David Orta was very helpful diagnosing and changing a dead battery. I would highly recommend O'Reilly. I had a wonderful conversation with David while he changed out the battery and I send my best wishes for his daughter's upcoming wedding.
I felt like I was bothering the Employee. Eventually I was able too get my items and purchase. I stood at the register for too long while he was occupied with something I guess was more important than customer service.
These guys really know their stuff, super knowledgeable And if they make a mistake and giving you the wrong parts they will go out of their way to make things right typically not charging you to correct the problem and gladly give you the correct part without charge and I have actually been refunded The price that they charge me for the original part that they got wrong
Today I had excellent service from David Orta at O'Reilly's auto parts he installed my windshield wiper blades with ease and was very professional and helpful and nice thanks David! (:-D
David Orta n Fernando were very helpful today with a wiper replacement. Yesterday, a very young man was extremely helpful in trying to locate a rear window nozzle for my Flex. They didn't carry what I needed, after selling me when they thought would work the day before, and I returned it. But the young man was an extremely busy, and he just took time on the computer to locate what I needed. It turned out It was in a junkyard and he gave me the information I needed. It was not available any other place. So a friend went with me today and we procured, he installed it in a few minutes and I was ready to roll. That's when we discovered I needed a new wiper for the back windshield. So that's what took me back to O'Reilly today. I'm very impressed with those workers in this store, and highly recommend them to anybody. They go out of their way to make sure things are okay.
Too expensive $104.00 for one Xenon light bulb. Found a set of the same type of light bulb for $15.00 on Amazon. I don't mind paying a little extra to get it now as I had the car apart but not $104 each.
I went in on Saturday because I wasn’t sure if my car’s battery was bad. David Orta went above and beyond to help me figure it out. He tested my battery, confirmed it was bad, got me a new one, installed it quickly, and even tested my starter and alternator to rule out other issues. Thanks to David’s professionalism and thoroughness, we were able to get to the bottom of the problem. Highly recommend asking for David – he truly cares about his customers and makes sure the job is done right!
I had a couple of parts to buy. Found them online, but chose to take it to the local store to support. Said to myself, if price is about the same, i’ll buy. Prices were more than double; so it was too much of a difference and did not buy. Only took a small item which showed $8 on the screen, however, time to pay it was $15… didn’t say a word, paid and walked away. Will not come back since I feel the sales person punished me for not buying the other parts he took the time to check price on for me…
David Orta's customer service was EXCELLENT! I had a bad experience with Auto Zone, so I came into O'Reilly's today. David answered all my questions, found the correct part I needed and placed on my car for me. Thank you, David!

6-17-25 We needed 2 new batteries for our F350. Of course we went to O'Reilly. DAVID O was so helpful putting them in for us. At our age, this service is so appreciated. As always service with a smile. Thanks again David for your expertise. Great prices & service. 6-18-25 I went to use my van & I thought I had transmission trouble. I didn't know that the shifting was controlled electronicly. Yea, you guessed it. I needed a battery in my van. Thanks for checking & changing out my new battery, David to the rescue again.

He helped me get my bulb for my car but he asked me a question about the car and I did not know and I was wondering if he had an idea since he has more experience with cars than I do and he was like “I don’t know its not my car” and idk I just thought it wasn’t appropriate or nice to say to a customer when you are helping them. Overall it wasn't bad he tried to change my bulb for me but couldn't. That statement just threw me off it was kind of rude
I’ve been a customer here for several years. I have never been helped by an older gentleman named Lazaro until today February 15. By far the rudest gentlemen I have ever came across in retail. Very questionable character and I would keep your eyes on him if I was higher management. The remarks he made were ridiculously rude and inappropriate. It’s a shame this is the new standard for customer service. O reilys will never get another dollar out of me after the remarks he made.

David helped me with my battery today. He was very knowledgeable and he recognized and fixed an issue with the wires that could have led to much bigger problems. He went above and beyond. Customer service like this is very hard to come by these days. I am so grateful for his help!
Young employee accused me of stealing from them returning two flashers exactly as they gave them to me. I only plugged one in to test if it fixed my issue and it didn't so I returned them. He sat there for like 5 minutes inspecting the items like he thought he was Columbo even letting me know after doing the return he only did it because the other employee vouched for me being the one who sold me the items the day before. Shouldn't be accusing people of theft unless you know.
