My Son was involved in an accident, at Ida Baker HS. The police called Cape Coral towing and towed my vehicle to their lot on a Friday Afternoon.
They charged me $489 for keeping the vehicle 4 days according to them in their lot, outrageous the charge, even when I talked to the driver willing to to pay a towing to my House, directly. They took full advantage of my 17 year old son and my Wife, at the accident scene.
Do not let these people, move your vehicle to their lot, specially on a weekend., they will rip you off, when you decide to to pick up.
I was broke down on the side of the road and this guy name Colton pulled over and sectionals the time to help me out.i was stressing thinking it was my motor and he reinsured me it was somthing else thank god he stop to help me and let me know what’s going on with my vehicle.
I met a great guy today getting my car out of towing his name is Colton, what a wonderful employee, got machine pulled out car so we could remove personal things, he really went out of his way
I wish I had employees like colton. Can't say enough things about him

I called to have a car towed for a friend of mine and I was told it would be 144$ for the tow if I paid cash in which I told them I had cash. I asked how long for the tow truck to arrive and they told me there was 5 cars ahead of me and it would be a while….they called 20 minutes later saying that they where five minutes away and my phone unfortunately my phone died so I went home to grab a charger and when my phone turned back on I had several missed calls saying from a totally different number than the one on the website and was being told they had already towed my friends vehicle and if we couldn’t be there in 15 mins to pay that they where going to tow it and we would be charged 220$ I explained the situation to the car owner (my friend) and she had to call law enforcement to have them address the scheme and the magically changed to price to 190$. IT WAS ALL A BIG SCEME, I’m very punctual so when someone tells me there’s 5 cars ahead of me and it would be a few hours I expect to have a few hours to be productive and not sit around for a few hours waiting on a tow Truck….I personally didnt have any verbal issues with the company but I definitely do see how it could come off as fishy the way they do some of their business. Long story short I had to pay 360$ for my friends car to be taken out on top of a uber out to Cape Coral smh!
No one spoke to me personally. You’re trying to make yourself look good when this is not the case. Lying under my review is not okay. Again very rude and unprofessional and when i tried to contact the owner I got left on read and ignored after leaving a voicemail and text message. They also brought my car to their yard without consent when I told them I was on the way to pay. Don’t waste your time with liars. Highly DONT RECOMMEND!!! The employees are disgusting and rude!! They’re scammers! Made me pay $360 for their mistake don’t ever do business with them unless you like poor treatment! Never ever again. And they have been reported to the Better Business Bureau!!! Don’t even waste your breath calling them. Go for a different towing company but not this one. -10000 negative review.

Had a horrible situation happen with Cape Towing company Joshua was truthful and told me that the team amount wasn’t set correctly and it popped off my side skirt which he put back in place but was unsure on what other damages were caused. My mechanic sent me these pictures and explained to me that the damages my vehicle under my radiator exactly where the tow truck T mount for a low profile vehicle was mounted on they also damaged my radiator lines which also damaged my radiator on a Mercedes Mercedes-Benz. They refuse to be reasonable understanding on how expensive the repairs are. There was a personal death in their family, and I told them to take their time that they needed. I waited three weeks to contact them and they blamed me for not following a claim with them when I was being more than understanding, considering their family issue. They hang up on me when I call. I would like to say this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a towing company disrespectful, and highly rude so now I will be going to small claims court with all the documents that I had for my vehicle before, and after they took it along with scraping the front of my bumper the owner told me that my vehicle was pulled from the back, which I have proof shown that it was pulled from the front. He will not show me any of the pictures, but I have video cameras out front that proved that he is a liar and wrong.

Very fast, responsive, and knowledgeable response when my car overheated and I was stuck in a parking lot, rode with the driver over to my mechanic and he drove great as well as made sure to explain everything he was doing, which made me feel more comfortable
Needed a tow at noon on a Saturday. Called to book it, driver arrived in less than 30min and had the car towed to the tire shop I had selected. Start to finish in about 1 hour. Hats off to Scott the tow truck driver!!! Excellent service at an affordable price. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

Please don’t use this service if you are scheduling a tow. From start to finish there has been issues. First, I called the day prior to schedule a tow to repair shop. My appointment with the repair shop was for 8:00am. I was told my vehicle would be picked up between 7:30-8am. The driver arrived late at 8:30. (Making me late for work) I was notified by my cameras that someone was on my property so I go meet them outside. They were setting up to tow the wrong vehicle. I tried to wave him to the correct vehicle but had to knock on his window to get him to stop. My vehicle arrived at the repair shop an hour late, but I did call them to let them know. I also now have 2 large scrapes on my driveway from their truck. All that said, I don’t like to hurt businesses by leaving bad reviews so although they ask you to leave a review when they send your invoice I chose the old saying “if you have nothing nice to say then don’t say anything at all”. Now I am choosing to leave this review because of the “service” that was just provided to me. I received my car back from the repair shop. I noticed a large dent on the corner of my vehicle. The vehicle gets used in a house of 5 drivers so I didn’t want to accuse the tow company or repair shop if it was already there. I recalled being told by the tow driver that he would be taking pictures. Perfect I thought, I’ll call them to see if I have access to those pictures. It was 6pm and figured I’d leave a message. To my surprise a man answered and was trying to help me while I tried to find the text from them with the invoice (again NO mention that the text is from Cape Coral Towing) suddenly a very rude woman came on the phone and told me in a nasty voice to call back during regular business hours 8-5 and hung up on me. I was taken aback as I didn’t say anything or have a tone to warrant such a reaction. Her response was the nail in the coffin to leaving this review. I was told their bread and butter was police calls so if you are looking for personalized, prompt service that won’t potentially tow the wrong vehicle and leave your property damaged call elsewhere. In case you are curious, I did end up finding the pictures and the dent was already there. Now to figure out who in my house is the guilty party.

Amazing service!!!!!!! Phone call was very easy, the quote was fast, and the driver was available so he came out quickly. The person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind, polite, helpful, and understanding. The driver was amazing, too! I think his name was Dennis but he was one of the nicest people on earth. Came out of the truck with a big smile, happily did the job, and was great to talk to on the tow ride over to my house! Wonderful job and thank you!!!!!
My husband had his Large plumbing van towed yesterday because the fuel pump relay went out and it wouldnt start. While the man was able to do a good job getting the van onto the truck and was patient doing so... My driveway was heavily scuffed. I am not one to typically complain! Just throwing that out there.
If a customer had paver stones in their driveway like in Miramar lakes area I bet they'd be EXTREMELY upset. I'm a little bummed about the driveway. Some Pictures are attached.

I was referred here by the manager of Tires Plus and I spoke with a gentleman late this afternoon (I never got his name) who was so reassuring and so kind to me. Since he didn't have any availability for today I asked him if I could send him a picture of my tire and he told me exactly what the tire shop told me " drive 45 mph and basically be careful. The fact is this gentleman took the time out of his day to truly go out of his way to help me. And for that I am grateful! Having unexpected car trouble is never fun. However, it's nice to know there are still really good people in the world.
Needed a tow from corkscrew road back to south cape. Friend of mine referred them. They were there in less time than expected. The price was, in my opinion fair for the distance as well. If I ever need another tow, it will use them again for sure
