Was in a accident, car was towed by this company. Lady that answers the phone is VERY rude. If only owners knew how bad that hurts their company. Looking back at reviews this isnt the only bad review on that.
Super helpful towing company-prompt service and very friendly. helped me understand and be prepared for what to expect after my daughter was in an auto accident that left her vehicle a total loss and even offered to remove her vehicle emblems as the vehicle had a lot of sentimental value to my daughter after losing her grandfather just weeks prior. Hopefully we won’t need their services, but if I do they’ll be the first call I make.
Wow! I went in with a friend to see about his van.. The little lady behind the desk was very rude from the beginning. I didn't understand what was happening. And the larger man in the back appeared like he was looking for a fight. Slightly scary event. Hope I never need to go there again.
Scammers towed my car due to an accident and then they don't want to give you the car. They look for excuses so that you can't pay for it and charge more for the days that the car is kept. They should be in jail for scammers.
I have to admit that nobody is usually overly happy about having to call someone to tow their car - I've had to do it twice, for the same vehicle, in the last few months and I've gotta say that Wanted Towing has turned both frustrating situations into quick, smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable, experiences both times !!
They say, "3rd time's a charm", but we'll see if, when, and where that might possibly happen and meanwhile I'll have comfort and confidence knowing that Wanted Towing will be there to help with my needs !! If you're in that situation where you need a tow, don't hesitate to give them a call !!
After horrible day of having bad accidents, twice they were wonderful. My elderly mother was rear ended super hard at light(totalled, 3 car accident, and my poor mom was with walker and oxygen and no fault of her own) and Christina(hope name is right, petite and cute with tattoos) crawled through her smashed up car to get walker. Then months and months later , a few days ago, my mother in law was rear ended. We went to tow yard and she was super nice and super patient and had total jerks in front of us giving her a hard time because she legally couldn't let his brother in with no proof of ownership . They went to make bad review so hopefully this makes up for it. They were fast on scene, informative and patient.
I appreciated their help from beginning to end. They were very open in their communication and made recommendations which were always in my best interest. I really appreciate what they did for me and wouldn't hesitate to call them or recommend them to friends or family. Thanks C & C!

Rude I understand there’s laws and everything associated with their business however they don’t want to try to help their customers in any way. Was too dangerous to give me my car after dark… they have a nice set up with an automatic gate I totally understand why it was so dangerous to accommodate me coming from an hour away weeks before Christmas. Thanks for being so great…. Response to owner reply: you have a record of it and I have a receipt tow princess. I will have a blessed day you do the same. Don’t be upset about someone being honest it’s only my experience doesn’t mean it will be others.
I have to say she’s great at her job! My car is lowered, and ceramic coated, she scooped it up, made it look easy, and not a fingerprint on my car!! She took good care of my baby for 7 days (in car jail)
Absolutely amazing people!!! I was picking up my puppy from Cape Coral Animal Shelter, she had just been spayed. After loading her in the car I had to run their leash back to them and as I walked back up to my car my puppy locked the doors! My phone wallet and keys were all inside the car. Chris came out and got me unlocked very quickly and didn’t even charge me for the call!!!! I mean the cops won’t even do this for people anymore so he did not have to do that. Thank you so much, it was a stressful situation that they showed so much compassion for. I will definitely remember this and I know who I will call for future towing needs! Thanks again!!!
Best towing company ever. I got the lady driver and she has a great personality which is needed at moments like this. She also helped confirm the problem wit the vehicle. We will always keep this number handy. Oh and quick, she was to me in 30min or less. Couldn't be happier.
I had an accident my car was totaled. I stopped to get my items out of the vehicle and they were so friendly and helpful. Will be billing my insurance company and I didn't have to worry about a things.
Placed an honest review about the service we received. Got a phone call from Wanted threatening legal action over the review. Wow, way to go Wanted. It's not hard to understand why your rating is so low. Screaming at me, as I stated to you on the call., is certainly not making feel better about how my Asst. Mgr. was treated. My initial review was actually higher. I am doing this one personally and publicly in the hopes it may spare others from being so rudely treated.

