It’s a Sunday and I was in a bind. Nobody could get me done right now. They steeped up. I'm back on the road which for me is back to work. You saved the day. Can’t speak enough about the guys there. Charles and the team at Firestone went above and beyond to get us back on the road after our rental got a flat tire. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area that needs service. It’s hard to find this type of service nowadays.

So I went in for an alignment, hesitant because we had to travel back to Illinois the next day and they we’re closed the next day, but I was very pleased and happy with the work they did! Matt in the back was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to !Can’t thank them enough for the good work. I will for sure go back to them for my mechanical needs. I had purchased a lifetime vehicle alignment back in 2022 in Illinois which they respected and not gave me a hassle. Price for this was $189 totally worth it. Thx Matt! Truck drove straight 🙏🛻👌🏻

I went in thinking I needed a new battery (Per Toyota Dealer), oil change, and possibly an alignment. Charles was excellent at making sure nothing was done that wasn't necessary. He was professional, courteous and ensured he did everything to earn a loyal, repeat customer, instead of offering unnecessary services or inflated charges. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Had I gone to Toyota, I would have spent at least double if not triple for both labor and parts. Thank you!

As a woman, I'm always leary of going into any mechanic shop. I rarely find a spot that I don't have to call a friend or relative to verify the information before leaving. I was really happy to find a 5 star reviewed shop and I am glad I went in. Charles was great and it really meant a lot that I was offered ideas of how to keep my (190,000+ miles) car running until I am ready to replace it. They were honest about what my car needed, provided 0 pressure, and gave me my options. Names of trustworthy places and people to speak with were an added bonus that helped me feel more secure. They actually brought me in to see the issues on my car so they could describe what they were recommending. Highly recommend this spot. I really hope they keep their current work ethic. I'll be back in hopes that they do.

I had a great experience at this location when my car started acting up while I was far from home. Everyone was extremely nice and tried their best so I wouldn't be stranded even when they were closing in an hour and there was a lot that wasn't available at that time. Matt went above and beyond for me to get my car fixed and was extremely helpful in helping me understand what was going on with my car! I am very appreciative for all the help I received from this Firestone!

This is a new store but the manager, James, is very experienced, he communicates well, and he is very personable. James and his technicians were a pleasure to work with. I have been a very satisfied Firestone customer for in excess of 20 years, and I highly recommend the company and this location!

If you want to take your car somewhere where you can find caring, honest people come to Firestone in Groveland. I actually drove from Clermont to go to this location because of the amazing Google reviews and they did not disappoint. They took my car in even before my appt time and were so patient in explaining everything and I even paid less than I was quoted. Highly, highly recommend.

This was the second time I've visited Firestone since they opened and I must say the customer service is topnotch. James was amazing! He explained everything that needed to be done and applied several discounts. Pricing is fair and service was great. I'll be back!!!

Arrived when they opened and the service writer - Charles - was very polite and friendly. Took care of us with a smile all while explaining everything. Dropped the car off and he called back 3 hours later saying it was complete. Great experience all around.

1. Sunday after Thanksgiving 2025, my vehicle had to have a tire repair - sidewall was bad, so 2 new tires. 2. Front Desk Charles was personable and knowledgeable. It seemed he had a good working relationship with the garage staff. 3. The business is new and the up-to-date shop equipment is impressive.

Procrastinated on my part and waited until the last minute to get an oil change. James was very helpful. My car was taken care of quickly. I definitely plan on returning in the future!

New Firestone in Groveland, great group of guys. They were easy to work with and got me in and out for a timing belt very quickly. It is a convenient location and reasonably priced. I plan to return for regular car care.

Charles (I believe that was his name) was absolutely AMAZING! I showed up an hour before closing the day before a holiday for an oil change, and he was still so pleasant, patient, and helpful. His customer service was top-tier, and he made the whole experience quick and stress-free. I used to go to Valvoline, but after today, this is my new spot for all car maintenance. Needed an oil change (long overdue 🙈) and right before holidays too! I was able to call and get in fast! Charles was professional, personable and knowledgeable hard to find that combo these days. Combined with quality service and honest reliable dealings it made it a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced here!

Was able to get in the same day for an Alignment and oil change. I was super nervous because I had my 3 small children with me, but they got my car finished faster than I had planned for. The staff was super nice to my children. The place was clean and everyone was professional

They recognized my financial situation and gave me recommendations on my first visit that didn’t benefit their own shop in anyway - besides the fact that their transparency will keep me coming back again and again.
