Highly recommend! My car broke down in the Publix parking lot and I needed a tow. Eddie’s Tow truck showed up within 10 minutes! Shawn (I hope I spelled his name right!) was super helpful and friendly! He had a smile on his face and eased my stress of having my car towed. Would give them more stars if I could. My driver Kyle W is a complete gem of a person. Great communication and even though it was late at night and far from his home, he had a terrific attitude and gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've EVER had. First time riding with the driver and even though it was late and I'm a young woman I couldn't have felt more safe and comfortable.
I was lucky enough to have Kyle take care of me when I was in a jam. He was fast, efficient, friendly and handled everything in a professional manner. Eddie's answered the phone on a Saturday night (that's big). Sent a flatbed to me on Pine Island in the rain within an hour (that's bigger). Price was reasonable (cheap compared to Atlanta rates). Driver was great, took good care of my car. I'm very impressed. I'll definitely call them again if I need a tow in this area.
