Audrey is the bomb, she was so so helpful with my girlfriends car that was totaled, gave us such good advice and even helped us grab our belongings out of her car because she didn’t want us to get glass on our hands. I could be here all day talking about how great she was, as someone that has been in 2 accidents myself and had to deal with towing places, this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a towing company.
My car got hit and got towed to Eddies towing. Great experience with them, Audrey was very friendly and informative giving advice on how to go about my insurance claim and everything else!

I just want to give a shoutout to Eddie's Towing, especially Jose for their gracious attitude and care when I arrived to check on my vehicle. Jose was extremely helpful, and went out of his way to tell me exactly what was needed to get my things from the car, and even told me what to expect next with everything.
My experience with tow companies has always been terrible, but Eddie's was different and Jose took care in his job and the customer. I didn't feel like a scumbag off the street like tow companies normally treat people. Well done, Jose!
Jose was beyond helpful. If I could give them 6 stats I would. He gave me his opinion and helpful information on how to navigate the process of insurance, etc. I will be using them any time I need a towing service, and recommending them 100% of the time. If I could give a negative review I would. I am currently in the process of filing a suit with them as they are clearly overcharging, and I want other people to know that. Please know the laws and regulations in the state of Florida and within Lee County. They are hustling people.
Five stars! They picked up the phone right away and within 30 minutes my car was loaded onto the flatbed and on its way to be fixed. Good pricing and great service!

I was in a car accident and my truck was towed away by Eddie’s towing. I came the next day to get out all my belongings and the service by Jose was wonderful. Jose was polite, quick, and detailed. Just what I was looking for after horrible previous day.
Eddies towing was fast, efficient and not pricey at all. We are thankful for their service and their time. Jose did a great job accommodating us and making sure we not only had the best service but the best price!

My review has nothing to do with “following laws” or the process to obtain my belongings from my mother’s car who bought the car for me. However, my zero review is based on & has everything to do with the nasty attitude and service provided, by you, the owner. The way you spoke to her and I, is not how anyone should speak to another person. Unfortunate that CCPD uses this company.

Highly recommend! My car broke down in the Publix parking lot and I needed a tow. Eddie’s Tow truck showed up within 10 minutes! Shawn (I hope I spelled his name right!) was super helpful and friendly! He had a smile on his face and eased my stress of having my car towed. My experience with Shawn and Eddie’s Tow service (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) was 10 out of 10!!

Called Eddie’s Towing and they were very fast and very helpful .
They tried to pull my car with their first towing truck , but my car wouldn’t shift to go neutral only parking
( zero gasoline ) , so they decided to send other towing truck to lift my car making sure there was no damaging this way .
And they also send a gasoline same time .
I have no words to appreciate their business they are nice people abs very professional. Thank you so much Eddie’s towing for helping me today . Also the police officer’s they were so nice keeping everyone safe .

The manager, Kyle responded so quickly to an Emergency situation. He was reliable and friendly. This is an honest company you would want to use. Would give them more stars if I could. My driver Kyle W is a complete gem of a person. Great communication and even though it was late at night and far from his home, he had a terrific attitude and gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've EVER had. First time riding with the driver and even though it was late and I'm a young woman I couldn't have felt more safe and comfortable.
I have used Eddie's towing for half a decade. Not only do they give top-notch service, but have always shown up - rain or sleet or dead of night. The post office can't even compete! Their prices are excellent, their staff is on point, as an air conditioning company who needs their vehicles exactly where they need to be at whatever time or place, Eddie's has never let me down. There have even been times when AAA stood us up for hours and Eddie's was there in 30 minutes. I select them before I call for a free roadside assistance, like they say you get what you pay for!
I was lucky enough to have Kyle take care of me when I was in a jam. He was fast, efficient, friendly and handled everything in a professional manner. He suggested options to resolve my situation and I’m glad he did. I highly recommend this company for all your towing needs and hopefully you’re lucky enough to have Kyle take care of your vehicle.
Eddie's answered the phone on a Saturday night (that's big). Sent a flatbed to me on Pine Island in the rain within an hour (that's bigger). Price was reasonable (cheap compared to Atlanta rates). Driver was great, took good care of my car. I'm very impressed. I'll definitely call them again if I need a tow in this area.
