Dusty picked me up within 30 minutes of getting the call. Honestly would have been quicker, but we can't help the way the roads are. He was incredibly friendly and engaging the entire time.
Had my truck leaking from the radiator and didn’t want to drive it to the shop. So I called A hodge towing and they said they could tow and would be there in 30 mins. Came on time super nice driver everything was perfect. Affordable 10/10 if you’re in the area and need a tow this is the company you need to call.

Very professional work. I believe the gentleman that helped me is named Ron….He did an awesome job with my car and took his time to make sure there were no damages considering my car is a bit lower than others.

I was trying to get to work this morning and then my car started sputtering and jerking. It even begin acting as though it was going to stop right on the road. It's a standard car, As I tried driving along to accelerate up the hill it lost power. I ended up coasting down the hill and turning into a grassy area. I parked and called my insurance company and they sent Justin of Hodge Towing to me within an hour. Justin was professional very polite and it helped me to relax over the many things that were plaguing me at the time. Thanks for sending him to my rescue. The tow truck driver, Dusty, was very professional. He was very honest and told me how long it would take him to get to me. Upon arrival he loaded and secured my vehicle in a timely manner. I really appreciated it. He was very cordial the entire time.

When my car broke down on the side of the road it was just the tip of the iceberg in a bad day. Ron was there with his truck within minutes of us calling and wasted no time getting to work. Even helped us get the other car in the party back on the road backing up with the trailer attached. Ron and a. Hodge towing took what should have been a hassle in a painful day and made it painless.

I have used Geico roadside assistance several times before. This was the best experience I've ever had. Sad that I don't remember the driver's name, but he picked my car and me at Portillo's in Clermont and dropped us in Minnesota on Sunday, December 15, 2024. My car stopped working at a department store. I called my insurance company, and they sent me a link to A Hodge Towing. I was very wary at first of my insurance company sending out a tow truck however, after speaking with them, I felt so much better. The gentleman that answered the phone was very kind, even though I called a few times. The tow truck driver's name was Ron. He was so kind and professional, it was like riding for half an hour next to my brother or my father. He hooked up this machine to my car and told me about different levels of different things. That gave me a better idea of what was really wrong with my car. I felt completely safe with Ron, as his driving put me at complete ease. He was such a kind, soft-spoken person that I knew everything would be OK. And it was. The nicest tow truck experience I have ever had. Thank you, Ron!
What a Great service. From the moment I contacted the office, the lady went above n beyond to help me (i forgot her name, sorry) she contacted the driver Dusty inmediately when I told her I had my doggie inside my locked car. Both her and Dusty decided to take care of me right away. Dusty, contacted me immediately to let me know his ETA, he actualy got to me a little earlier than expected, she kept texting me with eta updates. Dusty arrived and he was very friendly and professinal. He was super quick and very careful with my car. Honestly, this company is A++ when it comes to taking care of their costumers. Ron quickly showed up today and towed my SUV. He is an awesome person to deal with. Very kind, professional ,courteous and prompt. Whoever was driving this truck on May 31st at 12:30pm on Highway 27 N. Was driving recklessly while I had my two young kids in the car. Then proceeded to roll down his window and curse and yell while my 6 year old daughter was looking on. Just disgusting behavior and will be filing a report. If they hire these type of men for their company I wouldn’t bother using them!!
