Ran out of fuel today. Embarrassing. Had to call Tow Boat for the first time. They dispatched the boat to us. The Captain called and gave us an ETA and was on the way. I can't say enough about the Captain. Arrived and explained what he was going to do. Had us on our way in 10 minutes. Checked on us and made sure we were good to go. If you don't have this insurance you're crazy. Best money I have ever spent. Thanks Tow Boat.
Tow Boat US is the best in SWFL. I’ve had the insurance for 15 years and never needed it, but when I did Paul showed up promptly, was professional and got me back to the dock with ease. Thank you Tow Boat US!
Lost steering & called for a tow. Only 34 minutes for Paul to get to me by the causeway!! Smooth quick tow home , docked it perfect! Sure love having the peace of mind of TowBoatUs!!

Paul came to tow us in when we had engine trouble. He was there within 30 minutes.
He was very skilled and very attentive to us. He made a bad situation not so bad. In fact, everyone on board was at ease and enjoyed the remainder of the trip.

I have a towing membership. Was not told a tow wouldnt be covered. Was not given a quote. Nothing. Was charged 6 weeks later for over $1300 for a simple tow that was a mile. If I was told the tow wasn't covered I would have made other arrangements. Tania the employee did not provide me with information that the tow wouldnt be covered. I will be filing a small claims suit against a company that ive used for a really long time which is unfortunate.
Easy to get a tow thru a phone call. Very fast response by the local tow company. Got a text from Paul, letting me know he was on the way. He kept me updated on his location and eta. Upon arrival.he hooked up my boat and we were on the way. He masterfully put my boat fully onto the trailer at the ramp. He was friendly, safe and very professional. Had to find employees like that anymore. A big thanks to Paul and the company. Made us feel at ease the entire operation.
Promptly came when called. My boat was taking on water after clean out valve on the jet drive blew out. Captain Paul quickly assessed the cause and installed 3 bilge pumps to keep us from sinking. He was able to keep us afloat and tow my boat back to my boat lift. He was very friendly and skilled in addressing our situation.
Paul was absolutely the best!! We ran out of gas in the gulf, (never trust a boat gas gage!) Paul came to the rescue and even called around for us to find a gas dock that was still open.

Paul came out and helped us while anchored off of the Sanibel lighthouse. Our starter wasn’t turning the engine over. After a couple of taps with hammer and a jump pack it fired right back up.

Everybody we worked with at Tow Boat US was awesome. Our boat sunk at the dock behind our house and they put up containment around it within a couple hours even though we called at 6pm. They were out the next morning and had it floating, towed to a boat ramp, and on our trailer by noon. I highly recommend them if you ever need to make a bad day suck less.
Paul is TOP NOTCH for all your marine towing needs! We hired him to move a giant boat a substantial ways for us and could not be any more impressed with his skill level, friendliness & professionalism. 8hrs on the water and not a single blip in the plans. I HIGHLY recommend him.

TowBpatUs Cape Coral is amazing, Paul worked relentlessly to get my boat free from being aground. We it looked like there was no hope, he never gave up. Just for that, I will be a lifetime member of this company. I used to be with Sea Tow. Not half as good and dependable as TowBoatUs. Just called towboat because I was in need of A tow. dispatch was very helpful sent out Captain Paul and he was there in a very timely manner. We tried to jumpstart the boat, but unable to get anything to go Captain Paul then towed me to my home dock .this tow company is a godsend highly recommend them to anybody who is doing anything on the water thank you very much.
Had an issue with our boat. Called boat us. The lady on the phone was nice. She said she would have someone to us shortly. Within 5 minutes she called back, Paul was on his way. Paul found us with no issues, helped us with our boat and got us up and running! Thanks to a great team at boat Us. Even though it was not an emergency, their professionalism was outstanding!
Well, out of the many years with these guys, never needed them till after hurrican ian. I do have the 200 ish plan for unlimited tow, and trailering. Well, Paul helped me out when I needed the tow to bring my boat to the nearest open boat ramp which was a 3 hour tow one way when I needed to get a new motor put on my old pontoon boat. Well, my luck!! After replacing the fuel pickup tube, I was having problems with it sucking up air into the line which caused my boat to stall and not let me iddle or throttle. (Tube was cut shorter) So I was stuck at the same boat ramp area that he towed it to pick up my boat. Well, with the new engine not running properly, Paul was deployed back to pick me up.. he is a great guy. And after another 3 hour boat ride, the water was calm enough in the canal I could get my boat to iddle to my dock which was 3 feet away.. What a day. I am Glad I have boat usa membership. Thanks Paul!!
Needed assistance out on the InnerCoastal waterway near Sanibel Island FL over the weekend after engines stopped running and Paul with TowBoatUSA was onsite within 10 minutes to provide immediate assistance and got us up and running. Made it back to the house in Cape Coral without the need for a Tow. Outstanding customer service and response time on a heavy boating day with extreme timing on currents and tide movements. Kept us safe and out of harms way while we resolved the issue. Thank you Paul !!!
Today had my new pontoon out in the bay by Sanibel with 4 of my girlfriends going for lunch at Ft. Myers Beach. We had a warning code pop up as an alert. So I put a call in the Boat US. Paul was just around the corner by Picnic Island and made his way to us within 15 minutes. Very courteous and professional did an awesome job towing us in to Moss Marine! Highly recommend Boat US and Paul did an excellent job! Thanks again!
