to make it right, they refused to come up with a solution or proposal to fix my yard - just sorry. I could never recommend someone who treats people like this.
Awful experience. When I called for an estimate they only named two of the charges, and charged me an extract 30$ and an extra mile to round up 3.1. Guy who picked up the car left my husband behind to find a ride himself. Worst tow company ever can’t even give a name because he didn’t introduce himself

After another towing company refused to tow my low to the ground car with a suspension breakdown, I called Jaime's at 7 pm one recent weeknight. They answered the phone immediately, understood the issue and challenge, and agreed to tow it the next morning. The driver took incredible, painstaking care to make sure my car didn't bottom out getting it onto the tow truck. I can't say enough good things about their responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service. Highly recommended!

If I could leave 500 stars I would! Hands down the best tow company in Lee County. My daughter was broke down in the middle of the road and could not start her car. I called Jaimes Towing and with in minutes they were there and rescued my girl. The owner, Brandy, even texted me to reassure me they were at the location and she was fine. I called Jamie towing to get a competitive price and the people were rude and couldn’t care less. I was shocked at how unprofessional they were. It was like you can use us or not they didn’t care. I was not going to let them or trust them with my vehicle. They actually quoted me more then the company I used which was Uh-Oh Towing which was incredibly awesome to work with.
Great Company. Awesome guys that know what they are doing. Very professional. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of working here at one point. If you need a tow, tire change, lockout, being recovered from driving in ditches (lol) or anything else call them. Heavy equipment towing as well.
Charged me 2 days of storage for 2 days that their office was closed on top of the already $300+ tow bill. Seems like it would make more sense to just charge people for weekend recoveries if you’re not going to give them the option to retrieve their vehicle. Not surprising that these guys are trash like everyone else in this industry. Offered a 5* review in exchange for a discounted storage rate. They declined so I’ll be cross posting this on all platforms!
Very Professional and Prompt. Blew a belt in the middle of no where. Called 4 towing services that advertise 24 hour service and ALL said they would not come out to get us. It was only 9 pm. Finally called Jaimes Towing and they were there in 25 minutes. Had our car loaded in 10 minutes and we were on our way. Dropped the car at a auto repair business and we were home before 11 pm. Our driver was excellent. We highly recommend Jaimes Towing Service.
I’ve never really felt compelled to leave reviews online until today. My truck died in rush hour traffic and I had to push it into a parking lot. A Jaime’s truck just happened to next door, and the driver, Darryl, agreed to tow my truck to the dealer. We were waiting for a family member to pick us up and Darryl noticed I was blowing air on my 1 year old daughter to keep her cool. He drove over and offered to let her sit in his cab until our ride arrived, which was awesome.
Aside from being professional, Darryl was exceptionally generous and helpful to us personally, and my business and myself will be using him exclusively for all of our towing needs.
I called Triple A and they sent Jamie's towing out. They arrived within 40 minutes which I was pleasantly surprised! Russell the driver was an absolute sweetheart and took great care of me and my car. He made my tow job quick and simple! Will use and request Jamie's again from Triple A and will also recommend them highly while talking to my patients!
We called AAA asking for a tow when our car died on the entrance ramp at Veterans and Del Prado. We were told the tow truck would be there within 75 minutes and the driver would call when he was on his way. After 75 minutes, the tow truck driver did call to inform us it would be another two hours. We cancelled with AAA and called Jaimes who was referred to us by the car dealership Our car was picked up an on it's way to the dealership within 30 minutes of our initial phone call. The driver was great to work with! Highly recommend this company!
SUMMARY: Rude and dishonest about wait times... repeatedly! Called in at 11:45am for tow. Was told they were running 3 hours behind. No problem. I go back to car at 2:40pm and wait. Called dispatch at 3:15 and was told driver was 30 min away. Called 40 min later and was told driver 25 min away. Asked dispatch how he could have been so wrong and was told "we are a tow company, we get behind, it's the nature of our business". I again asked how he could have been so off on his own time guess and he asked if I wanted to cancel and then hung up on me. My time is EVERY bit as important as theirs. 2 hours past their original appointment time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!!
Waited 7 hours for a tow. They eventually called and said they were sorry and forgot and asked if I still wanted it towed. I asked them why they didn't call to tell me that couldn't be there but he just said stuff came up. I asked them to tow it for free to make up for dropping the ball so bad. They said best they could do was half price. I ended up calling a different towing service because I didn't want to wait 3 more weeks for a tow. Now I use Cape Coral Towing. I understand if companies get busy. But it's different when u say u are going to do something this important and then not even tell the customer that u are not coming. Absolutely unbelievable.
I cannot even adequately express how pleased I am with the service we received when we found ourselves stranded with a car that would not start in an area we were not familiar with. I selected Jaimes Towing and Recovery as a second option when I queried Google for towing services. I am so pleased that there was no answer for the first option. From the manager who answered the phone to the driver who responded to the call I could not have received better, more thoughtful service. I failed to tell the manager on the phone that there were four of us traveling, so the driver was dispatched with a vehicle that cold not accommodate all of us. When the driver contacted the manager about our situation the manager drove his own vehicle out to pick up the other three in our party. Every aspect of or involvement with Jaimes Towing and Recovery was 100% excellent in every way.