The person who answers the phone is extremely rude. Sounds like she’s almost mad you’re asking questions about the business. And to answer your reply is funny because I only called 2 times. It’s also funny that most of the reviews call you rude. So all the people calling rude are entitled? Lol Why have a business to be that unprofessional? You’re not fit to have a business. The same effort you put on answering the reviews, should be the same effort you put on your customer service.
My son is a first time driver and had a flat tire. He panicked and did not know what to do. He called a few places and this was the company he felt comfortable with after talking to them. They said they would be there ASAP. Not only did they come quickly to the location, they helped change his tire and explained what to do for next time. Very polite and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.
My sister wrecked her caddy and Christina (I think is her name) was awesome. She knows what she's doin when it comes to towing and getting stuff done. She was also kind enough to not charge my sister for towing and storage. Just signed over the wrecked car to her. No good to my sis anymore. So wanted towing isn't totally out money. They can scrap it im sure. Thanks for taking good care of my lil sis =)
The lady who answered the phone was rude as heck. It took her 3 times to get my breakdown location right. Their tow truck driver, a tall man with a balding head and graying facial beard looked like he was in his late 40's to early 50's showed up 3 hours late. He was intoxicated. He reeked of alcohol. He didnt hook my car up correctly to the tow truck, ripped off my undercarriage, they refused to give me their insurance info forcing me to file a claim on my own insutance
I call this place because my dad need it to take out his car and his english is not good enough to carry on a conversation, and Karen at the front desk hung up on the phone, I called back and complained that if because of our accent in English as a second language she did not want to help us and she kept pretending to be the victim and hanging up the phone. Very bad experience and maybe the rest of the people who work there is nice but because of her I will not recommend it.
Christine was very helpful and easy to deal with when we picked up her belongings from the car after her son totaled it. I'm sure she deals with many difficult people. You get back what you put out. She was very pleasant.
My daughter's car broke down on the side of the road. She was nervous about a Tow Truck Driver coming out to help. The driver was so wonderful. She made my daughter feel safe and was very polite. I will recommend them to everyone.
I called to find out information on where our truck was located at their toe yard. And I asked what the charges were going to be , The receptionist or lady who answered the phone was so very rude that I decided to let my husband handle it. Then my husband calls and she tells him that I was the one being rude, when he arrives she told him she didn’t have time for this. Very very unfriendly and professional service. I will tell all my friends and everyone that I meet not to use this to service!!! (now this is me being rude )
If i could give them more then 5 stars i would.. Our truck broke down far from home with 2 kid's on the side of the highway. We called wanted dead or alive first. And when tow truck came to us. The drive was very welcoming and so nice for the time he had to come out for us. He made sure my kid's were put into the truck off the high way before our truck was put on tow truck.... I highly recommended this company. They are the best caring people.. Thank you again for saving our family off the highway..
They were very kind and professional. They were very helpful with alternative options beings my truck wouldn't move. I had to get to work the following week. They pointed me in the right direction to find reliable transportation until I could get my truck back on the road. There are very few kind and compassionate people in this world. They are defiantly good people. I would highly recommend them.
Me and my eleven year old son were wrecked by someone going through a stop sign. Chris and his company were very professional and polite.Gave me and my son a ride when we were in need..Next day very professional and polite and let me take my belongings from car.. This company is one of best towing companies my family has ever used. Tonight my car overheated on the highway and the driver, chris, was super friendly, respectful, and very fast. Car ride home was quick and not awkward at all. 5 stars all around for this company
These guys are the best! Flipped my wrangler over and called AAA who wouldn't come out until it was "right side up" these guys came out for much less than anywhere else I contacted. They arrived quickly and were very friendly and easy to deal with. They made everything extremely easy. They also went out of their way the whole time. From calling a bigger wrecker to come flip my jeep over gently so as not to damage it more to collecting all of the debris and parts from the scene to take with them. Then seeing my jeep had very extensive after market work done they even locked it in their garage instead of their locked gated area so nothing could be stolen or messed with (even though it was completely obvious the car was a total loss) they even offered me and my insurance adjuster to put some stock items back on the jeep that they had in their yard so I could take things like my rims and tires to try to re sell them! AND they towed it again from their site to the collision repair sight where it had to be determined to be totaled to make sure everything was done right! I don't usually write reviews but they went so far above and beyond in a time where everything was overwhelming for us. If you need a tow don't waste your time anywhere else these are your guys!
