I am giving Bowen the tow truck driver 5 stars! Last night my son’s car wouldn’t start after he stopped at Speedway. He called me to come give him a jump. The car still wouldn’t start. Bowen pulled up and we asked him if he could check to see if we had the black part connected correctly to my son’s car. He checked and said yes. Told us it looks to be the alternator We just bought the car Saturday so we’re so upset. Then he noticed a part of the battery was off. He said wait! Here’s the issue. He connected it and BAM! Car started! Thank You God for Bowen driving into the gas station!
If we ever need a tow place we will be calling here and asking specifically for Bowen!

So my car broke down and I had to have it towed I want to k&w and in under 12 hours on my car was fixed reasonable pricing I could not ask for more Audrey was wonderful so was Rae. I will definitely be returning to them for just about everything that I need I would give them six or even 10 star if I was able to
Ray came out to pick up a vehical that had been in an accident, I gave very clear instructions where the truck was to be towed with phone numbers & told him he would be paid over the phone. Instead of taking the vehical to the shop we wanted Ray decided to take it to his own yard, never called to inform us. K&W then demanded over 500$ to get the vehical back only accepted cash or cash app, K&W is under contract with the city and only allowed to charge 200$ per tow for accidents. After arguing they dropped price to 390$ then finally agreeing on 288$. Had to hire another tow company to get the vehical where it was supposed to go. Absolute scam artists, horrible buisness do not call K&W for anything
I used them to sell my van to a third party junker. Their driver was great. Polite and respectful. Knowledgeable and quick. Thanks again Audrey. The company communication was great. I would use them for any towing needs most definitely.
They should leave some sort of notification if they tow a vehicle from a neighborhood over night for not parking in the driveway. There are a lot of tow companies to wake up at 530am to find out if my car was stolen or not.
We had a problem with her car getting stuck on a parking bumper and Sean from KW Tony came out and I can’t tell you what a nice guy and was able to help us get it off the bumper without being towed it was just off the chart nice
Cody is awesome....prompt on time, went above and beyond for me even though he didn't have to!! He even sent me picture and text once my truck was home safe!! Definitely recommended for great services and respectful honesty.

Look i’m a pretty patient client and even in the worse possible client experience that i’ve had with other companies I never taken the time to write a review but for this specific company they are a disgrace and horribly conducted, totally feel sorry for the business owner because if he doesn’t start to hire the right employees for dispatch the business is going to run itself out. I had a pickup today supposedly from 7am-11am. It got to 10:30 AM and was pretty worried so I called the dispatch just to get an update because I was not notified or anything of the tow truck coming or not coming. When I get in contact with the dispatcher I ask in a good form Hey i’m just calling to make sure the pickup for my car is still in progress. The lady responds our drivers have been busy and they will give you a call when they’re on the way but in a terrible attitude so I hang up. Now im still waiting for the car and it reaches 11:40am still no call still no update and mind you I took the time away for this as I have to work at 12:30 PM. So since no response or any update I call back to let her know I won’t be able to be at the house for Pickup so i’ll like to cancel and reschedule for another day and the lady says okay and just hangs up on my face without letting me know whens another day I could reschedule for. I don’t know what that lady got going in her life but hopefully she recovers because you can tell she has no good in her life and is probably miserable by the way she treats clients. Terrible Terrible hopefully the business can get the right employees but for now if you’re looking to do business don’t even bother.
I was stranded in Sarasota with a flat tire and Rae with K&W towing was AMAZING!!! He drove up from Ft Myers and picked me and my car up at 1030pm and got me home safely! I was in a 5 car pileup & went to hospital by ambulance K&W towed my car via rotation. Even though I was extremely frustrated with everything, they did a great job with my vehicle. Then I had my vehicle towed home & Driver Edison delivered it on a flatbed. It was a wonderful experience. My experience was effortless & flawlessly handled by this Company. Had my car towed by a fellow named Rae. Had my vehicle repaired at their shop he said they had. Come to find out I was out $879 and after a week my vehicle broke down. Contacted the shop again and then a Jennifer answered the phone and was very rude and said that “the symptoms my car has has nothing to do with what we fixed” when I took it to my mechanic they found the complete and utter hack job they did. Looks like the owner Rae was too busy with his pile of garbage race car to fix my vehicle properly. I’m surprised that thing doesn’t fall apart with the work that they demonstrated that they do. Do yourself a favor never come here unless you’re into being played for your hard earned money.

They were there within 10 minutes (was there before CCRA got there)!! I don't know that I got the driver's name, but he went above and beyond to help us in our time of need!! One of our company vehicles sustained damage when hit by another car. K & W Towing was dispatched by the police department. Although going thru the process to get the vehicle relocated to a body shop is never fun, Ms. Rae was super helpful, understanding and made the entire process seamless. My truck had some issues and was not driveable. I had it for sale, and some fella decided to jump on the offer.
I towed the truck using K&W, and I had NO issues with the service performed from start-to-finish; from Cape Coral to Lehigh. He was careful and conscientious of the height, width, and weight of my truck.
Even though he was cautious, he still got my lifted truck, hooked up and hauled off, pretty damn quick.
Prices were fair.

Listen to me when I tell you do not conduct business of any kind with this company, I'm in the customer service business and the service they provided is just awful and I'm disappointed in Mercedes Benz USA for contracting them to pick up my Mercedes! Took over 5 hours to arrive to my location, provided no ETA whatsoever and the dispatcher made is seem I was bothering him and will talk to you like "not my problem". Driver was unprofessional, not dressed accordingly, and looked like he had no idea what he was doing. Truck was falling apart, had no equipment and I had to step in and assist him.. When I say assist him, I mean he showed me how to move the level that control the truck like seriously! Drugged my front end of my vehicle to the point of almost ripping off my bumper, damaged my front lip and is refusing to admit fault and is not offering anything to repair or replace it. Read this review before dialing their number, it could have been someone who can't afford to fix something on their car and these people are out here damaging peoples cars with no care in the world.
